What Does an Ideal Family Look Like?

Family is where all the efforts are brought to fruition and all of God's work is fulfilled.

 

God's ideal was purposed to manifest beginning in the family and happiness of family.  

The family is good because it is the base for all free activities based on parental love.

An ideal family is God-centered with eternal parental love; eternal conjugal love and eternal fililal love can be found.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We all must have a family base.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is composed of parents, children and their possessions.  

 

What being is able to be the manifestation of the spiritual, physical history of the Old, New and Completed Testament Ages?

Creation, the children and the parents are required in order to form a family.

This ideal does not lie in any other philosophy.

The beginning as well as the ending is in the family.

Who has been able to solve the problem of obtaining eternal happiness?

This is why it has been sought after more than ever.  Unificationism has been recognized because happiness is only attained through a systematized, universalized form taught through the teachings of the Messiah.

If everyone in the world without exception were to bow their heads and admit to the ideology of Unificationism, then unity would automatically be achieved.

When you look carefully at the sisty-six books in the Bible, you will see that it is an expression of the hope for ideal families.  Isn't that what the Bible teachings are mostly formed from, the family?

Every story was connected to a person within the context of their family.

Jesus and his mother and father, Job losing his family, Tamar, Sarah and on and on.

What do men desire?  To be married to an ideal wife.

If you find a man who says that they do not want an ideal wife, then he also cannot claim to be a man.

It is quite obvious that the desire of women since they are born is to meet ideal husbands.  No matter how great a woman is in the world, no matter whether she is a college graduate or holds a doctorate, her greatest desire would be likewise -  to meet an ideal man.

Her desire is to meet an ideal man whom she can love and can have beloved sons and daughters.  This is the root of happiness.  Since we have this doctrine deeply rooted in such a family, no one can be removed from it.

Where will the Kingdom of Heaven be first established?

'The Way of the True family' is the best term for our belief.

We advocate cosmos-centered ideology.

I need to provide a detailed explanation in order to clarify the meaning of the word "cosmos". You can view the family as a miniature nation which is grounded within a small social unit.

The family is a miniature nation, world and cosmos.


Therefore, if you abandon the family, you will not be able to do anything.  We are great in that we teach people these things about the family which were not known before.  The family is the everlasting base.  This fact cannot be changed by the father or elder brother, by any system in the world that tries to change this principle.

The most important time in anyone's life is the moment of birth, marriage and death.

We each should be born well.  In other words as we say, we should be born through the bond of heart.  Marriage, the next important moment in marriage.   We marry in order to live a full life.

We marry in order to achieve the four-position relationship of God, parents, Spouse, children.

When we will see such public laws of the universe governed established on earth, then God's will and humanity's will for world peace will be fulfilled.  The family is where we can find structure and contents required by these universal laws.

We can see that the world develps resembling the family structure.  Even if the world is in total choas, this will always remain true.

Therefore, the ideal world we envision for the future must be established based on the trinty of the family.

Since the four position relationship needs to be completed by every human being, everyone should marry and form a family.

'We must take after God.  A society that is based on human beings must take after them centering on God.

I founded the Unification Church in order to make this come true. The whole world should already have developed to such a state, but it is not the case yet. However, through such principles, the world can ultimately come to resemble human beings centered on God. 


The ideal world of peace is where the whole world is molded in the image of an ideal person.This world will transcend national and racial boundaries.\\\

The family is the horizontal foundation that is in the same form of a miniature world.

Then from the family stems the nation and the world. What is the family?  It is the objective standard to the absolute center.

What are the individuals?  They are the stepping stones which the absolute center resides.  When you view the ideal world in this way, an individual cannot be bestowed as the absolute authority to judge this world.

This authority should be bestowed on a true family. This is why you have seen a similiar example of kingdoms being ran by families.

Then knowing this, what would be the first place Satan would attack in humanity?

It would be the place of the family.

This is why families that fail to unite into one break up.  The breakdown between father and son, husband and wife, the whole family is the result of disunity.  If a person created a family and watched it break up later, he will be scarred with a wound that could not be healed for eternity.  There is no amount of consolation that would do this person any good.

We must become parents, husband, wives and siblings that are united within the family which God has yearned for.

Why is the family good?

We yearn for the family because it provides an environment where we can share love with one another freely.  This is the reason why people miss their home and their hometown because the parents and sibling live there.

When the father is pleased, the whole family is pleased.

When the child is pleased within the family, then the whole family is pleased.

The family is where the whole universe can experience joy simultaneously.

We start by gaining control of our body and mind and become a perfected individual.

Then the husband and wife need to become one in order to form a perfected family.

When the mother and father become as one, that family can develop further. 

When the children and the parents in a family become one, that family will flourish on a higher level.

What will happen if families unite with their relatives?

Many movies are made about the problems that come with in-laws, extended family are relatives. what would happen if we naturally just were able to get along with them?

Then a new spirit among the people will emerge.

When they seek to go to an even higher level, they will bring unity of the entire nation.  They will be remembered as a clan of loyal patriots.  A family of God's Kingdom does not come about through force, rather it happens naturally where there is joy.

Even when loving, one should not strive to merely receive love, because ideal love is only established when there is giving and receiving between the two.

A happy family is one where the husband comes home after work and discusses everything that happened to him during the work day with his wife and plans new areas of pioneer with her.  A happy family is one that strives continuously to discover new things.

When the parents set such an example in the family, the children will come to contribute as well.  They will gladly align themselves to make such a family.

The true family is the place where a husband sacrifices for and loves his wife as he loves his mother. On the same token, the wife sacrifices for and loves her husband as her father.

Also, they should love each other as younger sister and older brother respectively.

Heaven is where ideal families live in a world where husbands and wives love and respect each other as they would God.

such a tradition should be established on earth.

The mother and father cannot become as one without love. 

Why do you think you cherish love?

It is because you are destined to like it if you don't want to.

The greater the love the mother and the father have for one another rather than just the love they have for themselves, the more ideal it would be.

Love's bond binds the mother and father completely into one.

Metal chains rust and break after much time, but the bond of love is eternal.

Food or money will not bond the parents and children.  This will happen only through the love between the parents and children that they can bound together.

A family formed on a foundation that cannot be affected by the elements of revolution, no philosophy or ideology would be able to absorb it.

Rather, that family would control and surpass them.

A family with such a standard would be eternally unchanging, even after decades, centuries, and milleniums.  They would maintain the form of a entire race and nation.

What would be contained inside a package of love?

Once you have reached the homeland and opened the package of love, an ideal husband or ideal wife would come out.

Moreover, the package of love should contain a pouch that is filled with blessings from which an ideal family would spring forth from it.  The highest level of restoration for the world would come out of this pouch.  in this state, no one in the world would be above or below anyone.  The individual, family, tribe, race nation and world would be all at the highest level.

Therefore, brothers and sisters as well as the family itself would be restored based on the foundation of love.  In order to lay such a foundation for unity, a package of love like a treasure chest is required.

The family gives birth to the love for society, nation, and humanity

A circular motion is created once your mind and body are united centered on God and manifests in all sorts of forms and figures.  This is why the older sibling must love the younger, by following the example of their parents loving them.





A family that is united into one in love will blossom.



That love will flourish and spread to the love within the society, then the love within the nation.

In this way, it later becomes the love of the whole world.

Unfortunately, the ideal of love within the family spreading to each level has been obscured.  There has been an all and out attack on the structure of the family.

How should love be between siblings?

How should siblings love each other?  They should love one another as their father and mother loves them.  From whom should they learn to love?  They should learn from their parents.

Ideal love is realized in the family, however, God could not have true sons and daughters.

There has not been true brothers and sister or husband and wife in society before.  If we could not become true children could God become fully our True Father?  No, we are only at best His adopted children, because our bloodline belongs to Satan.

It is God's will to fulfill these things.  Love dwells only when God's will is fulfilled.  People would abandon everything they have in the world just to find their way to the place where such a heavenly love could be found.

What is true love?

It is parental love, conjugal love and filial love put together.

If people are unable to sacrifice their selfish ways for each other, then love will not be able to last a long time in the that environment and will disappear. This easily explains why marriages and families are breaking down due to humanity adapting to more selfish, individualistic way of living.

Naturally, good parents sacrifice themselves for their children.  The bond of love they have for their children will never break.  The sons and daughters who grew up receiving true love from their parents will be filial children toward them.

When the husband and wife try more and more to live sacrificially for each other, thinking in their hearts, "You have lived for my sake," their family will receive blessings from heaven.

Such families are the dwelling place that God seeks.

Who is the most valuable in the family?

The children are not the most valuable.  This sounds shocking.  Take yourself for example.  Is there anything that is more valuable than your parents?  Is authority, knowledge, honor or money more precious to you than them?  Wouldn't you give up all of these things if your parents were on their deathbed?  Of course.

The parents are of the highest value within the family.  None of these objects are more valuable than your parents.  The next in value would be your spouse and finally your children.

What is more valuable than the life of those listed above?  There is no such thing in creation that is more valuable than the unit of your family.  Then why do we value our parents, spouse and children so highly?

It is because we have a love for them that will never be severed.  Even within a relationship where there seems to be 'hate' within the family, hate is a form of love that has been misguided in the wrong direction.  You can't not hate that which you do not love.

Parental love is absolutely necessary for the children. 

For a husband and wife to stay united, conjugal love is necessary.

The sibling love between brothers and sisters, and filial piety toward parents, are also absolutely necessary in a family.

Who do you cherish and like the most in your family?

It's your parents, right?  Why do you like them the most?

It is the one relationship in your life that sustains love from the moment of birth o throughout your life.  The one you love next best would be your spouse.  If the love shared in the relationship between a husband and wife is not a conditioned love, but is unconditional, then that love becomes the best thing in a family.  Nowadays, spouses agree to love each other until the other crosses a certain boundary.  This is a conditioned love that is based on the individual's preferences.

Unconditional love brings happiness and harmony even if this love is not directly connected to the eternal love of God.  Then finally the filial love the children have for their parents.  If children can sacrifice their selfish ways for and love their parents in a bright and positive manner, they can bloom as the hope of the future.  This type of filial love will be a pure and sincere contribution to their own happiness.

A family that is in complete possession of the true parental love, true conjugal love and has true filial love would be the most ideal family in the world.

Who do you think is the center of the family?

The person who is the oldest member of the family.  That would be the great grandfather if he is still living.  He would be the center of the family.

If the other members choose to ignore him and think of him as not as immportant because he will soon pass, it is the same as ignoring the vertical (spiritual realm) world.

Even if the eldest in the family was to become senile and dependent on other, he should still be the center of that family.  This means he should be the first served at the every meal.  This is becausee the son represents the horizonatl position.

Where does unhappiness come from?

It is when the love nest is lost.  In a happy family, the children live with and attend their parents who safeguard the household.  The parents safeguard the house.

The parents represent God.  They are two strangers who represent two separate families who unite as husband and wife, bound together in love.  They abide by the heavenly principle and carry on the family line.  A family must have parents, spouse and children.  Only then can that family provide the grounds for happiness.

God's yearning for the ideal He purposed for humankind is in order to find His own happiness.  God cannot fulfill His ideal world without human beings.  Only when humankind and God form a relationship in unity, can He have a place of emotional harmony.

We feel joy when we are emotionally content in our own homes.  God wants to be able to feel the same from such a position with the world.  Even if someone was to obtain all the wealth, fame and possessions in the world, this alone does not bring happiness.

Do we not see this trend today?  There are mega stars in deep depression, suicidal and unhappy even though they seem to externally have everything.  These things may be the condition to find happiness, but they cannot be happiness itself.

What determines whether you feel happy or not?

In order to feel happy, you need to have a loving parent, a spouse, and children.  No one one earth can deny this truth.  If anyone has only fulfilled one of these conditions, he would still feel a hole, incomplete and feel sad. He would not be able to help feeling discontent proportionate to what is missing.

What do youthink God had in mind for the first human ancestors?

Could such a loving God have imagined a world of chaos for His children?  A world filled with sadness and unhappiness?

God's ideal was for man and woman to come together in union to form an ideal family that would eventually become an ideal world.

The man or woman is not the center of an ideal family.  A family is just an unit that is connected to each other by the bond of a parent to a child and a husband and wife's love. These relationships would then be centered on God's love.

Therefore, we can conclude that God's will is to perfect a family that is centering on His love.

This is an ideal family:  a place where parents, children, husband and wife, and brothers and sisters desire to unite into oneness based on true love.

From such a place the eternal global equalization begins and consequently, the God's Kingdom on earth.

This is followed by God's Kingdom in heaven coming about automatically.

As God is the original substance of true love, when one connects to true love everyone becomes part of one body.

Parents are gods living in God's stead on earth, husband and wife are mutual counterpart gods and sons and daughters are little gods.

Is there any domination or manipulations on any part within that kind of relationship?

A family is composed of three generations which is centered on true love in this manner and is the basis of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Without achieving such a foundation, the kingdom cannot be established.

The family is the center of the universe.

Family perfection is the basis for the perfection of the universe.

If there is true love within the family and a love for the universe, you can freely go anywhere.

In this case, God stands in the combined central position of love as the Parent of the whole universe.

Man's love, woman's love, son's love, daughter's love, parents' love and God's love are all included in the original ideal family foundation.

Those who love their parents, spouse and children in such an harmonized circumstance leads a heavenly life.

There is a saying to the effect, "All is well if there is harmony within the family." If peace reigns in a family everything will go well.

A family that has reached perfection in love, is a family that experience peace which forms the basis of God's Kingdom.

The driving force of a family is true love.

Loving God more than yourself and loving your spouse more than life itself is such an example of the the power of pure and beautiful love.

God did not create a force that is greater than the power of true love in the universe.

True love is God's love.

Such a family is the basis of God's Kingdom.

How else will heaven on earth begin if the individuals within a family are disunited?  Each family's driving force is true love.

A human being should be part of a parent-child relationship as well as a husband and wife and sibling relationship.

These three relationships should meet at one point.

There can only be one central point.

That means the central point of upper and lower, left and right and front and rear should be one and the same.

If any of these have a different center, then the balance of the three relationships would be broken.

For example, it is hard for even three people to come together if their each stick their their philosophies without finding a common ground.

In the end, there are seven points:  above, below, left, right, front, rear and finally the central point is formed.

The significance of fulfilling the number seven is the seven points have become as one in perfected true love, centering on God, thus achieving a perfect sphere forming a family that manifests harmony and peace.

Having Family Brings Completeness

After reading several posts here, you have come to realize that the world we live in today is not the original world God had planned for humanity if you had any questions beforehand.

Opposite of popular belief, God did not create the evil society as a part of His creation.

Therefore, God planned that humanity would mature into perfection and only have a taste of His pure love.

Through this, God would have worked through Adam and Eve in order to govern the creation through them.

We know that this did not happen.

What a glorious new morning it will be when God is finally able to assume a physical body through a perfected being.  That will be the time He can love His grandchildren.  This will be more glorious than the time that He can love his sons and daughters.

God could only work and communicate with us through mediators such as angels and prophets.

How much joy do you think God expressed after millions of years in wait for the fruits of His labor to be born?

God had to teach Adam about His own parental joy, but this can only be learned when the children have their own sons and daughters.

Children have no understanding of what parental love is like, but they do understand after they have their own babies and family.

They can understand that their parents loved them while raising them.  Therefore, the day when it is your child's turn to take a spouse is a day of glory.

Also, the day your child has a child is a day of glory.

God's Blessing Allows You to Inherit Love and Joy

You should learn your parents' love and learn how to serve them.

You should experience the conjugal love with your spouse and learn how to serve them.

You should also know children's love.  Do not just give out orders to your children, but learn how to understand and serve them well.  This is the only way that you can understand God's love.

You will stay in the the feeling of an incomplete state as long as you are without children.  You will not be able to fully understand God's love.

You will not understand how much God loved human beings, His children and the heart that He felt at losing His children at the time of the fall.

Furthermore, without being a husband, you cannot know the wife.  Without being a wife, you cannot know the husband.

Children do not know what parents' love is like until they themselves become parents.  So, without sons and daughters, you cannot be true parents.

Parents want their children to be married because they want to bequeath to them and completely teach them parental love and heart.

When parents pass onto the next world, they do not really disappear because they leave their real selves behind with their descendants.

They leave their spirit and tradition behind. This is why they need descendants.

Love is something that continues forever.

Since love is the highest human desire, everyone wants to inherit it with arms wide open.

When parents bequeath their true love centered on God to their descendants, they can stand proudly before God in the spirit world.

It is through the family that love becomes complete. 

You go to the heavenly kingdom through the family.

This is the realm where the oneness of love is realized through the relationships experienced in a family.  Everyone should follow this principle.

Seeds are sown in spring; plants fully develop in summer; they bear fruit in autumn.

In winter, you should stack up all of your harvest in order and carry the essence of this new seed of life deep within your heart.  This is the only way you will have seeds to plant again when spring returns.

This means that in the future, you should become parents and raise your sons and daughters like yourselves.

Why is it when people do not have children, they feel sorrow or that something is missing?

They feel sorry because they cannot form a complete circle.

When you see a young mother feeding her baby bird, you can recognize the deep love of that mother bird.  Western people may not know this, but in the Orient, children are liked more than adults are.

People are polite and have respect for adults, but they show the utmost love for children.

You realize how much your parents loved you when you are raising your own sons and daughters.  Everyone should get married and have and raise children so that they can know both children's love and parents' love.

It seems that western people are not like this.  They avoid having children and rather take up having dogs and staying single for the rest of their lives.

They hesitate having children or getting married because of what they may have witnessed in their own families with their fallen parents.

But if a person is not able to establish the four-position relationship (brother/sister love, conjugal/spouse love, parental love, God centered love), then they will not be able to go to the Kingdom of heaven because they will not be able to relate and know God's heart of loving all people of humanity.

Human Beings Seek the Center of Love

Human beings are born through love, grow up in parental love, and then mature while broadening love horizontally.

This horizontal love reaches the completion of the first stage where man and woman meet and grow together to the state where they can represent the love of heaven and earth. They then bear children as the fruit of their unique love.

Children are born from the heart's core as a result of love.

A child who is born from a man and woman who share this love based on their hearts, creates a path to the center of love.

This center will lead them directly to God.

By having children as a fruit of their love, human beings come to deeply experience the love with which God created all things and human beings.

By loving their children deeply, they experience the love they received from their own parents and the parental heart.

This is the only way to understand and know the heart of a parent and to understand fully God's parental heart.

This love that the parents pour out to their children is not based on materialistic love, but an intrinsic love.  The love that parents give their children does not change even if heaven and earth change and historical ages change, the love between parent and child is eternal.

Through becoming a parent and loving your children, you will understand and deeply experience how God has been loving human beings.  You will also feel and realize how your parents have loved you and worried and cared for you.

This is why we have much more respect for our parents who are aging.

We fulfill the duties of filial piety with this love.

If you do not fulfill these responsibilities, you are unqualified to be parents and your love towards your children would be considered hypocritical.

By becoming parents, then humanity can fully realize how much God has loved them.  Furthermore, they will love God even more sincerely.

A person should love their aging parents more than they love their own children.  They should love God more than they love their parents.

Now you know that this is the order and law of love after bearing children of your own.

Because heaven and earth has a spherical shape, they share horizontal love and rotate, forming a circle on the first level.

When they take a partner of the opposite sex and share love, they have children as the fruit and become parents.

When they love each other and rotate, vertical love is realized following the horizontal love. This forms the spherical world and establishes the center of love at the same time.

The center of love that emerges through the movement created by these love relationships is also the core of existence of the entire world of creation.

The earth exists because it is also moving continuously around this center of love.

The center of love is where infinite force is gathered that enables continuous movement. The center that appears through the sphere of love in this manner is also a place where God dwells.

Therefore, all creation existing in the world is born and exists through God's love and moves in search for the center of God's love.

God is a furnace of love.

Fruit of Love Has to Mature Before We 'Eat of It'

Everyone by now knows the Biblical account of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.  God warned Adam and Eve not to eat the fruit.  The fruit was symbolic of their sexual organs.  He did not tell them this to be mean or keep them from love, but it was because it was not the right time for them to love.

Imagine an apple growing on the tree still has not reached maturity.  But a young person is so hungry they take the unripened fruit and decide to eat it anyway.  Would this fruit be fully developed yet in its immaturity?

Since they were still in the growth stage, God commanded them to wait until they became spiritually mature.

Everyone grows up and thinks and longs for the time when they can pass through their adolescence.

Why is it necessary to wait until after adolescence to be married?

A man and woman can love at anytime and age, so why is it necessary to wait until after adolescence?

Because of love, this is the only course.

We need to pass through adolescence in order to mature.  Once we fulfill certain conditions during that period, then our spirit and body matures.

What should have been Adam's and Eve's attitude toward their education?

Because God is their parent, Adam and Eve should have obeyed Him and followed Him wherever He went.

The Time for Adam's and Eve's First Love

As we learn in Genesis, they did not do so.

God told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply.  This does not hold the same context as bearing children.

Fruitful means that after their physical and spiritual bodies had become fully mature, they should have become a loving husband and wife centered on God and had good children.

They instead left their original positions and disobeyed God.  Since God is the Absolute Being, they should have followed and obeyed Him absolutely even if they did not understand why.

As appointed lords of all creation, they should have acted according to Heavenly Father's time table.  In other words, they should have waited until their bodies matured physically and they matured spiritually.
As Adam and Eve grew into maturity, they were always together.

As they were exploring and getting to understand and know creation, there could have been a time when Eve was frightened by something.  She might have felt safe and comforted in Adam's arm.  At the same time they both might have felt strong sexual urges because their bodies were different from the other.

In this situation, who was the first to initiate the sexual actions: Adam or Eve?

From that time on, their sexual contact began to increase gradually.  

God created the universe with love.

Since God created with His love, then we should have made the created world a community of love centering on God's love and connect it to Him.

This was their responsibility.

Adam and Eve should have been careful to think beforehand how and with what attitude they would share the love they had which was permitted by God.

Matters of love are extremely serious: life or death is determined by its giving or misuse.

Where does love begin?

A true world begins from the perfection of the individual.  The Principle view point states that we can only love after we have become perfect.

The relationship of love only begins when one passes through adolescence and become mature spiritually enough to fulfill the responsibility of becoming one in harmony with the universe.

As we know that Adam and Eve did not wait until they were perfect to indulge in their fruit of love.  How do we know Adam and Eve were not perfect?  Because a perfected person completely connected to God cannot fall.

Then what kind of love did they share?

Since their love was not centered on God or did not unified all of creations in the universe, this means their love was not mature.  Their love should have been mature and natural.  However, the sad fact is, the love they did share was unnatural.

All Beings Are Perfected through Love

God had created us to become perfected.

This happens once the good mind and the body interact based on God's love established in the beginning.

Thus, both the mind and body grow to maturity based on the principles or laws God set forth, and then they completely unite.

This means that the mind would only center on things God approves and the body would have no choice but to follow.  Human beings still have a way back through religion.  The mind can subjugate the evil desires of the body and return to God.

Perfection can only be achieved when one's life is rooted in love. 

When your love matures centering on God's love, then that love puts out buds and bears fruit on that foundation.  Once a foundation of love is established in this way, then God comes and resides there.

Therefore, until love fully matures, the foundation to bear its fruit cannot be established.  Adam and Eve are the true examples of what happens when we delve into immature love spreading it generation after generation.

All things were created according to the rules of love, and thus they continue to exist. 

Plants bear fruit based on the give and take action between the stamen and the pistil in the flower blossom.  This is also true for the animal kingdom and the human world.

Everything continues to exist through the circular motion of love.

In this way, all things become perfected only after passing through the relationship of love.  In other words, all beings can be perfected only through love.

Our mind and body can only unite when they are positioned to conform to the nucleus, center of God's love.  Also, human beings can only completely mature when they enter the realm of God's love when they are united in mind and body.

Humanity began with the mind following the selfish desires of the body thus completely severing our relationship with God.

We begin our journey toward individual perfection as we were originally intended at the time of creation before the Fall.

When we observe the mind and body, we see that the mind is geared toward heaven and the body is geared toward earth.

This creates the ideal place where heaven and earth and the visible world can unite into one.

Many want to dominate the world, but what if someone wanted to dominate the cosmos?  If his mind and body are not completely united would that be possible for him to lead the cosmos?

If he is not able to rule his own body centered on God, how can he rule others?

If he is not able to unite his mind centered on God, nothing will be achieved.  We see this in every nation and throughout history where the world was led down a darken path due to the fallen nature and evil desires of leaders.

If his mind and body failed to become one completely, nothing can be achieved. 

When we achieve unity between the mind and body centering on God, then God becomes our internal God.

The person is physically the external representation of God.  Then the mind and body become one centering on love.

Love is the link between man and God.

We are the horizontal representatives of the existing world and God is the vertical representative, and love bonds the two externally.

Once we are united mind and body with God, then our heart and emotions are pouring in infinite joy and happiness.

In the end, God and human beings become one through the bond of love.  Then also, human beings become one with the world through love.  The realization of a world of peace begins from here.

God's purpose of creation begins from there.

Jesus, who had matured into perfection centered on God, was to be the beginning of heaven on earth, or world of peace.  But no one in his time could accept him and follow him to the end.

Adam and Eve begin to notice the opposite sex around the age of sixteen or seventeen.  As they matured, they were drawn to each other like a flower in full blossom.  Even God becomes enraptured in this fragrance.

Therefore, when God and human's mind and body become one, the nucleus of the universe is formed.  Together they can travel the path upon which they can take charge of all kinds of love.

However, we see that they did not follow this true path, but their own desires which they could not overcome.

Had they have been able to make God's desire stronger than their fallen one, then they would unite with God, they would have never been able to leave him.

Then their descendants would have been connected, generation after generation, forming a tribe, people, nation and the world.  This then would have been a world full of peace, the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Humanity Will Reach Perfection

Many people, even those of faith wonder how is it possible that God a perfect being could create such imperfect beings.

When God created man and woman, He intended for them to mature into perfection, marry and be established as the heavenly husband and wife.  Then when they pass to the next world, they automatically go to the heavenly kingdom.

God planned to make Adam and Eve the first husband and wife in history that establish the foundation of the Kingdom of Heaven based upon their true relationship.  If we had realized this in the beginning, then the first two blessings, be fruitful and multiply, would have been achieved there.

We may believe that we have already achieved this because the human race multiplies and bears children, but this is nowhere connected to God or His true love or else we would carry God's pure blood lineage and not a sinful one.

What Human Beings Can Be Most Proud Of

God gave humanity the power to multiply His pure children.

Their children would have been born without sin and would have grown into perfection as sinless beings. There would be no need for redemption, prayer, saving or religion. If we followed God's word in the beginning, our relationship would have never been severed in need of restoring.

What else would have occurred?

Adam and Eve would give birth to sinless children and they would become the true father and true mother of humankind centering on God.  They would have become True Parents and not false parents of humanity.

If Adam had reached perfection, they would have achieved not only individual perfection, but also the perfection of heaven and earth.  Moreover, a new family based totally on God's love would have been established.

This family would have expanded to the worldwide level bring about world peace.  The world would have become a community of one large family serving God.  The center of that community would have been God and Adam.

The life course of Adam's family and their everyday life, centered on God, would have established the traditions for history without interruption.  Such traditions would be bound forever with God's love.

God's love is the source of life and the origin of all ideals. 

People would not be able to leave His embrace even if they wanted to.

Even if they had to leave, they would have no choice, but to return.  Even in this fallen world, we see that someone who has once lived for their parents has to leave the family, they become lonesome and miss them all the time.

Also, when someone is linked to the love of God, who is the subject of life and ideals, they would not be able to leave God.

If that person does turn away from God, they would feel so lonely and unhappy that they would never be able to feel joy.

Therefore, they would have no choice but to become one in the realm of God's love.

Under these circumstances, human beings can be proud of three facts: first God is our father; second we are the children of God who can receive His love; and third, we are the heirs to the universe created by God.

Have you ever heard people brag that they married into a rich family?  Compared to that, words cannot express how proud you would be if God were your father and you could receive His complete joy.

If Adam and Eve had established God's ideal family from the start, God's will would have been realized then and a world of peace would have automatically grow from there.

Adam's family would have served God as their original father.  Then they would become the family that is the starting point of one united love as the ancestors of humankind.

This family would have formed the basis upon which Adam and Eve would have united into one in love.  From here, they would perfect their ideals.

Adam's Family Should Have Set the Tradition as the True Family

If humanity had become perfected as God had planned, whose sons and daughters would you be?

Without question, you would be the sons and daughters of God.  

Well, we just said that we already are the sons and daughters of God and we receive His love.  But how can fallen children come from an absolute parent?

Therefore, after our direct link to God was severed, He took responsibility for His children's mistake through the course of restoration.  We have become God's adopted children who link to God through His son, Jesus.

Therefore, if Adam and Eve had not fallen, all human beings would have been God's true sons and true daughters.  It would be likened to Adam and Eve being just as perfect as Jesus.

We would not have been people who could be toyed with, dominated or slandered by the enemy as we are today.

God's son has absolute power.

He represents the absolute authority and power of God wherever he goes.

When a family is formed centered on God's true son, that family thus becomes God's family before which the entire cosmos should surrender.

Moreover, when a tribe centered on that family comes into being, the whole of creation must safeguard that tribe and be assimilated into it.

We not only lost our position as true sons and daughters of God, but we are tormented endlessly by the enemy.

If the first human parents had not disobeyed God's commandment and went their own way, they would have become one with God forever.

No one, not even the archangel, would be able to sever the relationship of love based on that unity.

What theory or doctrine could deny the father's identity once sons and daughters grow up into maturity?

Even if someone was to question them about their father's identity at gunpoint, they would not have been able to deny who he was.

Humanity now does not even know for sure whether their Father exists or not.

If Adam and Eve had not fallen, the first family of heaven would have been formed in the Garden of Eden.

That family would have prospered under God's sovereignty, immune to any of Satan's attacks, temptations or slanders.

They would have received all of God's love.  If they had united into one in God's love as the son and daughter receiving God's complete love, they would have given birth to true children centering on God's love.

God's love would have constantly surrounded them.  They then would have established the tradition of the ideal husband, ideal wife, son and daughter.  God's will would have been realized, if the first family's tradition had been based totally on God's love.

Adam and Eve should have become perfect by the will of God.  

Then receive the Marriage Blessing approved and given by God. Upon the basis of their family. they would have established God's nation.

Adam and Eve should have achieved perfection first based on love.  If they had based their horizontal relationship under God, the fulfillment of His will would have been laid and that world would have extended all the way from the national level to the cosmic level.

This world would have been based on the tradition of Adam and Eve achieving oneness as husband and wife.  However, we did not see this tradition take place because Adam and Eve did not follow God's will and fell away from God completely.

This is the sorrowful tradition which we have passed on non-stop generation to generation.

God has been working non-stop since the Fall to bring humanity back to the original position.  Now, that we have passed into the new Completed Testament Age, by attending True Parents who reverse the Fall, we can become perfected through true families.

Does God Exist Part III

Every morning when I get up, I wash my face, looking in the mirror. Every morning I am totally intoxicated by my own face, not because it is anything special but because of Who designed this face. It must have been a genius! How could He put the eyes like that, the nose, the mouth, the ears? Is there any better way of making the combination? I cannot think of any improvement.

What if you were to place your eyes in the center where the nose is or place the nose on the forehead?  What if you bring the eyes where the mouth is and place the mouth a little bit higher?

When you think of your facial design, you see that there is no better placement that makes sense in regard to the rest of the elements.

The position of the eyes, the nose and the mouth all have Divine Principle meaning.

First, of all the eyes which are in the highest position represent God.  The nose represents Adam and Eve.  One nostril represents man and the other the woman which unites in the center.  The forehead represents God's ideal which extends down to the eyes and the nose.

The mouth is horizontal and represents all things and all creatures in the creation.

The bridge of the nose reaches to the highest point.  Thus our face is symbolic of the whole universe.  How can we say that this came about by accident?

Adam and Eve, as the first parents, are in the center standing at the highest position of Creation reaching up to God.  God has the deeper position where you have to look deeply into the eyes.

You will find God hiding behind deeper things. 

The mouth represents all the things of creation, so you have 32 teeth, the product of 4 times 8, significant numbers of creation.

Ears represent the four directions.  You have a body with two legs and two arms.  The foot has three joints and your fingers have three joints as well. The thumb has two, however the thumb represents God.

You have the four fingers that are closer together so when the fist is clenched, the thumb is hidden inside.  This is because God is hidden within the universe.

Altogether we have twenty-four joints in the two hands, with God hiding in the center.

In all the universe and all creation God's central masterpiece is man. 

This is how God feels about man; man is the most precious piece of His whole creation.

Upon careful, deeper observation, you can see the similarities between all the animals and man, because there was a certain basic process of which they were all a part.

When you look at creation's beginnings you see that God used the previous experiences in successive creations.  But when you look at man's internal nature, you will see that he is the only one who is totally different because he is a new creation from the rest.

God created a variety of nuclei that cannot come together without the universal force to bring everything together and bind them into oneness.

By now we know that God exists and we certainly need Him.

This is a fundamental awareness.

Once it is revealed, more theories and principles can be derived from it. This is the understanding we are bringing and sharing with the world in order to correct our fallen path that was created when we turned away from God.

This thought embraces all the phenomena of the universe and all historical phenomena to fulfill the ideal of unification through the way of restoration.

We create the basis for God's love through our witnessing of home church in our 360 homes in our area.

We must talk about the origin of the fall from the first parents, True Parents, their heart and God's heart.

You will not be able to understand the true content of Divine Principle until you witness to hundreds.
We must achieve individual perfection through experiences in the home church area before we can talk about perfection and restoration of the whole.

We must have individual restoration before world restoration can happen.

One you have many experiences witnessing this truth and serving your 360 home church area, you will come to understand this completely.

Home church is our altar and where you will meet God.

Now that you know God, you know you need God and where to meet Him.  Once you truly know God with your heart and serve Him you would not do anything to hurt Him.

What if everyone knew God in his own heart?

No one would be able to commit any crimes, and no one could hurt anybody.  Your own eyes would be the watchdog of God.

Just by having an evil thought within you, when you look in the mirror, your own eyes would judge you and force you to repent for your behavior.

Have you ever considered that every time you look in the mirror that the person in the mirror is God watching over you?

If you were to live for yourself or commit any crimes, how would you be able to command your leg to work for you?

How can you order your hand to feed your mouth if all you are doing is evil acts?  Your mouth would not have the right to open to receive the food.

If a criminal had spiritual sense, he would be able to see that the food protests going into his mouth screaming out, "No".  Food does not want to go into a thief's mouth, or go into the stomach because it would become his nourishment to do more evil.

On the other hand, food would want to nourish a good, God-centered person working for the sake of your fellow man.

All things of creation, food included wants to become a part of God.

When you are godly, food wants to be eaten by you and be inside you because then they can become a part of God and a higher call.  There are two types of human beings: one is the animal-type and the other is the noble, God centered human being.

You are making a determined effort to become the original, perfect being God wanted from the beginning of creation.  Do you do this only out of duty or do you take the initiative?

Through this process of linking to the eternal God is the center of eternal love, we are immortalizing ourselves.  Just like Jesus, we become immortal beings by uniting ourselves with the immortal center.

Perfection must come while we are engaged in life here on earth.

If the first parents had followed God's word instead of another, everyone would have reached perfection in their relationships within their lifetime on earth .

Then they would have entered heaven automatically after entering spirit world.

This was God's blueprint of creation.  Fortunately, we are living in the age where we have a golden opportunity to reach perfection in our lifetime through the work of restoration.

If you miss this opportunity, you will lose this position forever.

When you understand the seriousness of this situation, you see that nothing else matters.  You will want to invest all your energy during this lifetime to reach perfection of yourself and your relationship with God.

This is the most essential and all encompassing aspiration of life.

You must think that you can become the person which God takes absolute delight because you will perfect your love and become inseparable from Him.

You will be so joyful when you are in this position.

This work of restoration is not easy, but once we understand how precious a chance we have to return to our original state before the fall, we can have a grateful heart to do this work.

Even to become the President of the entire world is not as important as this position.  People of all history could not imagine that it was possible to be able to become perfected in our love.

Jesus was able to reach perfection and reach the true standard of God, but he left his mission incomplete because he was not able to have people to follow him completely in his lifetime.

He suffered the way of the cross as a second choice to bring only spiritual salvation to the earth. Thus, Jesus himself lost his own body leaving Satan to attack the physical self.  Even the most devout Christian bears children with sin.

This is why the Messiah brings the message to our time that will liberate humanity physically from the fall.

We should realize how poignant, gratifying the ideal of God is real.  He is searching after each of us to reach His standard.  He does not happily sit by and watch the world fall apart from His throne, but

He comes down and reaches out for us.  Just as much as we need God, God needs us.

We can enjoy many great relationships within our family lives, but a tragedy may take a spouse away.  We do not have to worry if he or she lived for the sake of God.

If you both pursued the one, central universal way of life, you will never be separated from your husband, wife or loved one.

The reason you are pushed out to do fundraising activities is because through those experiences, you can shorten your path to reach God.

When you work all day long, you don't want to just spend the money on yourself, but to continue on, you must find something to eat.  You may go to McDonald's and get a burger for a dollar and thank Heavenly Father for the renewed energy.

Even if you were dressed poorly, the food would be delighted to come into your body because you are a person of God.

When everything you do represents God's world, that hamburger will love you and want to be part of you.  The hamburger won't complain that you gobbled it up in one bite.

Compare yourself today to the person you were before doing your mission work for others.  Isn't there a world of difference? You have gone through a priceless transformation in your goals and your spiritual state.

You could never buy those experiences with money.  You may seem like your position is poor, but your position is precious when you see the overall effect.

You could never buy this with money. The position you are in is precious.

If you really know and love the nucleus, then you love everything about it.

We aspire and desire to meet God, to live with Him and have Him dwell with us joyfully.

Once you connect with the eternal love of God, you become inseparable beings for eternity.  When you are connected with God's love, your hand radiates spiritual light.

Thus, your whole body becomes like a light bulb when you are truly becoming the embodiment of God.

Every cell of yours is totally satisfied when the love of God surrounds you.

This is how the love of God is:  when you are dancing, you want to dance forever; when you are enjoying sleeping, you want to sleep forever.  You don't want to be separated from the source of joy.

While you are on earth, you must have this experience of ecstatic joy of love.  This is really perfection.

Then once you lose your physical body in that state, then you automatically are pulled up, as if by a big magnet, to God in heaven.  You become like a piece of metal flying directly into the magnet of God's bosom.

This is a eternal magnetic field of love of which you are a part.

For eternity, you cannot separate from this origin of love.  We must know that every single element of creation is headed this way.  Creation longs to become  part of this field of love.  They will come to you and want to stay with you.

This is considered the ideal world.

The ideal world is a reality and within our reach.

To reach this level, we should apply ourselves 24 hours a day to live in this way.  There is no way you can get tired, even death would not be able to stop you from obtaining this standard.

If death was to come, you will be liberated into absolute freedom and be able to move wherever you want once you fulfill your purpose in life.

We should prepare a package of love and go and meet God.

Home church is the launching pad we can call a "Love Apollo".  Through this large launching pad, you must create lots of love.  Through your acts in home church providence, you make a lot of journeys of love.

Living this way, you make your life dramatic, ultimately exciting.  Thus, persecution is not necessarily bad.

Why Do We Struggle With Sin?

People wonder why good people and religious people throughout history have always been persecuted.  For this reason, many people believe that that there is no God at all.

They wonder if God is a good all-powerful God, why does He allow so much suffering in the world.  Why have the major religions in their beginning been persecuted?

Persecution comes so that movement can receive blessings in the end.

It has always been true that under persecution a good person would become stronger. 

On the other hand, a self-centered individual begins to lean toward the evil side.  This is an age-old pattern where leaning toward the bad side, we feel ourselves weakening.  No matter how smart, rich or famous a person is, once he decides to stand apart from the side of goodness, he will begin to weaken.

Then the question is what would cause a person to turn away from the side of goodness?  Why does it seem that the rich people of the world seem to be the scoundrels causing many problems , not the good people?

Once a person veers toward the bad side, it is very hard to return to the good side.

But, if a person resides on the bad side realizes his lowly position and why good people are persecuted, he can go once more toward the way of goodness.

Looking at the situation of good and bad sides, then we must know there are two kinds of  gods to govern either one.

One god propagates goodness and one who multiplies and glorifies evil by helping evil people to prosper.

Does it seem rational to think that these two gods worked together to create the world, or did one become a creation from the other?

This is the very question that man has wondered: is man originally good or created to be both good and bad?  Some say that man was both good and bad while others feel that originally he was bad, but was made to have a choice to overcome evil by getting better and better day by day.

Where this confusion of origin lies, people don't have the tools to know which way to go.

Logically speaking, if a bad god created this world from the beginning, then the world will be bad and the outcome would be bad.  But on the contrary, man was built with a godly conscience that pushes us to want to do good.

This good conscience struggles against the heavy stream of badness in this hellish world.

If the world was built to be evil, then why does our conscience exist which causes so much internal struggle within each one of us?

If a bad god created the world then he would not have had room to create the conscience.

Can we conclude that conscience came into being after man was created or that it was part of man all along?  How do we think that conscience was part of man all the time?  How can conscience be such a strong force all throughout history and where does it come from?

Is it possible for a light source in the darkness to keep shining if it was not powered from another source somewhere else? We have witnessed that the conscience has immense power and is always present within us.

So, can we conclude that the conscience is powered by energy from somewhere outside itself?

We know God, so we feel that our conscience must be powered by energy from God.  We believe that the conscience continues to fight against the evil in history until evil is finally conquered and dispersed.

As long as evil remains in man, it will always confront the ways of goodness and will not freely let it go on its way.

Even though a person lives by the guidance of their conscience, they are still tempted by evil.  How can these two conflicting ideas come to reside inside of man?

The only thing we can surmise is that along the way to man becoming perfected, some accident outside of God occurred which caused man to come to contain two opposing elements.

When we build a machine, we want it to work and function properly to perform its duties.  It is not necessary for every part of a machine to break down for it to stop working.  If even the smallest part stops working, the whole machine will not work.

When we examine a sinful man, we can see that there must be a part missing within each of us that is broken, yet the conscience is intact.

Something else is amiss.  When we look further, we will see that somehow the body has ceased functioning.   Man's conscience is still in its original state, but the body must be repaired to function correctly.

There are three types of people in the world: one who lives absolutely by his conscience, one who sometimes does and sometimes doesn't, and finally the kind of person who only lives for his own profit, and never thinks about the meaning behind things.

If there are two gods, the evil god would dominate the people in the third category, plus oftentimes dominate the people in the second category.  The god of goodness can only have a connection with people in the first category

The third category places emphasizes on the body's desires, while those in the second category follow the standard of conscience which changes according to how good or bad their circumstances are.

A person in the first category however is so conscientious that love is part of his motivation in whatever he does.

The world is a museum of people, good, bad and in-between. 

Satan battles over who gains people in either category.

Satan constantly invades the second and third groups, whereas God works the other way trying to strengthen the conscience of man.

Every competition has rules to obey.  There is no exception for good and evil.  These rules must be kept.  What kind of rule would be the standard to apply to all the situations in the universe?

When we take a grand look at the nations around the world and their laws, we see laws that are created to protect the citizens.  Laws are intended to protect goodness from being invaded.

A man must have true love before he can be a true man. 

Also, before God can be a true God, He also must have true love.  We can only think of a true rule in these terms.  Every person good, bad or in-between claims that they take every action from the base of true love, but how do we recognize true love?

True love likes and embraces everything, whether it is in man's world, God's world, or the world of the universe.

If true love was to become visible and rise just as the sun in the morning, everything would see and admire it and never take their gaze from it.  Even those in the spirit world will fix their eyes upon it.  Would everyone in the world rush to be the first to reach there?

Even true love has order.

Man's body also has an order.  Each limb and organ always appear in the same place.  Likewise, when love appears, those who are closest to being true should go there first.  Then, true man comes closest to true love.

But when true love does not show itself, heaven is empty.  Until a true man and true love appear, the real heaven is empty.

God is trying to broaden His territory.  This was the Principle of Creation though history's direction went in the opposite direction.  Wouldn't it be better to live in a domain of goodness than the current world of sin?  This realm would include everything.  Man is raised up enough to be included here, and all things will come under him, the three great blessings.

According to this godly standard, are you a true man?

If a good god created man, then why weren't we born as a true man?  Why does it take so much effort to become a true man after we are born?

Because something in the process of building the first family went fundamentally wrong with man.

Do you want to become a true man?

The first man and woman did not follow the true way and every person has inherited this tainted bloodline nonstop.  Therefore, man has come to live in the area where God does not dominate.  Man has been trying to overcome the effects of the fall through religion.

Man's fervent desire is to return to the original area where God dwells, but some material is needed to form a safe bridge.

This material is a true man.  Finally, God forms a bridge to enable man to go right into His heart.

It becomes clear when we know the small set of rules that govern all of history, then it no longer appears complicated.  It is less confusing than when the rules work on every level at the same time.

Every man was created with a conscience, and without being told, they know what is right.  Therefore, every person's mind has a purpose for goodness.  This intense feeling that makes you feel that you have to absolutely do something for goodness is almost a religious feeling.

When you first wake up and you see the sun shining in the morning, don't you automatically think that it is going to be a good day?  Also, if you were to meet someone early in the day, then you feel that the day will be a fruitful day.

On the other hand, when you meet a 'bad' person, maybe you feel it will be a fruitless day.

But, a religious man will think that when he meets a bad person that it will bring him luck.  They understand the difficulty and hardship will help you pay indemnity!

A bad man can not continue the true way of life for even one full day, for he would be too tired.  Religious people who follow the true way also become tired, but not discouraged.

It would be like an ordinary person might take a whole life to walk all the way to Washington, but religious people might walk all the way to the Orient in the same time.  Some people might climb 3, 000 feet high, but a religious person may climb a 30, 000 feet more.

Every man, good or bad, powerful or weak, wants to change the world the way he likes it.  

If a person has true love, anything can be done because everything he does is within the law of the universe.  If a person has the goal to reach true love in his life, no matter how long it takes, he still has to reach his destination.

Imagine a room is the entire earth and one person possesses a tiny speck of territory.  If this person has true love, the whole world is his.  Even God desires to posses this true love.  Each human has that desire, but usually people don't know why they have this desire.  It is natural.  The purpose of that desire is to guide them to find true love.

It is a good thing if a person posses this strong desire, because it will carry him up high toward true love.  Without this intense desire to have true love, a man will go wrong.

Desire can either be good or bad.

This point must be clear or one will become confused about which direction they should go.  Confusion in love causes you to lose power.  Nowadays, people are confused by the rules of love and follow all the wrong directions not knowing which way is up.

We need material to build this bridge whether it is all things, man or spirit world.

Each person's life is going toward the direction of love.  This is the providence of history to return humanity's path away from the fall toward God's heavenly direction.  Everything is fashioned to be directed toward this goal.  God also, must go in this direction, but without man's help, God cannot go there.

What does God's true love look like?

Is it God Himself or some object?  The object of God is a true man which He gives and takes with true love.  True God and true man were meant to live together centering on true love.

If God can do as He pleases, why does he make man suffer?  Why does man have to work so hard to mend broken history?

Without true man, God cannot completely fulfill His true love. We have an equal position in this.  God gave us a portion of responsibility in order for man to have a part of creation.

The Starting Point of Love

At the beginning of this blog about 9 months ago, I brought up the notion of perfection.  Is it possible for one to be perfected?  Originally, God created Adam and Eve to reach perfection through full maturity before they consummated in the giving of their fruits of love.

Wouldn't an absolute, almighty being want to have an absolute, perfect being in which to have relations or a corrupted being?  Of course, if God had planned for humanity to live in the perfect world known as the Garden of Eden and had no other choice, but to throw us out after humanity's mistake, would He give up His dream and desire to fulfill the ideal of His creation?

I don't think God would give up.  Therefore, throughout history, God strives to bring humanity back to their original position before the Fall.  He brought religion, countless saints, and the Messiah to turn humanity away from the fallen path we have inherited.

Since our first ancestors misused love away from God, what is the starting point of true love?


The Perfection of the individual

An individual cannot attain perfection by knowledge, power or money.

Rather, perfection is realized through love -- not vulgar love, but the original love. By this love everything is perfected.

Perfection can only be realized through love.  Not just any kind of love but the original love.  Through this love, everything is perfected.  We each are born with five senses: sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell.  Each senses should be centered on perfected love.  This means that every sensation of our eyes, nose, mouth, hands and so forth should be perfected centering on love.

One cannot abide in that state by oneself. One must be relating ever more closely with a counterpart. One's counterpart is ever changing, and the feelings coming from one's counterpart are ever changing.

When our five senses become one centering on love we then experience the world in a state of ecstasy.  We would be enraptured by our surroundings and lovingly take in the world around us.

God created the mind and body based on love. 

For an individual to become perfect, these must become one. An individual grows to maturity through their eternal give and take action.

The quality of love can fill an enlarged space or shrink to an infinitely small point.  This is heavenly love.  Through the eyes of love, it does not matter if something is big or small.  Small things have their value in small packages and large things have their value in a big package.  This is God's desire to create such a world of love.

To begin the process of perfecting an individual one must start from love then mature centering on love.  This process resembles a bud growing into fruit. Then when the person attains the proper standard of love, God will dwell in his future marriage.  Until his love has matured, there is no basis upon which to bear good fruit.

Everything is created and sustained based upon the law of love. 

Fruit is produced after a flower blooms, the stamen and pistil within the flower engage in give and take action creating a circular motion.  This is the same in the animal world and among human beings.  Everything in creation can only reach completion through the relationship of love, therefore, every entity can become perfect only through love.

When you become one with the core of the realm of God's love, mind and body can be united and become mature.  This is the process how a person who has not fallen grows toward individual perfection.

The perfection of an individual means the unification of mind and body. 

When the mind in the subject position engages in give and take action with the body in the object position, then this unified mind and body becomes the object of God. 

The mind should be unchanging forever.  The mind tends to focus on heaven and the body tends toward the world.

This is based upon the Cosmic Teaching and calls upon us to unite the incorporeal and corporeal worlds.  If a person wants to rule the cosmos, shouldn't they have a united mind and body?  Without a united mind and body, that person will perish.

what should they center on?  The mind and body should unite centered on God and then you become the external God reflecting His inner and outer nature.  How does one unite the mind to a fallen body?  We should center this unity upon love.


You can be your own worst enemy if you cannot unite your mind and body.

The perfection of an individual starts from the point where he or she makes a vertical relationship with God.  It is faith of the parent-child relationship.

What is individual perfection in this day?  As God loves us, this is the law of the Principle. We must also love God because love is only realized when subject and object give and take, there is no separation between God and His children.  This is the starting point for individual perfection.

We should establish a tradition of mutual love, respect and attendance of God as the vertical center.  Then we receive his love as His sons and daughters.

One should fulfill their individual responsibility on their way to individual perfection.  Before God can fully display His love for fallen, unclean man and woman, we must first perfect our character.

What do you think perfection of character means? It means to become a person who can fulfill his or her responsibility. That is to say, one must first be restored to one's original position before the Fall and then reach perfection, finally capable of fulfilling one's responsibility. This process involves a revolutionary change in character.

Since God is the subject partner to love, He requires an absolute object partner in which to have give and take action of love.

Individual perfection means the perfection of character. 

Once you clearly understand that you can obtain true love only after you have perfected your character, you must bear in mind that there is no other way to go besides the way of perfecting your character.

Once a person fulfills their responsibility and become mature people before God in a position to praise and love Him, he or she realizes the perfection of character.    The only way to obtain true love is by perfecting our fallen, sinful character.

People who live externally only in the satanic world has no connection to the realm of heart.

Once you have gone through a revolution of character, then and only then will you be led to true love.  One will never be able to reach perfection as long as they remain selfish, self-centered, have worldly greed, attachment to children, and having cultural superiority.  These are Satan's traps.

To become mature in character we must deny everything in the satanic world, by denying every worldly thing and bear much persecution.  Those who think centered on themselves and not God remain tied to the satanic realm.  Once you inherit God's heart and reached a perfected character, then you can connect with God's standard of character.

We must become people who can meet the standard of the original perfected character by continuously reforming ourselves and fulfilling our given responsibilities.

The Divine Principle, Unification Thought can make you reform and perfect yourself delving into the depths, pains and truths of God's heart.

To reform this world, we must perfect our character one hundred percent. Otherwise, we cannot reach the level of perfect joy.

What if war ended and there was peace all over the world.  Each one of us would not experience perfect joy as long as memories of the Fall remain in us.  How can we call it World Peace if when we go home we cannot be happy or love our wife or children fully because of sin?  We must erase the notion that human beings fell and become beings who are more than one hundred percent perfect.

Where is love's embarkation point, love's encampment, and the place of love's safe settlement?

Among you, some might hope that it is your mind and body. In fact, if your mind and body become the place where God's love can settle safely, then you will become the perfect encampment for unification.

God can safely settle in the mind and body then you become the perfect encampment for unification.  You become the object of God's love and become God's direct son who will inherit the family business which is the enterprise of heaven and earth.  When God witnesses this day wouldn't He cry tears of gratitude welcoming you proudly, "Oh, my son!"?


Where does love start?

We must be able to correspond with the harmony of heaven and earth and carry out our responsibility.

Love begins from a perfected individual after going through adolescence and become qualified to love the opposite sex.  We must correspond to heaven and earth and carry out our responsibility.  However, Adam and Eve did not begin their family in this way.  Their love could not happen where heaven and earth could unite.

They did not have the destined love, but united centered on satanic love.  Every human descended from the first parents who never tasted God's true love.  We do not even understand the concept of a world of true love.  We must each prepare a foundation of true love centered on God, then he comes down for the first time with His love.

God looks down at humans as His masterpiece and cannot help but loving them when He sees them love each other and makes a way for people to join in relationships of love.  God existed first as the Word and thereafter creating all things, created human beings on the last day.  God created Adam as His object partner and the female Eve as Adam''s object partner.

Centering on God, Adam and Eve in the position of subject and object partners are to make a relationship of love. At the same time, God and the two human beings, Adam and Eve, would make a relationship of subject and object partners.

Were Adam to make a subject-object relationship with God, without making a subject-object relationship with Eve, he would not be able to possess God's eternal love, nor could he exist eternally. By only making a relationship with God, Adam would only be able to move in a straight line. The same would apply if he related only with Eve.

Eternity and perfection are obtained not from linear motion, but require spherical motion. To change from linear motion to spherical motion, Adam also needs to make a relationship with Eve as his object partner. Adam alone cannot establish the harmony of life and love.

Everything in creation exists based on movement through three points or it will not be perfect or eternal.    Adam was to approach God through His object Eve and Eve through Adam, not through a straight line.  This way, they would proceed in a spherical movement.  To approach Eve, they would have to have a love relationship, because by himself he does not have the strength to approach God.

We know that Adam and Eve chose love outside of God's realm, but what if they had reached perfection and had completely matured as man and woman to receive the marriage blessing of God instead of getting kicked out.

They would have centered on one love and become Mother and unite with the entire universe.  We see the opposite in our environment in these Last Days.  They would have united with God and have initiated a new beginning in the universe, in heaven and earth.

How could this begin.  The starting point of a cosmos of peace was to be God's love.

Where would be the origin of this God-centered unified love?

God had originally intended that Adam and Eve would mature and embrace all things in heaven and earth.   Their hearts would have overflowed with happiness, enraptured in God's love.    Their love would have hope for tomorrow and be big enough to embrace all future generations.  This would be the starting point for true love to appear uniting man and woman centering on God's love.  By not reaching this level, the starting point of unified love does not appear.

After an individual achieves perfection as a spouse in the conjugal relationship, we should receive public recognition center on God's love to establish the true ideal.
