Advantages of Marriage

A man and woman will learn from each other through their union things about themselves, humanity and our Creator that can not be known in any other way.


“Man is born to meet woman and woman is born to meet man.  And man and woman together are born to combine with a higher level of love, God’s love. Neither man nor woman can touch God’s higher love by themselves.”

This means that when a man weds, his woman is a kind of savior in countless ways.  Just as a husband is like her personal messiah.  This is the where the foundation for spouses to have inexpressible gratitude for one another.

Oneness between a man and a woman is relative.  First, they have the deal with the inherited legacy of conflict between men and women.  Then there is the inherent contradiction between partner's words and their actual deeds that makes true love itself a great struggle.  This is why when masculine and feminine become one, it remains a grand challenge as uniting the mind and body.



The Rewards of Commitment

In a husband and wife relationship, research supports the power of having continual investment.  A study found that couples whose relationship was distressed that almost 8 out of 10 reported being content in their marriage after they persevered for five more years.

Those who gave up on their marriage and decided to divorce, they were not any happier the ones who stayed married in their peer group, or those who even remarried.

This information reveals the importance of sticking things through and staying commit meted.  If people remained through the ups and downs, this investment will surely yield fruit.

“One advantage of marriage,” notes author Judith Viorst, “is that when you fall out of love with each
other, it keeps you together until maybe you fall in again.”

The heartbreaks and hardships that accompany any long-term relationship can turn into an element of deep bonding.


“I did not even want to deal with all the difficulties in my marriage. It was easier just to put on a game face, have a few drinks and dive deeper into my job,” one man remembers. “But my pastor forced me to say some things to my wife that needed saying, and to face what I was doing wrong too. Now I look back at that time as a period that made us a lot closer.”

The Bible encourages couples to love each other in a proper way - as “joint heirs of the grace of life..in order that your prayers may not be hindered. (1 Peter 3.7 RSV)

The oneness between spouses is a lightning rod for divine blessing.

At the same time, when a man and woman unite in deep abiding love, the joy that is created and prosperity they share from the blessing will spread to their children, all who know them, the greater human community and the Creator Himself.


Identifying with their gender community


Societies used to have rites of initiation when a boy was transitioning into manhood aor girls into womanhood so that they youth could solidify their gender identity.

In modern society, boys and girls still participate in single-gender team sports, or clubs like the Boys and Girls Scouts, to give challenges and opportunities to win respect among their elders and peers.

The military still serves in this traditional way for young men.

Even after marriage, men and women both continue to receive empowerment and comfort when they are in the company of their same-sex friends.

When they are joking around together, this characterizes the banter of male buddies.  They give silent respect and honor one another which in turn renews them.

Likewise, the “girl talk’ between women is a reassuring reinforcement of a sense of connection and support in their lives.

This is why both sexes need to enjoy the company of same-sex company on a regular basis to ‘retreat and regroup’ to strengthen their ability to give to the opposite-sex individuals in their lives.



Unification through Marriage



The ultimate unification of masculine and feminine takes place in marriage and in making a family.


When a husband and wife hold each other, their children will understand and appreciate the opposite sex.

To the woman, her husband and sons represent masculinity in all phases of development.

Similarly, the man embraces all femininity through his love for his wife and daughters. Thus marriage and family life provide the fascinating ongoing adventure of bonding and integration between masculinity and femininity.

Marriage and family life thus makes men and women into a better mirror of the divine. 

“In the image of God he created him; male and female he created them,” the Bible reminds us; man and woman together echoes the Creator’s own “wedded” nature (Genesis
1.27).




Hindu scripture speaks of the original Self, the Creator, splitting in two to make man and woman. Thus each is “like half of a split pea” (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 1.4.3).

Such a couple is a full mirror of the Godhead. Indeed, Reverend Moon characterizes the married couple as the smallest unit of humanity, in the sense of fulfilling the purpose of human creation as God’s complete reflection and love partner.

The love between a man and woman can be uniquely edifying because they are complementary in physique and psyche.  They can feel ‘as one’.  They can feel knit together in mind, heart and body the same way same-sex friends never can.

When man and woman give into marriage in heart and body, their “humanity is rejoined and fulfilled,” in the words of philosopher Michael Novak.


The result is a certain “distinctive honesty, realism, and wisdom taught by each sex to the other.”19 A man and woman learn through their union things about themselves, humanity and the Creator that can be known no other way.

“Man is born to meet woman and woman is born to meet man,” says Reverend Moon. “And man and woman together are born to combine with a higher level of love, God’s love.

Neither man nor woman can touch God’s higher love by themselves.

In this sense, a man’s wedded woman is a kind of savior in countless ways, just as a woman’s husband is like her personal messiah. This is the basis of the inexpressible gratitude spouses often feel towards each other.


Potential for oneness

Because men and women are indeed made for each other, given sufficient time and effort, the unity of heart between a man and woman is to be expected. The magnetism between masculinity and femininity can overcome differences. Since their Origin is an integrated whole, they too can integrate into wholeness.

Even though such an idea is hard to reconcile with popular notions of romance, it is the ordinary experience of the millions of couples over countless generations who were strangers when married and who grew to deeply love each other.

This is captured in the memorable lyrics of the song from “Fiddler on the Roof,” when Tevye reminisces about his arranged marriage to Golde, his wife, and says to her,

But my father and my mother said we’d learn to love each other

And now I’m asking, Golde, ‘Do you love me?’

After protesting that for “Twenty-five years my bed is his; If that’s not love, what is?,” she concedes that indeed she does.

And so between two people who may not have been attracted to each other at first.

Recalls Ann Meara, half of the long-married comedy team, Stiller and Meara, “Was it love at first sight? It wasn’t then—but it sure is now.”23 This may not be the self-conscious and passionate ardor of young lovers, but it is a deeply rooted, comfortable kind of caring and unity not unlike the attachment a person has to his or her own arm.


Continual Devotion

For this reason, a sixth principle for true love is Investing towards Oneness.

Ultimately the Creator represents the highest and original purpose. Those who center their relationship upon God invite Him to manifest Himself and His beauty, truth and goodness in the partnership and its fruits.

Examples are endless, since this is the dynamic behind all productive
relationships, even in the inanimate world.

Protons and electrons have opposite charges that attract each other. They interact
as subject and object partners, driven by atomic law that contains a higher purpose, and create a new existence, a hydrogen atom.

A professor as the subject partner engages in give and take with her students as object partners, based on the curriculum as their shared purpose, resulting in an enriching learning experience for all.

A band comes together to express their common vision of music, and the members interact with one another in lead and backup roles.

Their degree of unity is directly reflected in their music. A coffee shop manager in the leader position hires counter help in the supportive role.

The manager treats the workers well and the counter servers are diligent and loyal, resulting in a productive business that realizes the shared goal of profits and service to the community.

A pastor prays with his youth ministry staff as his helpers and together they craft a marriage preparation ministry that leads many young people through purity into matrimony and a deeper commitment to God.

Implicit in this observation is that whenever any relationship is unfruitful—or destructive, as is possible in the case of human relations—certainly there is a problem with the nature of the urpose or the interaction or both.

“My high school football team was undefeated in our state,” one young man recalls. “But sorry to say, the victories went to our heads.

We lost our focus on doing our best and got complacent.

At the same time, a lot of us starting worrying about showing off for the college scouts and we forgot about the team.

When we got to the regionals, we blew every game.”

In other words, the team lost its vertical purpose and the horizontal interactions also deteriorated.

The Root of Promiscuious Sex

The Bible reports that the fruit was the cause of evil.  It never said what the fruit was, but popular culture would say that it was an apple.

Either way, why would God even create a fruit which first could kill His children and secondly, if creation was made for humanity's enjoyment, why create something that was for the purpose of their death?

Would the God you love create such a contradiction?

Through the teachings of the Divine Principle, we learn that indeed the fruit was symbolic for something else entirely.

Adam and Eve were likened to the trees in the garden.

If we are to compare a man and woman to a tree, in the center is their sexual organs which bear fruit.The fruit that come forth from a man and a woman's seed are children.

When we realize that the fruit was the sexual organs which we were not to eat or touch of, then the history of the root of sin makes sense.

Secondly, if the fruit was to mean sexual organs, did He mean for them to abstain forever?

Adam and Eve were teenagers who had not reached physical maturity or spiritual maturity yet. Thus they had not become perfected beings which God could relate.  Therefore, to prevent the Fall, God gave the warning to not eat or touch of one another in their immature state before uniting with Him.

Once they were to reach perfection, been blessed in marriage directly by God, then they would have been able to delve freely in the fruit of each other with God as the center.

Since there was such a danger from partaking of the fruit before maturity, why did He make it part of creation before they were ready?

The Fall changed the blood lineage from God's pure blood to Satan's lineage whose word and will they followed.

This is why they were driven out of Heaven.

If they had perfected themselves, they would have become God's body and wife respectively.

By introducing another element, false word of do eat now, this introduction led to a disease inside God's body or temple and ideal.

God lost His original ideal for a world of peace flourishing with His love and His everything and humanity went into the other direction.

Adam and Eve acted as God's enemies when they ignored His warning.

How miserable was God's heart when He witnessed this taking place?

The Fall is the grave in which Adam and Eve buried themselves. 

The Fall became the root of free promiscuous sex and the origin of individualism.

What kind of nation has America become today?

It overflows with extreme individualism, excessive pursuit of privacy not public life and free sex.   Do you think that God is in favor of these lifestyles when He looks down upon His children?

Is He happy to build such a heaven on earth to turn into a perpetual hell for Satan's will?

What has America's extreme individualism brought about?

It is like they are saying that they would abandon heaven and earth, the world, their nation, their society and family to pursue endeavors that only help themselves.

People who live in such a way are like gypsies who begin wandering around with no place to go.

They may end their lives in suicide.

The original mind which God endowed to humanity does not desire such extreme individualism or privacy.

It rather dwells in receiving love from the universe and the nation, from our neighborhood and village and from our parents.

But, because people walk the opposite path of their God-given conscience, it is stricken and they are able to feel the pang of a contradiction with their original mind.

Without God, this empty hole and wanderings about in their soul will never be filled.

Because they are unable to fill this 'hole' within them, more and more people would rather die than live and so they commit suicide through drugs.





You Reap What You Sow

What did Adam and Eve plant in the Garden of Eden when they gave into their sexual organs outside of God's dominion and followed Lucifer's advice?  They sowed seeds of free sex.

Can this fact be denied?

This is why when God came into the Garden, they covered their sexual parts and not their mouths.  If the fruit was literal, then they should have covered their mouths when God confronted them.  We naturally hide our transgressions.

Before the Fall, Adam and Eve were naked and free.  Afterward they hid their private parts and God asked them how did they know that they were naked.

It cannot be denied that the Fall was caused by fornication.

When we know this simple fact that has been hidden and masked throughout the ages, we can plainly see how Satan has used fallen, unclean sex to keep God's children bonded to him and away from God.

Where is the dividing line of heaven and hell?  Is it in the mid air?

It is none other than your sexual organ.

This is a serious matter that must be understand so one does not repeat the mistake of our first ancestors.

Those who use their sexual organs aimlessly will be bound for hell.

Those who use theirs according to God's absolute standard of love will be led high up into heaven. This is a clear conclusion.

Absolute, pure sex has God at its center, whereas free sex is centered on oneself and Satan.  God's absolute standard of love will be led high up into heaven, this is a clear conclusion.

Historically, world literature and the media have often used images of free sex to stimulate the audience.
Therefore, from now on, all of us including politicians, economists, writers, and journalists must unite to lead the way to prevent promiscuous sex from further destroying the youth and this nation.

Free sex should disappear completely if we are even thinking about a better world.

Who has ever declared such a statement?

Chastity for Woman and Purposefulness for Man

Do you just love whomever you want, even a man who calls you on the the street?  Do you follow him or not?  You should not.  You should not have that kind of tendency.

You each should protect your bodies until the time is right.

You should not just hand over your pure love to devilish men who strut and loiter on the street.

Why place your fate into the hands of such a man?

This is a simple matter.

Since you have only one life, once you take the wrong step, you would be unsettled for life.  Therefore, women should strictly directly maintain their chastity, from now on, men should do the same.  In only this way will they be restored to their original position before the Fall.

However evil and heartless this world may be, you should not do things which will lead you astray from the principled path.

You should not defile your purity during your adolescence.

This is a precious time when you are able to overcome the bitter failure of Adam and Eve who lost their purity in their teenage years.

When preserving that purity, which has a pristine value, you should have the mind and determination that even if you have to live alone for a thousand or ten thousand years, your love organ won't ever be misused.

When certain men see a pretty woman, they would wish that she was their wife even though they already have a wife at home.

These kind of men have two minds of a thief.

Since Satan was the first to have two minds, it is not wrong to call men with two minds Satan.  Such people are no different from Satan who defiled the sexual organs, too.

The time is coming when not just women, but men should keep their chastity.  

If a man errs in this regard, it is as if his whole clan committed a serious crime against God's will.

Even if a person has a respectable position, it does not mean that he is permitted to be unfaithful to his wife.

If he does, his whole clan is useless to God and will perish.

We have now entered the age where men must remain chaste in order to bequeath a historical tradition of purity.

Christian communion is for the sake of establishing the tradition of Jesus' pure flesh and blood which is connected to God's pure blood lineage.

There is a saying that goes, "Chastity for woman and purposefulness for man." 

This saying means that chastity is for fulfilling God's will concerning keeping pure love.

Since it is said that chastity is for women, they should know only one love.  Since it is said that purposefulness is for men, men should go forward unwaveringly for the sake of one purpose only.

Adam and Eve should have known the correct path and have maintained their chastity, yet they fell.

A man that loves a woman with God's love should stand in a position where he can say, "I have loved her totally with eternal and unchanging love from beginning to end."

Also, a woman in order to stand in such a position, should seal her body tight.

Just as a peony flower blossom formed from many layers of petals, she should hide herself deep inside.

Then when the springtime of the harmony of heaven and earth comes, she would harmonize with it and start a new life.

We should all know this well.

Reason Religious Conflict Continues

Have you ever wondered what would have happened if man had not fallen?

What if we chose God's words over Satan's?

The Bible teaches that God is absolute, holy perfect and all-powerful, while we humans which He created are profane.  This is wrong.

Even those who have passed on to the spirit world call God their Father, just as people on the earth do.

Therefore, if you are unable to establish a direct relationship with God without the need for a messenger, how can we come to call Him our Father?

Here we see the logical contradiction at the outset.

God created humans to be His sons and daughters, but do you think throughout human history He has witnessed them dancing and singing while praising God?

Because man was expelled from Heaven on Earth from the outset, God has not been able to experience that day.

Christians do not realize this fact about God.  They see God sitting on His throne in glory, all-knowing, all-powerful happily enjoying the creation.

God is not able to do anything.


Because we fell from His standard, God cannot work freely or to His heart's utmost intention.

Christians must ask why God has not been able to save humanity all these thousands of years.

What is the answer?

Because humanity is the one that committed sin.

They practiced free will in not choosing God's words as absolute.  Then they fell away from God and toward Lucifer as a consequence of that choice.  Since we committed sin, we must be the ones to liquidate it.

What is it that God absolutely wants? 

What do you think that God ultimately wants?  Is it ability?  Power?

Churches today teach that God is the righteous God of judgment.  They say He sends good people to the Kingdom of Heaven and evil people to hell.

Would you like to have that kind of judge or father?

Do you even like judges in the secular world?

What kind of God would want to send people to hell and others to heaven?  This would be unfair.  Christian doctrine claims that God the Creator is holy and the things He created are profane.

This theology contradicts the original purpose of the universe.

The traditional, mainstream idea of Christianity is said to be based on love, even loving one's enemy, but how can the profane sinner and the holy God become one? 

There must be a basis establish to answer this serious question.  Any other conclusion beforehand is futile and false.

God needs a partner to absolutely obey, serve and have relationship with Him at the cost of His own life.

Unfortunately, theological trends have upheld so far the view that created beings are not in equal position to the holy Creator.

Now is the time to re-examine all previous doctrines of God and views of life.

With the old ideals, how can love be given?

Can God share His love with Himself?

God needs an object partner.  

What motivated God to create the world?  Why wasn't He satisfied alone?

God created Heaven and earth because He needed love.

Then based on this, the Christian doctrine is in error.  They say that because God is an absolute power that He can subsist on power alone.  That is why wherever this was taught, blood has been spilled.

Based on this logic, Christian culture will have a devastating impact on the world in the Last Days even though the Western world has developed according to the Christian culture.

History is heading into the age of science. 

We are living in the advent of scientific development where the fundamental roots of everything are investigated.

Our basic origins are pursued through studying the origins of species, religion must keep up the pace.

Religion must explain the reality of the world of creation and prove God's existence.  God prepared the substance of such a religion because He is a living God.

If the Absolute Being created us to practice His love, it is clear that there was a motivation and purpose behind our creation.

In order to explain this motivation and purpose, there needs to be a correct view of God that explains who He is.

Once we acquire the correct understanding of God, it will reveal His purpose and motivation for creation. Therefore, clarifying the reason we practice absolute love for the sake of peace.

If God exists, then we must be able to view the origin of true love, true ideal, true peace and happiness from the new standpoint centering on God.

From there we can secure perspectives of God, life, and material things that are aligned with God's own viewpoint.  Then finally, we will be able to welcome a world of new peace and new happiness.

The reason behind religious conflict lies in the vagueness of the doctrines.  There cannot be two absolute beings, only one.

However the leaders of each religion claim that their absolute being is the true God and the others are false or not true gods.

This results in each religion having their own absolute being even though it is the same God.

This fosters further contradictory ideas of the existence of many absolute beings.

Since this leads to the conclusion that the gods of all religions are nothing but relative gods, the system of absolute values still remains relative.

This should have been developed through religions based on the doctrine concerning God's love and truth.

In other words, we conclude that religions to this day have not established an absolute value system that settles the confusion.

This is because no religion has been able to present the correct explanation about the Absolute Being.  Confusion is the inevitable result.

Each religion has their own absolute being as the basis of its doctrine.

The absolute being in Judaism is Jehovah, in Christianity, God and in Islam, Allah.

Buddhism and Confucianism do not specify an absolute being, but with the basic Confucian virtue, benevolence being connected to heavenly mandate.

Heaven can be taken as the absolute being in Confucianism.

Moreover, since Buddhism teaches that all dharmas constantly change while the truth is found in the "suchness" behind dharmas, we can say that "suchness" constitutes the absolute being in Buddhism. 

This new religion must have a doctrine that reveals the absolute beings of the different religions as not separate gods, but one and the same.

This new religion will reveal that all religions constitute a brotherhood established by God where the theologies of each have embraced one particular aspect of God's attributes.

This new religion will complete the picture of God.

In revealing the attributes of God and His motivation and purpose behind creation, the doctrine must explain that this purpose and these laws govern the movement of everything in the universe.

The doctrine shows that human norms are in the end, in accordance with the universal law, that is the heavenly way.

The Divine Principle, which this blog is based upon, explains that the creativity serves us in our understanding of the process of creation.

Next, it gives a substantial explanation to the true reason behind the Fall and then present a view of history.

It explains how God, rather than abandoning human beings in their fallen state, took responsibility for His children and has been working diligently for their re-creation throughout the course of history.

God has been working hard to bring His original ideal of Heaven on Earth to fruition in our time.

The Principle logically and plainly reveals that through this process of restoration, we will arrive at the world He purposed to achieve.

Importance of the Love of Nature

Just imagine for a moment that you were God before the creation of anything. You are alone with no interactions with other beings and there is nothing to enjoy or look upon. Would you like to spend eternity in this state? So, from God's point of view, why do you think an all-knowing being needed to create things? It was so He could have an object partner and a realm of object partners to love.  They would eat and live in love and return to God's original world and eternal kingdom of love for eternity with Him. In other words, God needed a partner in order to feel the stimulation of love. Today, many religious people believe that because God is all-knowing and powerful that the world was created when simple words were spoken. They do not realize that the world was created in stages or different time periods that correlate to the six days of creation that are referred to in the Bible account in Genesis. God invested all of His being, all the energy He had to create the universe and all of creation. He did so as a gift for His beloved sons and daughters, His beloved family of the future by investing all the power of love He had. Thus, we should look at things of creation with this kind of understanding. God's will in creating the world  God experienced great joy when He was creating all things. After creation was complete, He said that it was good. This means there was joy.  Joy is what you feel when you have finally achieved a certain purpose.  Since all things contain God's consciousness of purpose, He was able to feel joy with them. The world of restoration will be a world that is populated with people who have a connection of heart where they can sing and praise God even when looking at an individual masterpiece of the creation. This is where God sees the value of personality. The story of Saint Francis preaching to animals animals is a dream-like story.  But it is a true story. Everything in creation is made by God as a textbook so that His beloved sons and daughters could learn and nurture the ideal of love. Through observation of penguins int he Arctic, we see how important community and family is to the survival and well-being of the family. By observing nature, we will not only learn about God, but also how to create the world of peace. Minerals function through a relationship of subject partner and object partner. Protons and electrons within atom relate on a subject-object relationship. Without interacting, these elements would cease to exist.  If they are not in motion, they cannot continuously exist. The universe was created to relate to the central point which is human beings. The universe is a mysterious world. God did not create the universe as something to fool around or play with.  He created using the most devoted efforts for the sake of his beloved people. So, when we look at this universe, we should have an extremely grateful heart toward the Father who created it for us. When you walk around a blooming garden in the summer, beholding the trees, plants, flowers, and birds and watch the streams flow, feel the wind blow with this heart of appreciation, you cannot help but be overwhelmed with wonder. Perfection of the universe involves the external and our innermost self to rejoice.  In rejoicing, both our mind and body must be joyful, and all the cells must be delighted. The cells of my eyes and those at the bottom of the feet are different, but this has to be a world where these cells, too, can rejoice. The cells in our hands and all the cells in our entire body including the mind can rejoice as well. While doing so, they should not stay separated but become connected in the resonant joy of love which is based on dual purpose.  Only then will the universe reach perfection. Connections start from extremely small things.  You are a living body which consists of as many as 400 trillion cells which are connected together. In the ideal world centered on God, among all of existence, there is none that came into being from outside God's heart. You are consisted of as many as 400 trillion cells connected together in your living body.  A poet who can feel these kinds of emotions for God's creation would be a great poet once he began to write a sonnet. If there were a poet who could feel and express a cosmic heart when seeing a leaf shake, he would thus become a poet of the universe. We may not know of all the phenomena that is unfolding in heaven and on earth, but without us knowing, there are things that exist together with God's love. When you enter a meditative state, you can see that even a small grain of sand contains all of the principles of the universe.  Even one small atom contains the bottomless and inexhaustible harmony of the universe. Even science cannot deny that all of existence is the result of a complex force, although we are unable to clearly understand it. Atoms exist below molecules and elementary particles exist below atoms. These forms do not exist below molecules and elementary particles exist below atoms. These forms do not unconsciously exist, but have a certain consciousness and purpose. Therefore, we should clearly and fully understand the fact that all things in existence appeared through the loving hands of God and exist in a necessary relationship of heart with God. What kind of people are the enlightened masters? They are those with a heart so deep that they recognize even the value of one stem of grass as equal to their own and can cry out "God!"  They would be of the highest level of enlightened masters. Those who can sing its value this way would be the artists of the highest caliber. If there are people with this heart that could allow them to discover the charm of God's love and heart in every variety of creation, in all their forms and colors, then befriend them and find enjoyment together, they would be the people who could represent the entire universe. If there were people whose cells could move one by one with this type of feeling, they would be the lords of creation. Conversely, if there is a person who knows about nothing but eating, can he become the lord of creation? Nature is a textbook teaching the ideal of love. People observe and learn from nature as they grow up. From playing with and interacting with nature, they will come to understand what the insect world is like.  When you listen carefully on an autumn night while the full moon and the stars shine, then the sounds of the insects are like an orchestra. Why do they like to make such a sound at night? They do so because they are looking for their ideal partners. They are whispering love throughout the night. Birds and all other animals also follow this same common denominator of love when they make happy and sad sounds. They are low on the scale and far away form the axis, and yet they are circling around in parallel.  This is the same for all existent beings. There are three types of bird songs. First, there is a song which expresses his hunger. Second, a song which expresses his love for a mate. Third there is a song which is sun in time of danger.  These are all different.  We ordinary people do not know this small detail about nature, but only know about their own world. Around what does a birds life revolve? Hunger is taken care of simply by eating, and they do not face danger everyday either.  Most of their singing goes back and forth in the give and take relationship with their partner. If you were to sit out on the porch one Sunday afternoon, you could catch the call of two birds separated on different trees exchanging bird calls. It is a beautiful sound. Human beings were also created as a pair - subject partner and object partner. The world of all things also exists for the sake of humankind, creates harmony under the law of love and then manifests its life and ideal through the love of humankind. This would have been the maturing Adam and Eve.  The created world of all things was to be a textbook of love, a museum that infinitely displayed the essence of love. All of nature exists in pairs and harmonizes with each other through love. Flowers and butterflies relate as two opposite poles, yet they find a way to harmonize with each other. This is the harmonious relationship of heaven and earth.  The opposite poles of the universe create harmony through love. It is the same with migratory birds. Birds that live in the south migrate north, and birds from the north migrate to the south, loving each other back and forth as they cross the regions. Through this, they are able to revolve around love. People learn about love through this textbook in the museum God created. When people and God love each other in joy, then all things in heaven and earth will follow their rhythm and harmonize around them. If God likes this, and loves this, the angelic world will also like it. The entire created world will like this, too. It would applaud and offer praise for such unity between mankind and God. Songbirds would sing praises and flower that blossom in the fields would offer praises through their scents. This created world exists in order to expand the fragrant atmosphere in which the central personages of the highest love can enjoy themselves.  Even large ugly toads make croaking sounds when they make love. They kick their legs and move them up and down while they delight in love.  This is the highest art which God created. When it is time for spring to come, whenever you hear the birds sing, as soon as you hear the song, you should think of your wife, your children, your country, the world and even God. When you think in this way, then everything is complete. Birds can only think of their own existence, but people have a sense of being in relationships with other people. This relationship in the human world is the mediator between the animal world, plant world and the spirit world as an exclusive privilege to human beings. Only human beings have this special authority. As Adam and Eve matured, they would have come to understand their purpose through observing the animal world.  They would have understood how to make love. God laid out the world of all things as a textbook for humans to understand how to bring the ideal of human love to maturity. As Adam and Eve continued to grow toward maturity they had different feelings toward each other. They knew that they were brothers and sisters in the past but now they have different feelings for one another. Love is like a nerve. It is the same as pulling on a strand of hair that pulls the entire body with it.  If we pull on the love strand, the universe itself is pulled along with it. As motion is created in love, the entire universe will come into harmony, too. When love is present, we dance. Is this how dancing came about? It was because of love.  So, when there is love, we dance.  It was through the experience of love. Songs came into being because of love and so did laughter. If love was to be taken away, everything would become hard and stiff. People like butterflies more than bees, because butterflies dance as they fly.  Everything which flies has a rhythm and a beat with a melody. Fast-flying creatures fly in time with a beat.  So do slow-flying ones. There are various styles of flight, but everything flies according to a certain rhythm. The way deer run and rabbits lay in the mountains is musical.  The way they hop around has a certain rhythm, too. The way they eat has a musical quality. This is the same for people.  We eat with a certain rhythm as well.  These all express something musically. If we think in this way, we should feel thankful to God that someone made this universe for me to last for eternity and put it in place for me.  We should feel grateful to Him. We should not think as an onlooker as if it has nothing to do with us, but understand the depth of creation. Love of Husband and Wife Flower of Universe

You have probably seen the yin and yang symbols before and know their meaning.

Man is a being having God's yang image and the woman is a being that has God's yin image.

When a couple comes together in marriage, they become the wrapping of heaven and earth in a cloth.  They can then feel the heart of God's ideal love.

God is a being who has dual characteristics.  Human beings are physical being with dual characteristics.

As such, the ideal of husband and wife is so the two can become one and form a completely rounded apple shape.

This would serve as a parent body that is able to pull and attach the ideal of love in the four directions having the form of their four characteristics.

Conjugal love is the flower of the whole universe

When a husband and wife love each other explosively on the basis of the heart of loving God and loving humankind, then God and the universe will also be enraptured by this couple.

This love is for the sake of God and humankind. Any other kind of love is false and is outside of God's realm.  Where is the root of this love?

God is the source of love for humankind, but the root does not lie within Himself.

What is an ideal married couple?

It is a couple who is able to create the highest art and the highest literature.

When we come upon this high world of culture, we can thus see the sweet love that is shared by a husband and wife is the highest love and the most sublime work of art in the world.

The life of a husband and wife should be a most sublime work of literature.  It should become the subject of a literary work.

We always need stimulation.  Happiness does not come without stimulation.

Just as food tastes better when you are hungry, a husband and wife's love should always be fresh.  The more they see each other the more they want to be together all day.

In light of this, you need to do a study on me and do a study on God.


The world desires to establish a family that exhibits God's love where love can blossom together.  This is the desire of humankind and the desire of the future.

The pure love of a husband and wife is so precious and beautiful that it can finally spread the fragrances of history in front of the principles of heaven and earth and appear as a spring flower.

Love is eternal.  

There are not two kinds of such love.  There is only one. When a man and a woman join together in true love, they must live together on earth for a hundred years.

Even after they die, they are to live together eternally in spirit world together.

Even though they have two bodies, they become one body rotating together creating oneness.  When their two bodies become one, they come to rotate with God and establish a four-position foundation of love.

This becomes the ideal world.  False love has no way to invade, only true love will be able to dwell there.

A husband and wife who are able to unite through the love in their hearts should create a family.

The members of such a family, who will share mutual affection, sure go beyond the sphere of their own daily lives.

That love should merge without fail into oneness with God's purpose.

If this kind of family is not established, then they cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

When a man and woman perfect themselves, then the universe becomes perfected.  The day this love is broken, then the order of the universe will also be destroyed and the entire vertical world collapse as well.

When a husband and wife become one through love, a couple attains the capacity to create in the same position as God.

Their child is the result of that attainment, a gift that brings hope to the future.

Heaven is looking for a husband and a wife who bound together as a pure man and a woman who can represent heaven and earth with a passionate, crimson-red heart of love.

You should have such a love as a husband and wife and raise your sons and daughters in this love.

The scene of such a couple hugging and kissing is one of the opposite poles of a flat plane; colliding and generating the light that is to illuminate the path to finding love.

When a white light appears there, then the colors should be added to create a light of colorful brilliance.
When these lights mix through the love of God, they will be transformed into a splendid, ideal world of brightness.

It would be like the colors of the rainbow.

In this time, we are engaged in love that is like instant food or microwaved food. Love gurus give temporary external answers to internal problems between a couple.

Magazines suggest naughty sexual favors and tricks to bring excitement back into the marriage. None give the solution that true love can give.

Love does not deepen just because you take a bath in a bathtub filled with is fragrance.


I would say that the love shared by a couple from the countryside who wash in cold water before going to bed, is purer and becomes deeper with the passing of time. 


A bride and bridegroom should not unite on the foundation of money, honor or power, but through the original love of God.

Today's trend is to mostly focus on the outside successes and appearance rather than the character and heart of another.

Each couple should create a family that loves God, with the wife living for the sake of her husband and the husband loving his wife.

A man is an incarnation of the True Father and a woman an incarnation of the True Mother.

When the husband looks down on his wife as if she was in a lower position, he also looks down on True Mother.

When the wife deceives her husband, she also deceives True Father.

The power where the woman can have dominion over the man and the man can have dominion over the woman is only through the power of love.

The only power that can enable them to have dominion over each other is love.

Only love has dominion.

In regards to physical strength, women cannot match men, but when you place love in the mix, the wife and the husband push and pull each other and become one.

If a person becomes the object partner of love before God, will God like this?  He will.

The melody God likes to hear most is the laughter of a husband wife that are so happy in their love for each other.

When such a couple lives a life with the heart to embrace the world and accommodate the universe then that laughter will spring forth naturally.

In God's sight, a couple such as this one would look like a blooming flower.  This is not just an ideal or abstraction.

We are talking about the original world which God intended to flourish.  When you hear a conversation between a loving husband and wife, it would be more beautiful than any poem or painting in the world.

Moreover, all things that are in harmony come into being through a couple's love. They are like fragrances to God.

God would dwell here as he wants to live surrounded by such beautiful fragrances.

The place of such harmony where God's love enter is the place of love between husband and wife.

Conjugal love cannot be fulfilled if it is shared with another person.


According to every person's original nature, we do not want our partner's love to be divided.

No matter how rich or intelligent a person is, we all want to have harmony with our partner.

The completeness of the husband and wife's love relationship is destroyed if that love is shared with another other than their spouse.

This is not so with the parent-child relationship.

This is because the Principle of Creation mandates that the husband and wife attain absolute oneness in love.

In love, people have the responsibility to absolutely care for and love their partners.

If you are bonded to your spouse by the strong power of love, you should feel joy and have love for your partner no matter what he or she does.

If a wife complains about her husbands smelly feet or the husband doesn't like how the wife has put on a few pounds, this couple has not yet realized complete love.

A couple like this comes together for purposes that are only for their own benefit and not to benefit the other.

A husband and wife are happier if they experience the hurricanes and rain storms as part of the up and downs of life rather than living comfortably throughout their whole life while in pursuit of the ideal love.

Rather than money or knowledge, we need love in order to solve the problems between man and woman.

When you observe voices, you will notice that women's voices are a higher pitch than men's.  Why did God make it this way?

In terms of physical strength, women are weaker than men, but in terms of heart and affection women are higher.

What about men?

Men love broadly.  Women are higher in terms of the love for their husband.

Women are higher in terms of love for their husbands and children, but men have a deeper heart of love for their relatives and country.

This is why we learn from our mother how to love our sons and daughters.

In this way, a balance is struck by linking these two kinds of loves together.

The first three years, a couple will not fit together.

How is it possible for a man and woman with different family backgrounds, customs and norms fit together?

They should  make an effort to fit together until they become one.

Only through love is it possible for greater things to come forth and unite.  This level increases only through a love that is for the sake and benefit of the other.

Therefore, a couple that is fighting will produce children who will lead the nation to destruction. 

Therefore the family is the model for the ideal world.

If a loving couple lives and sacrifices for the sake of others, they will produce God-like princesses and princes who have the full essence of heaven and earth.

Why do a husband and wife fight?  It is because each of them tries to receive love from the other.  Those groups whose members try to receive love and never give love for others benefit will not last long.

Also, the family where everyone tries to receive love will shatter.

On the other hand, a family where everyone has the capacity to love others will not shatter no matter how much one devotes himself to bring that family to ruin.

The love of the family that each tries to give to others is eternal.

Love is simple and foolish.

It does not have a care for any situation.  If I truly love someone, I am not concerned whether someone is watching us from the side.

But a love that is conscious about whether others are watching is a love that will only expand to a certain limit.

How simple and foolish is the love that does not care whether someone is watching how they look or not.

Economic difficulties will not be able to put a rift between a true husband and wife relationship.

Heaven searches for a husband and wife who are bound together as a pure man and woman and can represent heaven and earth with a passionate love.

Would such a couple who love each other could ever think about divorce?

When you see the fact that those who have divorced or are thinking about divorce once had a loving relationship that transcended life and death.  Somewhere something went wrong.

Why is this so?

If a couple loves each other enough to marry what happens to make them want to separate and fight in court?

There can be many reasons for a couple to separate or divorce, but it ultimately signifies that something is lost or has changed between a couple.

One thing is sure is that is happens because they failed to maintain and cultivate their love.  Their love stopped developing and growing at some point.

Love itself does not change, so it is not the reason for a couple to fall apart.  But hearts change.  In marriages throughout the world, power comes from a husband who earns and brings home money.

Therefore, the wife naturally finds strength from seeing her husband bringing in a paycheck.

He gets strength from seeing his wife empowered.  But once the money is reduced, it places a strain on the marriage because it was the glue that bound them.

A true husband and wife would create oneness in love with God at the center.

Some men will wish that when they see a pretty woman that she was their wife or that their wife could be as pretty.  A man who has two minds, we would say that he was a thief.

Satan started out with two minds, it is not wrong to call a man with two minds 'Satan'.  If there is such a man, he is no different from Satan.

Haven't we seen an increase in such behavior?

The Western world lives in a culture of never having enough, of always needing to fill such a great void within themselves that can only be filled by the love of God.

They replace it through the stimulation of women who are not their wives.

A husband and wife can be considered a pair.  Everything in creation exists in a pair system.

Just as everyone has a unique face that differs from others, we all also have different destinies in life.

If a husband has a bad destiny, if his wife has a good destiny then her destiny can change the husband's destiny for the better.

Conversely, if the wife has a bad destiny her husband's good destiny can change hers for the better.

Therefore, we can say that the husband and wife's destiny is like creating a level ground by tearing down mountains and filling up valleys.

After creating this level ground, they can plant trees, plow fields and make plans for their love as they keep the ideals of husband and wife.

Once you know this fact, then you should not judge the external appearance when you find your souse.  Marriage is a fearsome thing.

We think that it is such a happy time when you meet your husband, but it is also a bad time as well.

At this time is not the time to hope for good things only.  Just like would it be good to bathed in the sunlight continuously for twenty-four hours?

Therefore, even in a relationship, there should be a nighttime.

Isn't it natural that something that is high will come down?  Isn't that the law of nature?  A happy family is one where as the husband returns home he discusses with his wife everything that happened to him that day while he was out.

A happy family can be seen as one where they join their strengths and share each other's experiences.

Once the parents do this, the children will contribute their strengths and join in with them, expressing their hope to build such a family.

A loving husband and wife should not fix in their minds what their spouses face should look like.  If you already imagine the face of your partner as having only one appearance how boring would this be to see every day?

When you look at your partner's face with joy, then your partner's face will appear to be joyful.

Haven't you ever noticed that your partner's face does not  look the same from day to day and sometimes from one moment to the next?  If you look upon it with a loving heart, it will look beautiful.

You should always look at your partner's face as new, like that of water which swirls and flows with new shapes appearing every time it turns.

Humanity's beauty does not reside in the face.  As we get older we realize this.

It can be seen and felt from all directions.  Beauty is a three-dimensional form like a ball.  Whether you look at it from above, see it from the side or in any direction, a person has his or her own perfect beauty - everyone.

You should not be careless to evaluate your wife's face.

Many beautiful women are poor, but women who have virtue or good fortune are of a different type.  We often see that a woman who has a pretty face, it seems strange after having just two or three children.  Isn't this true?

Those women who can maintain their beauty even after childbirth are beautiful women. When a husband and wife love each other, they should be able to love their spouse as a representative of God.

Before the woman thinks of her husband as her man she should first think of him as God's son.

When a man and woman love each other from only a humanistic perspective without the viewpoint of God, then they only see their shortcomings on both sides.  This may eventually lead to divorce.

True love has value when people miss each other.

When asking for love, one should use his or her mouth to speak and watch with the eyes wide open so that they can please the one who gives love.

You should know that if you remain dull, love will turn back on the path and run away from you.

If the person who is giving love is passive and does not have a serious attitude, how offended would the other be?

If a husband and wife have to brush their teeth every time before they share a kiss, this is not natural ,loving behavior.

The toothpaste smell will keep them from being able to savor the unique human body smell of their loved one.


When I look at those people who brush their teeth before kissing, I don't know whether they are trying to taste love or taste toothpaste! When we look at the world these days, it is full of calculating, artificial, and hypocritical love to the point that we are confused about what human happiness is; such love is the main culprit leading the world to ruin. 



Soup tastes better when it is served in an earthen bowl, isn't this true?

The rough and thick taste of the certain soups is something you can never forget once you have developed a liking for it.  Likewise, when people develop a liking for the rough and thick flavor of love they will never change.

Just like you get tired of instant or unhealthy food, if you could get love easily anywhere, you would not be able to call it true love.

Who do you think were able to see Adam and Eve dancing naked in the Garden of Eden?  Should we be concerned when a husband and wife dance naked in the room?  It does not matter when they are alon.

The loving words of a husband and wife whispering to each other while they rest in bed would become a tonic to dissolve all the fatigue and hatred from the world.

Among those words spoken, you cannot say, "You have to love me."  Just as love is natural, the secret words of love should be tender and beautiful.

When a husband and wife make love, they should make everyone in the local village know about their love so they will say, "That couple is so much in love and what funny sounds they make at night.  Even the neighborhood rats are shocked and roosters stop crowing at that time."

When someone asks why do the rats and the roosters act in such a way and one can answer because of the shouts of love that shakes heaven and earth.

The place of true conjugal love is a flower of the whole universe.

It is the place where a newly married husband and wife appear as an encapsulation of the historical ages and become one.

God comes and settles down in such a place.

How solemn and fearsome an occasion is the first meeting of a bride and groom that is in the midst of love.  

After you create a cozy environment where you have created a path to God and take on the role of a complete object in love, this is where the heat produced from the love of heaven and earth begins to increase.

After you create such a cozy environment in your life, the environment for your ideas, then you should go to your wife's room.

A husband may wear the same socks days on end, until there are holes and his toes stick out.  Then it begins to accumulate all kinds of odor.

But the loving wife's nose will smell those odors as if they were better than a nice fragrance.

Smelly feet between a loving couple would taste crisp, sweet , sour and intriguing.  When you are able to measure like this using an antennae of love, how much you like it will rise way above the extent of how much you dislike it.

Is it easy to re-create your sons and daughters?

A woman has to go through many extreme things to give birth to new sons and daughters.

Would the spit of your loving husband be dirty?  If some of your spit was to get our your palm would you be willing to lick the spit off your palm or not?  Be honest.

For it to be true love, you would want to lick it and swallow it.  Love knows no dirty things.

When conjugal love catches fire, then two lives become one and then the lineages unite and start boiling in love.

During that time, the owner plants the seed.  When the male essence and the female essence meets in this way, everything will turn.  Things go up and things go down.

When a seed sprouts in an upward spot, it becomes a son, and when it sprouts in a downward spot, it becomes a daughter.

This is a theory, but I do not know if it is really true or not. Since this idea resonates with the theory, if you study it and find out whether it is really true or not, you will be a candidate for a doctorate or a Nobel Prize. 

Having children is the act of conquering the upper realm of God. 

Through the experience of having children, this event leads you to love your child from God's position.

This way you will feel the inner heart of God and how much He loved human beings after the Creation.  A life that is centered on love will solve everything.

Even the tiger eyes of a greedy old man when he is in love will take the shape of the moon as it is in a painting, his stiff mouth will break into a smile and his frozen heart will melt.

Love completely melts down something that has been frozen and love can freeze something that is melted.  Love has the capability to contain two extremes and still go even further.

If you look carefully at the Chinese characters for "to like" it combines the characters for 'man' and 'woman'.  There is a saying that a fight between a husband and wife is the the same as cutting water with a knife.

When you cut water does it leave a trace?  No, it does not.

Even after fighting, a couple, will put their foreheads together and smile.  Peace then returns between them.

The love of husband and wife is for the sake of reaching up to God.

Genuine love is to love with the entire body as one and with the heart and lineage as a husband and wife who can love like this.  If there was no husband and wife in the world, would there be any excitement in life?

What would people want to achieve if such an union did not exist?

Even in the fallen world, when a man and woman fall in love they say that they feel electricity that was initiated from the archangel, the satanic love.

This kind of spark is unicellular.

The electricity of love that arises in the original world of God is like a lightning of the love of the universe.

It surpasses the former in strength several thousand times.

Moreover, the sound of the movements of human organs is like the sound of thunder. The principle view of love is that the man and woman that are engaged in true love from the original world of God can only meet once they concentrate all their might towards where the lightning of love meets.

This will be the completion of God' purpose of creation - for love.  Do you think God sees you making love with your husband or not?

If God is all-knowing and omniscient, would He close His eyes when the five billion people in the world make love?  How would He feel when He sees such couples?

Well, how many true or good husband and wives that follow God with all their hearts are in the world?  Think about it.

A wife that is reluctant to play the wife's role, reluctant being dragged along to please her spouse.  You should not live like that.  That is not love.

How wonderful would the world be if it turned into an environment where all the butterflies and bees could fly around indoors and outdoors and we could live in harmony within heaven and earth according to God's ideal for a world of peace.  It would be like living in the Garden of Eden before the fall.

Would God fall asleep in bliss?  Why don't we just try living like this already?

God saw how Adam looked with a beard and decided He would make Eve without a beard.  So, what is the greatest masterpiece among all God's creation?  It is a woman.  Women are God's greatest masterpiece.  But who are they created for? They are a great work of art for men. Think in this way.

Why Are Humans Born?

Which came first, life or love?  We can claim that each is first, but which do you think came first?

It is love that came first, because the love between parents is how children come about.

For something to have value, there should be an original flow of love. Love comes first, then life, because what comes second must humbly surrender to what comes first.

This is natural that we offer our lives for the sake of love.

This is how things are.  Since we are born in love, then the conclusion is that we should walk the way of love and die for love.

Why Are Human Beings Born?

We were born to find the kind of love that the macrocosm is able to welcome.

Our purpose is to be born, to love and to die in the midst of the great universal love that God, creation, our parents and angelic world all can acknowledge.

This is how I see it.  Human beings are not born based on their own choice. Then, are they born due to their parents' wishes? No. They are born due to God's desire. 

Children are born through the love of their parents which represents God's love. The person who is born as a new life through parental love, representing God's love, is 'I'.

Love has the power to create everything. 

I am the one who is born at the center of the whole universe by receiving all the love of the universe.

Then the highest purpose of life is to be born through love, be raised in love, live by love and to leave love behind when we pass onto the next world.

Then the most valuable thing to do in the whole universe is to fulfill the rules of love, through the family, which is at the center of the universe.

You should understand truly why human beings are born.

We were not placed on this earth for the sake of acquiring money, knowledge or power.

We are born because of love and from love.  What is it that makes love so great?  Why does every human being seek to embrace love?

Love is the original source of life. You are born in the midst of your parents' love.

No one was born out of their parents' desire for money or knowledge, but for love.

Since you are born from a love like this, then you should be able to bear fruits of love.  This is why children are needed.

A husband and wife only become complete when they have sons and daughters as their object partners.

Human beings cannot exist apart from love.  All things originate in God's love.  All things come into existence on the foundation of love.

It is undeniable that human beings, as the center of the created universe, must also have begun in love.
Therefore, since we begin life in love, mature through love, then we cannot live separated from the standard of love.

This is the logical solution.  Man's problems and woes all begin and continue because we are separated from the true love which comes from God.

Life in its Original Form

What is the cause of human existence?  Why are we here?

Since the cause of our existence is love, then our purpose lies in completing the ideal of love.  Not the ideal of success, money or knowledge, but love will only make your life complete because it is is our origin.

When we clearly understand this, then we see why there is so much suffering in the world: lack of love.

For this to happen, a man and a woman who have a relationship must become one in love and connect front and back, left and right and above and below.

Even if we determined with our life to become an absolute being and have an absolute purpose for our lives, it is fruitless unless we are happy.

Our daily life should be happy.  We live for this purpose.

So, when we are able to achieve the purpose, something new will exist that is greater than existence itself.

What is it?

What is the most precious for a man and woman?  It is love.

The key element to happiness: love.

No matter how lofty a person's purpose may be, if he is not able to establish love that can take dominion over his purpose, then he will have to pursue a new purpose.

Purpose does not stand above love.

What do you live for?

Some say they live to eat or shop and there will be some who say that they live to work or they live without a purpose, they are just trying to get through today.

If you are able to say that you live for the sake of love or the sake of others that is a great answer!

Human beings are born as the fruit of love, live in love and return that love to the eternal love of God's bosom.  This is the original life of creation God intended.

Once one grows up in love, next he leaves the love of his parents and finds and connects to the love of a partner.  This love is in another dimension.

On the way to restoration, there is the formation stage, the growth stage and the completion stage.  We can call parental love the formation-stage love and conjugal love the growth-stage love.

Therefore a couple, no matter how much they may be in love, cannot see the completion of their love until they have children.

This is why couples eventually desire to have children. Have you realized that a couple who is unable to have children feel unfulfilled no matter how much they love one another?

A couple having children is the completion-stage love.

Therefore, the center of human life is the process of going through conjugal love, parental love and children's love.  This is the original path of God's ideal of love at the time of creation.

Life is born from love. 

We are born from love, grow up in love while being loved by our parents.  Then one meets a beloved wife and loves her and dies in love.  This is what is called human life.

Therefore, in the original world, there would have been no sorrow or pain in human life or in death.

The original center of the universe is the place where all the vertical(spirit) and horizontal(earth) combinations of love come together so that parental love, conjugal love and children's love can unite.

This becomes the point upon which the entire universe focuses and the directions of all cells in the universe are.

Also all of the spirits in spirit world focus on this love relationship.  They will also protect this place so no one can invade it.

If this place of pure love was invaded, it will be catastrophic, since it is the center of human life.  There should be a certain form in order for it to remain intact.

This form is called the four-position foundation of relationship(siblings love, parental love, spousal love, centered on God's love)

For Human Beings, the Eternal Element of Life is Love

You should not forget that while you lived as an embryo, you received nutrition from your mother, but you also received love from her.  Likewise, people who live on earth do not only receive physical nutrition from the elements in the universe, but also love from God. He is the essential element of life.

Just like all plants absorb sunlight as an element of life, love is an element of life for people.

We have hopes that the Kingdom of Heaven on earth or the Kingdom of Heaven in heaven be built where we live eternally in love and in adoration of one another.

We are born through love and grow through their childhood while receiving love.

After we grow to a certain age, we realize that parental love is not enough.  Their love expands horizontally through the love among brothers and sisters and the love of the tribe.

In other words, they grow to maturity while receiving all kinds of love in heaven and earth.  When they become adults, they thirst even more for the love with the opposite sex.

By engaging in this love, they finally find the center of love, a more comprehensive love.  The path that a man and woman walk exists because of love and for the sake of love.

My path is the path of love.  I move in order to attain love, keep love, and form an environment of love. It is also for the sake of love that women put on cosmetics and receive massages. Wanting something and doing work are all for the sake of love. We overcome hardship and move on in order to attain precious love.

From the moment we are born, we receive parental love.  As long as our parents are alive, they love us at each stage of life we experience - from childhood, our youth or the period of middle age. When we grow up receiving parental love, the horizontal love of husband and wife is bound to happen to each of us.

What is marriage?

Marriage is a school, a place where men learn something they did not know about women and women learn something they did not know about men.

Everyone should get a grade of A in order for the husband and wife to be pleased.

You also have sons and daughters for the sake of learning how to love the world.  The last several posts have discussed how God's original ideal was for love to be learned through the relationship of a true family which would expand to the global level of world peace.

Without having children, you will not have a connection to the future.   God gave you children as educational materials through which you can be connected to the future world.

Fulfilling your filial duties to your ancestors and grandfather and grandmother is like receiving education from the spirit world.  All of these are connected through love.

The grandfather and grandmother, husband and wife, and sons and daughters are all connected through love. 

Just like our blood vessels flow up and down, you also go up and down all the way to your ancestors of 10 million generations in the spirit world.  You also reach your distant descendants through this connection.

So, you should know that this is how spirit world and the universe are organized.  All things will be governed in this way.  Therefore, becoming a servant of love and a slave of love is the greatest happiness.

What is God's Love?

Try to find God's love.  How are you able to characterize God's love?

We can compare it to a warm spring day where white clouds gently float in the sky.

The heat then rises from the ground, insects fly around, ants crawl in and out and pussy willows shoot out by the stream.

Frogs sing new spring songs, bees swarm and butterflies flutter from flower to flower.

When you come to such an environment, you are intoxicated by it and feel sleepy.  But in reality, you are awake and feel so good that you want to stay like this forever.

When God finds His object partner, He gets the same feeling like this.

Do you have a good feeling or a bad feeling when you think about this?  Maybe dull-witted men may not be aware of such details.  Of course, it feels good.

When you run into someone that you haven't seen in a while, you feel pleased.  You will firmly shake their hand or tightly hug them.  When someone joyfully says, "Long time no see!" and hugs you firmly, do you feel good or bad?  If there is someone who says he feels bad, just kick him.

When you are excited to see someone you haven't seen in a while, do you tightly grab them?

Do you firmly like it when someone grasps your hand firmly?  You might not like it.  Maybe you do not know the person.  You have to know something to like it.  You do not know it, then how can you like it?

If your husband loves you, you do not need anything else.

You will live clinging tightly to your husband.  It is always great to see a man and a woman firmly holding hands.  Especially when the man's hands are as rough as a cow's hoof and her hands are soft as butter.

We like to watch romantic movies that display such affection.

If the woman says to the man that he has such pretty hands, he would be offended.  This is how things are.

Love is eternal.  Love is united, not divided.  You become one.

When a man and a woman become a couple and love each other, they are bonded together. 

This does not happen literally, but in heart they are able to reach a level that is higher than this.

This is God's love.

If you can live centered on such love, will you be united or not?  Everything is destined to become one no matter how confused and disunited it is in the present moment.

We see that many kinds of things happen when a man and woman fall in love.  If you find a way to know God's love and are able to taste it, then His love cannot be compared to anything that exists in this world.

If there is someone who has tasted this love, no amount of difficulty or sorrow can defeat that person.

A person who lives in the realm of God's love is liberated.  How do you find such a place?

God's love can be divided into three great forms of love: parental love, conjugal love, and children's love.  The center where these three forms combine into one is God's absolute love.
