Humanity Will Reach Perfection

Many people, even those of faith wonder how is it possible that God a perfect being could create such imperfect beings.

When God created man and woman, He intended for them to mature into perfection, marry and be established as the heavenly husband and wife.  Then when they pass to the next world, they automatically go to the heavenly kingdom.

God planned to make Adam and Eve the first husband and wife in history that establish the foundation of the Kingdom of Heaven based upon their true relationship.  If we had realized this in the beginning, then the first two blessings, be fruitful and multiply, would have been achieved there.

We may believe that we have already achieved this because the human race multiplies and bears children, but this is nowhere connected to God or His true love or else we would carry God's pure blood lineage and not a sinful one.

What Human Beings Can Be Most Proud Of

God gave humanity the power to multiply His pure children.

Their children would have been born without sin and would have grown into perfection as sinless beings. There would be no need for redemption, prayer, saving or religion. If we followed God's word in the beginning, our relationship would have never been severed in need of restoring.

What else would have occurred?

Adam and Eve would give birth to sinless children and they would become the true father and true mother of humankind centering on God.  They would have become True Parents and not false parents of humanity.

If Adam had reached perfection, they would have achieved not only individual perfection, but also the perfection of heaven and earth.  Moreover, a new family based totally on God's love would have been established.

This family would have expanded to the worldwide level bring about world peace.  The world would have become a community of one large family serving God.  The center of that community would have been God and Adam.

The life course of Adam's family and their everyday life, centered on God, would have established the traditions for history without interruption.  Such traditions would be bound forever with God's love.

God's love is the source of life and the origin of all ideals. 

People would not be able to leave His embrace even if they wanted to.

Even if they had to leave, they would have no choice, but to return.  Even in this fallen world, we see that someone who has once lived for their parents has to leave the family, they become lonesome and miss them all the time.

Also, when someone is linked to the love of God, who is the subject of life and ideals, they would not be able to leave God.

If that person does turn away from God, they would feel so lonely and unhappy that they would never be able to feel joy.

Therefore, they would have no choice but to become one in the realm of God's love.

Under these circumstances, human beings can be proud of three facts: first God is our father; second we are the children of God who can receive His love; and third, we are the heirs to the universe created by God.

Have you ever heard people brag that they married into a rich family?  Compared to that, words cannot express how proud you would be if God were your father and you could receive His complete joy.

If Adam and Eve had established God's ideal family from the start, God's will would have been realized then and a world of peace would have automatically grow from there.

Adam's family would have served God as their original father.  Then they would become the family that is the starting point of one united love as the ancestors of humankind.

This family would have formed the basis upon which Adam and Eve would have united into one in love.  From here, they would perfect their ideals.

Adam's Family Should Have Set the Tradition as the True Family

If humanity had become perfected as God had planned, whose sons and daughters would you be?

Without question, you would be the sons and daughters of God.  

Well, we just said that we already are the sons and daughters of God and we receive His love.  But how can fallen children come from an absolute parent?

Therefore, after our direct link to God was severed, He took responsibility for His children's mistake through the course of restoration.  We have become God's adopted children who link to God through His son, Jesus.

Therefore, if Adam and Eve had not fallen, all human beings would have been God's true sons and true daughters.  It would be likened to Adam and Eve being just as perfect as Jesus.

We would not have been people who could be toyed with, dominated or slandered by the enemy as we are today.

God's son has absolute power.

He represents the absolute authority and power of God wherever he goes.

When a family is formed centered on God's true son, that family thus becomes God's family before which the entire cosmos should surrender.

Moreover, when a tribe centered on that family comes into being, the whole of creation must safeguard that tribe and be assimilated into it.

We not only lost our position as true sons and daughters of God, but we are tormented endlessly by the enemy.

If the first human parents had not disobeyed God's commandment and went their own way, they would have become one with God forever.

No one, not even the archangel, would be able to sever the relationship of love based on that unity.

What theory or doctrine could deny the father's identity once sons and daughters grow up into maturity?

Even if someone was to question them about their father's identity at gunpoint, they would not have been able to deny who he was.

Humanity now does not even know for sure whether their Father exists or not.

If Adam and Eve had not fallen, the first family of heaven would have been formed in the Garden of Eden.

That family would have prospered under God's sovereignty, immune to any of Satan's attacks, temptations or slanders.

They would have received all of God's love.  If they had united into one in God's love as the son and daughter receiving God's complete love, they would have given birth to true children centering on God's love.

God's love would have constantly surrounded them.  They then would have established the tradition of the ideal husband, ideal wife, son and daughter.  God's will would have been realized, if the first family's tradition had been based totally on God's love.

Adam and Eve should have become perfect by the will of God.  

Then receive the Marriage Blessing approved and given by God. Upon the basis of their family. they would have established God's nation.

Adam and Eve should have achieved perfection first based on love.  If they had based their horizontal relationship under God, the fulfillment of His will would have been laid and that world would have extended all the way from the national level to the cosmic level.

This world would have been based on the tradition of Adam and Eve achieving oneness as husband and wife.  However, we did not see this tradition take place because Adam and Eve did not follow God's will and fell away from God completely.

This is the sorrowful tradition which we have passed on non-stop generation to generation.

God has been working non-stop since the Fall to bring humanity back to the original position.  Now, that we have passed into the new Completed Testament Age, by attending True Parents who reverse the Fall, we can become perfected through true families.

Reversing the Fall

The will of God is to consummate the purpose of creation.

Where is the will of God going to finally take place and who will be the one to achieve that goal?  Will God Himself do it?

If it was fully God's responsibility to return the world back to its original position to obtain His will after the fall of Adam and Eve, then He would have immediately reversed the fall at that moment when it occurred.  In order to consummate the will, an object is required.

God's will cannot be consummated within Himself without having relation to another.  Who would play the major role as God's object to bring about His will?

It was Adam and Eve's responsibility to be in the object position to God as subject to consummate the purpose of creation.  How would they have completed this task?  If Adam and Eve had become perfect individually and united with God, the purpose of creation would be established based on their family of goodness as a True Family of God.  Instead, they fell while still not united with God.

Therefore the will of God requires not just God Himself, but more particularly requires man for its consummation. 

What is left in our time to bring about God's purpose for creating man?

Man must become perfected.  That might be a far-fetched ideal that sinful, fallen man can become perfect, but the will of God and individual perfection are one and the same and cannot be separated.

Have you ever thought how far you are from perfection?

The center of the circle is the same distance from the edge in every direction and this represents the perfected position.  If you were to think of yourself inside this circle where would you be in relation to the ideal central position?

How about humanity?  How far has man fallen from that central point after the fall?  There have been billions of people born after the fall.  This caused humanity to develop away from the central point in a circular pattern.

The history of humanity tragically has been filled with men wandering through life trying to come back to the center from every direction.  Every person has their idea of where the point of destination should be.  They do not know where the true central point is to lead us back to the purpose of creation.

If we were to look at our family tree, we would see a family line full of different characteristics.  One branch of our family may have developed in one direction and another may have gone in the opposite direction.  Either way, we are still the fruit of that entire ancestry.

If each family has a different ancestral origin, the position of their fruit cannot be identical.  We have different individual characteristics and varied spiritual heritages.

God is a God of justice, equality and fairness.

If each individual comes from different ancestry can God say that everyone in His sight is absolutely equal?  Is this a correct concept?  If Adam and Eve had followed God's word instead of following Satan's word, every person would have been born equal.

Because of the fall, man's value had changed from one person to another and has entirely different course in his life of wandering.   Because of this varied course of behavior, two different consequences came into being: one is heaven and the other is hell.

God did not create hell.  This is a misleading belief of many people of faith.  Man created hell by not choosing God.  There are different accomplishments like different ranks between heaven and hell.

There are as many levels or different ranks existing in spirit world as there are here on earth.

If a person comes from a particular ancestral line that accumulated goodness, the person on earth is somewhere between heaven and hell.  We each accumulate good or evil through the choices we make in our own lives.  The several different levels of accomplishments here on earth will be reflected or paralleled in the spirit world.

You do not know much about spirit world now, but when you understand its makeup you will recognize the thousands of different levels of accomplishment, from the worst kind of evil existence to the highest, most divine existence of spiritual perfection.

Spiritual growth can only happen while you are here on earth.  

Thus, the Bible states that what is loosed on earth will be loosed in heaven.  You enter the spirit world the way you leave earth.  Thus, many scary movies portraying spirit men as they were the moment of death has some truth to it.

If a person finds himself at the bottom of hell and knows that he has a millennium of effort just to reach to a mediocre level, would he strive hard toward the goal to reach that level?  No, human desire is sparked on when a person can see his own position and the glorious goal clearly.  Then the person would strive toward the goal.

When a person can clearly see where he wants to end up, he must first realize why he has not reached his goal and is 'stuck' at his present point.  A person who has fallen far from God's ideal central point, where would the solution begin?

Would he find the solution at the present position or from God's central point?

This state of being far from God came as a result of man's behavior during his physical life and reflects what his character was on earth. 

This means that the solution begins with men here on earth.  The fundamental problem of spirit men in hell is it is too late once you enter the spirit world.  Once you enter the spirit world for eternity, you can no longer work freely on earth to make any spiritual progress without working through this earthly world.

In order for a spirit to make progress, the entire spirit world must make union with the physical world.  As we have found in history, it is not easy for these two worlds to intermingle or for spirits to freely come down until the Messiah returns to release them on earth.

There are thousands of different levels in spirit world which came about due to Adam and Eve laying the foundation of disobedience.

So, who is then responsible for the tragic situation in spirit world and humanity?

Suffering in the world began with the first parent Adam's misbehavior.  One man began the tradition of suffering to mankind both on earth and in spirit world.  Then who would be the next person responsible for the situation. There is no question that it would be Satan.    

Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.

Since God is the father of humankind, as the creator of Adam, He also took responsibility for Adam's actions.  Fallen Adam does not have the ability to bring himself to perfection without God's power.  God leads the way and guides Adam back to perfection.  God takes the responsibility, but Adam has 5% responsibility to carry out the goal.

God's throne is in the highest possible heaven. However, God gave up His throne and came all the way down to the bottom of hell to be with His children.
