The Path We All Must Take

The body is far from eternal life

The earth breathes and moves just as our bodies do.

Your cells breathe as well.

Would you rather live eternally on earth, or would you rather live eternally in a place where you are a full entity of love?

In our physical body, we cannot see God when He wants to reveal Himself.  This is why our spirit self is needed.

God is in the center of the spirit.

As God's counterparts, He wants to bequeath to us everything from the eternal realm.


How the majority of people live

We are all headed toward a destination whether we know it or not.

The nation, the world and even heaven and earth are headed there as well.  This is an undeniable fact.  You are driven by this destiny.

Where are you headed after this life ends?

Religions arose to deal with this issue.

Where are our minds and hearts trying to go?  Also, our wishes and hopes.  Where are they trying to go?

Even though humanity has not truly resolved these issues, we are still destined to go in any case.

On the day that this body is buried in the ground, will our mind, our heart and hopes be buried together along with the body?

We should look at this with solutions and a purposeful perspective.

Every saint and sage and founders of religions stopped on their normal paths of life to ask the questions of their minds and their hearts.

They wondered where they were headed and they struggled to resolve these issues.

Even though numerous saints gave their life to answer these questions, there still has not been anybody who could confidently claim that their body, their heart and mind went to such an ideal place.

Religious and conscientious people all desire for the end of this fallen world which originated from private desires.

Over a millennia, religions have awaited a public world -  a single, unified world of peace without borders or conflicts.

How should religious people live?

They should shorten the path to restore historical mistakes and link this path to the world and cosmos.

A family that lives walking this path is far more interesting.  This is a liberated family that becomes a true family.

“Walking the streets of Myungdong in Seoul, one sees young couples being affectionate. For whom are they doing that? They say they do that to enjoy their youth, which they have but once.

“That's fine, but who is the owner of enjoyment? This is a serious question. How long can you enjoy life? You do so from your twenties, but it will not last after you pass your sixties, seventies, and eighties.

“Yet the way of the Unification Church is different. For what purpose do we eat? For the sake of the world and to abolish this evil world. We see in order to clean up this evil world -- not to become a part of the evil side but to defeat it. How we hear, think, walk and act is different from the secular world.”

God created us as precious beings whom He cherishes eternally.

God derives joy from us as His object partners.  Since God is eternal, we must also be eternal beings.

Many people live centered on such thinking that they will live until they are eighty and think that when they die that is it.  Throughout history, the question of immortality has been pondered and people wonder if they can live for eternity on earth and never die.

Then they ask, what is the meaning of life?

They wonder what is the point in just being born and pass away.  They just conclude that life is just suffering and that we just come and go like the grass of the fields.

The more people held on to this ideal, the more they thought and asked themselves, "What's the meaning of life? Why are people born and then go away like travelers?" and

Death is inevitable

One day we will go to the spirit world.

Even if people visit Korea at Gimpo Airport, it does not mean they traveled in Korea.  Where do we go afterward?

We go to a county.  From there a township, then a village.  From there we must go to a neighborhood.  This is not an easy task.

If we cannot determine a dwelling place, then there is no value in having a successful social life.

“If God orders me to come, even tomorrow night, no matter how great I may be today, I have no choice but to go.

“However loudly I might protest, I would have to go. I will go while protesting loudly, but only after speaking the right words. I must present the way that the nation and the world must go. It will be my death if I fail to do so.”

God is the owner of life

“Who is the origin of life? Not I.”

The origin and purpose of life must transcend me.  Actually, our life did not originate from our parents, society or a nation, but from God.

Only when you link your origin to the cause, the purpose of life, and deny your fallen self, then you make a leap and transcend.

You must link your life to the transcendent motive; it does not begin with yourself.

It began with the absolute God.

If you link yourself in this way, then when you die, you will be within the transcendent process because of God's Will.

People do not live for a millennia or for centuries.  They die within a century or so.

Among the numerous ancestors who have died throughout history, if any of them live with a public mindedness that met the standards of the universe, they would have left a legacy that lasted a millennum.

Instead, our ancestors lived selfishly and perished.  They brought everything to ruin.

This kind of selfish lifestyle causes problems.

The bigger problem is how can we replace the way of looking at everything from an ego system with one that serves a higher purpose.

The question is how do we shift from emphasizing self-centeredness to benefiting the greater good.

We must reverse the way of living individualistic lives.

This requires action.

If you only had one pair of clothing, you would fight for your life to keep others from taking it off of your body.

If you had a change of clothing for every season, when it is spring and you see people dressed in winter clothes, you show them your spring clothing and tell them they wear winter clothes and take them off.  If it is summer and people wear spring clothing tell them to change according to the weather.

But those people do not see the need to change.  They were unaware that something of greater value existed.

The same goes for those who are living in a lifestyle centered only on their own self-interest.  Until someone shows them the truth, they may not see the value of living a life for others.

On the earth we have parents, teachers and relatives. We have ways to establish such relationships on the earth, but not in the spirit world.

Everyone practices God-centered public-spiritedness.

The position one holds is differentiated.  Those above cannot descend below, and those below do not easily ascend.

It was God's original idea that we would not pass on to the spirit world until we achieved perfection on earth.

Adam and Eve to were to perfect their love to God before the blessing of marriage, live, and die in perfect oneness with Him therefore, naturally going to Heaven after living on Heaven on Earth.

It is an absolute that we will each die.

This life course is short compared to eternity.

Even if a person lived a life span of eighty years, it is equivalent to less than eight hours in spirit world time.

When we look at our time here on earth, it is even less than that amount of time in eternity.

This means the power of true love is great.  The speed of true love is so great that is beyond our understanding.

True Parent's Heart Wants to Give Everything

The bible gives the account of the beginning of creation.   Let's forget the scientific and biblical debate of the beginning and keep it simple. Have you ever wondered why God built the universe and all of creation?

Like an artist, God first made a plan with man as the model for all of creation.  When you look at the physics internally and externally of man you will see the map of all creation.  God as our Parent created all of the universe for the love of man.  Once we realize this fact, then the account in Genesis
takes on a more heartfelt meaning when you see God as a Parent preparing the world for His children.

And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so.  

God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,^[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

So God created mankind in his own image,
    in the image of God he created them;
    male and female he created them.

Genesis 1 24-27

If humans are made in God's image, then like God as human parents we want to give everything to our children - all of our heart and possession for our children's love.

This is the parental heart of a parent.  The greatest of all relationships is that between parent and child.

Parents who have given birth to and raised children all understand the desire to receive blessings and feel happiness through their sons and daughters, whom they love dearly. Also, if they have established a correct standard through which they can experience joy, they will want to bequeath this to their offspring for eternity.

Even fallen parents hope that their children will grow up as fine people who can be followed and revered by all nations and praised eternally.

The parental heart seeks to protect children from harm and is concerned about them day and night. The heart of fallen parents can even be like this.

For example, a mother ignores the diaper smells from her baby while nursing her child at her breast. Thus, if fallen parents have such a heart towards their children, how earnest must God's heart have been, longing to love Adam and Eve based on their original hearts?

You should all think about this. When you nurse and nurture your babies, you sing them lullabies and whisper to them, wishing that their lives will be a success. Any parent has such a heart.

No matter how incompetent or lacking parents may be, if one of their children suffers from a disability, the parents' hearts are devastated to the point of breaking.   To God, when He looks down at humanity, he sees disfigured children crippled by sin.

If this situation is then resolved, the relief and joy are overwhelming in proportion to the original pain. If such is the heart of a fallen parent, what must be the heart of God?

If a son commits a crime and is sent to prison, the parents tearfully forgive and reach out to him, instead of saying, "Serves him right!" This is why parental love is extraordinary. Similarly, if a son is sentenced to execution, his mother will be totally grief-stricken and seek any way, even changing the world's legal systems or risking her life, to save her son.

Such is the unchanging and sacrificial nature of the parental heart towards the children.

Do loving parents keep an account of the times they love their children, saying: "We bought you shoes and clothes a few days ago with our hard earned money, which cost us so many dollars and cents?"

When parents love their children, they want to treat them even better than princes and princesses, and still feel sorry that they cannot give more.

Parents have the heart of wanting to give their children something better. This is why we cherish parental love. You should all know this.

No matter how much parents give they feel that it is not enough; they love and yet feel as if there is some love they have not yet given and want to give more; and even after giving, they still feel unsatisfied with what they were able to give their children.

This essence of parental love is that is what connects us to eternal love. This is the original motivation for the beginning point of love.

When it comes to children, parents always want to give the best of what they have to the children.  This is the true definition of a parental hear and this heart is a reflection of the nature of God.

If this is so, what kind of being is God?  God wants to share of  his most precious attributes to those who truly become His children.

The unconditional nature of rue love is that it does not waver, it is eternal, does not change according to circumstances or convenience.  A good friend will stay by his friend's side when the times are good and when they are bad.  A husband of true love will stay with his wife forsaking all others when she is sick and old and all of her beauty has faded away.  A parent whose child has run away will always look out the window every night in hopes of seeing their child return.

 Constancy is the ballast of all lasting and true relationships.

When people practice true love, they are there for one another no matter what the situation even if it turns sour.  God's love is unchanging and is a place of the heart where we want to return time and again for forgiveness, renewal, reassurance, wisdom and fresh determination.

A bumper sticker reads, “If you don’t feel close to God—guess who moved?” We may be sure that He didn't. The “Unmoved Mover” remains constant, the ultimately loving parent.

One parent practiced the elements of true love in her patience to win the hart of her reluctant teenage daughter.  Her rebellious daughter had a "smart mouth" and was very arrogant which harmed and pain the parents.

At the height of crisis, the police called the mother to tell her they had picked up her daughter for reckless driving.  The mother was so upset that she couldn't talk to the daughter for a whole night.

Then, after the mother stepped back, she knew that she had still belief in her daughter's goodness.  She wanted to demonstrate this faith to her daughter.  She wrapped up a little gift and handed it to her daughter with this note:

“This rock is a thousand years old. That’s how long it will take before I give up on you.”

The teenager broke down in tears at this evidence of her mother’s devotion, and the two became closer after that.

You and I should be grateful that God's heart is immensely larger than the human parent's love.  He never gives up on people who have wronged Him - even when they had already given up on themselves.

 People, like the teenage girl, feel worthless, hopeless, despairing, and beyond redemption when they are travelling down the wrong path.  Fortunately, God's love is like a rock.  He is always there, always has hope in us and waits for His child to return.

As Jesus expressed so poignantly, “Ask, and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door shall be opened unto you.”

We can visualize that God is a True Parent that is always home and ready to open the door and answer it when His child needs Him.  He always holds steadfast that His children will visit wanting Him to embrace them in a love that never wavers.  God is a True and Ultimate Parent.

Reverend Moon has said:

“What made Jesus sacred was that he trusted and loved people, wanted to live with them and save them more than anything else—even though they betrayed him. He blessed his enemies. There are sixty-six volumes in the Holy Scripture, but when you condense its significant meaning, the teaching of Jesus is . . . unchangeability.”

God Has Been In Prison

"You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman, "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."  When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.  She also gave some to Adam who was with her, and he ate it.  Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked;so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.  Then the man and woman heard the sound of the Lord God as he was was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.  But the Lord God called to the man, "Where are you?" He answered, "I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked;so I hid."

Two points here that show that after the act of Adam and Eve following the lie of Satan instead of following God's commandment of not eating the fruit which was the symbol of immature sex, indicate that this act brought sorrow to God.

The first is that God can see all of creation, yet for the first time we see the account that God could not find Adam.  This means that when Adam followed God, he had the characteristics of God, but once he followed Satan, the inherited impurity covered Adam where God could no longer see or relate with him as his child any longer.  Then afterward, God cursed Adam and Eve and banished them from the Garden representing Heaven on Earth.

God lost His rightful position

"My own pain and grief are nothing. God has not been able to fulfill His role as God. You must understand that God's bitter tears which melt the marrow of His bones and His bloodstains which spread throughout the course of history are crying out from the ground. I have been doing this work because I know that the mission remains to liberate God from His anguish." Rev. Sun Myung Moon


God must be liberated.  How is it the all knowing and almighty God, the Creator of the universe can be said to be held in bondage when he created the world?  Due to the fall, God and man were separated as Satan claimed dominion over His children.  God is confined by His love for His original children, so in essence, God is in prison. and has not been set free to this day. 

God had intended for the ideal world and universe to be based on love to be formed with Adam and Eve centering their relationship solely on God's dominion leaving Satan out of the equation.  Thus God could not be foundation for liberating God's heart has not emerged leaving God confined without any person as His direct object partner. 

How can God's heart and mind be at ease when His stolen children's original selves have been murdered?  What human father would stand happily by as His children suffered?

The originator of heart would have more suffering when looking at the creation and His lost children than a human father would.

It is possible that we can liberate God with our own effort from His bondage which our original placed Him through their selfish act of the Fall.  Through the Fall, God lost His first sons and daughters. 

It will not be easy to release a parent who has suffered from the tragic death of His son of filial piety.  Even if one of His children had tens times more obedience than the lost filial son, it will not be simple to restore the original heart of the parent that was lost.  Yet, the Messiah at the Second Coming will liberate God from His suffering and restore His dominion.

God has painstakingly invested millions and billions of years of effort to create the world and His children since the beginning.  In respect, those who work from the time of their youth are assured to enjoy the fruits of their labor in their old age.  Yet, God is full of grief and distress when He looks upon His beautiful creation and cannot enjoy even a second of Glory with His children.

Young children may ask if God is young or old, but God does not have an age.  He is transcends beyond the universe and time.  God has suffered beyond billions of years to see His hopes realized and His ideal of creation He had at the beginning.

In order for God to free Himself from lamentation, He must first free His children, you and I, from the bondage of sin and Satan's dominion returning us back to the original position before the fall.  This explains why we should liberate God who is in such a situation.

How will we be able to liberate the Supreme God?  Since we were corrupted beyond having relations with the perfect Being, we must become children who stand against Satan and become victorious over our Fallen state.  God's purpose for creation was to be able to freely love His children and have give and take with them.  We must find a path of liberation for God to be able to freely love His people.

What happened due to the Fall? God was shackled and restrained and so were the first ancestors of the human race and the realm of angels. Countless religious people in history have struggled against these shackles. It is the same for all humankind.

A rebellious child restricts the parents and in order to liberate the parents, the child must go in the opposite direction.  The child must display filial piety greater than his rebellious behavior and be officially recognized by the general public as a child demonstrating loyalty to his parents.  This is absolute heavenly law. 

One should not just live for the parent, alone, for his neighbors, nation and people are all suffering.  Only then can the lost child restore to his original position and cleanse his past sins.

For five thousand years we have sung, "I will build a small cottage and attend both parents for tens of thousands of years." I am glad they will attend both parents, but why live in a small cottage for tens of thousands of years? They are a pitiable people. We must guide them. If these people, who are penniless and poor, also fail to obtain God's blessings, where will they go and live?

God Could Not Function as Supreme God

The church that practices the Complete Testament truth in this age must persist until it liberates our planet Earth, the spirit world, and, ultimately, with a heart of love, God. We must ultimately liberate humankind, the spirit world and God.

I am sure you are hearing this for the first time. So far we have looked to God to liberate us, begging God to save us from our meager situations, but in fact, we have to liberate God. You should know that God's heart has been restrained.

If loving parents have a child who does not show filial piety, their hearts cannot be liberated until they see that child rise to the position where he can freely fulfill the parents' expectation. In the same way, God created Adam and Eve with the high expectations that they would be His greatest partners of love.

There are four realms of heart or love: love of the child, love of siblings, love of parent, love of spouse.  These four realms are learned and practice in relationship of family.

We are God's parner in love.  We relate vertically with God through the parent-child relationship and horizontally through our relationship with our spouse.  All these ideals of love and heart would have been realized and enjoyed by God creating ideal love and heaven on earth.  Only, God lost this ideal through the fall and God was confined from His greatest love.

All Christians speak about going to heaven, but in reality, until one reaches heaven on earth they will not enjoy heaven in the spirit world.  When an innocent person finds himself in prison and in shackles under persecution, they will be free as long as they have love. 

Rev. Moon, author of the Divine Principle found himself imprisoned 6 times, yet when he was in cramped quarters at night and could not sleep he saw light emulating from his hand.  He said that it was God embracing him. That was when he discovered His pure immense love.

He said that the light would shine in the dark and the following day people would give him packets of rice powder. They had heard a distant voice, "If you don't give this food to this particular prisoner, all the prisoners and even your family will be uncomfortable." Our God is a God of love.

God searched endlessly for tens of thousands of years for the people who thirst for faith, hope and a burning desire with love who could say, "Because of humankind, God is in shackles and was accused by satan;Jesus died for me;the Holy Spirit witnessed a bloody history of struggle because of me.  God give me strength for I will liberate You and give you rest.  I will also liberate Jesus and the Holy Spirit."

If God and Satan fight each other, who will stop them from fighting? Would the fight just end? There has been no place for God to stand, because He did not have a devoted son or a system of love through which people could uphold the heavenly kingdom by fulfilling the way of a loyal subject, saint and divine son or daughter. Until now, God has been incarcerated and confined. The heavenly kingdom became an empty ruin. God has carried this sorrow in His heart.

Have you ever met a grandfather or grandmother whom God is seeking? Because of the Fall, you have not. Have you ever met a mother or father whom God is searching for?  Who can sever the chains that bind this heart? Nothing except the love of God. Nothing except God's essential love can do this.

Yes, essentially God has the ability to do as He pleases, but because of unprincipled love His hands are tied.  Throughout history, God has suffered Satan's accusations alone while no one on earth knew of His unimaginable agony of regret and sorrow He experienced.

In the established churches people shout out in excitement and joy, "Oh! Holy, holy God! Oh! God of glory! Give me blessings." But God is not that kind of God sitting high on the throne joyfully ruling over the deserted earth. On the contrary, He is a miserable God, suffering in confinement. He can be liberated from His sorrowful situation only through the birth of a son. Hence, you must liberate God.

Unless you do so, the heavenly path cannot be made straight, and thus the ideal world cannot be established on earth. It has been the history and the mission of the Unification Church founded by the Messiah to rectify this.

What lies within the sermons, core teachings and the words you hear from the Divine Principle? Its teachings can liberate God, whose heart is in confinement. God is lamenting in grief because of the Fall. From the outset, the history of such lamentation has been a global one.

Thus, Paul said that all creation, our ancestors and we ourselves wait with eager longing for the appearance of God's true sons and daughters. It is because they long to free and separate themselves from that realm of grieving.

God Needs Liberation, Too

"No matter how many times I may have said that I want to liberate God, God says, 'All right. Before you consider liberating me, please take care of the problems of the world first. Then come and tell me that you want to liberate me.' This is why I have sought out the most difficult problems of the world and taken them upon my shoulders."

Many people and nations may wonder how such a country with such a young government ever came to power as America in a few short hundred years.  America was started with the founding heart of rebels.  People who left their country who wanted to serve God and not the church on a new land.  Their reference to God and the Bible in their laws and in their way of life is directly correlated to the country's rapid growth and dominance in world. 

Fast forward not too far into the future and America's biggest problem is the loss of the order and discipline of love and the lack of a guiding clear philosophy of life.  True Love has been downgraded in our ways of life and through the media.  There are many religions, but no guiding principle of how individuals express their love on a brother, matrimonial and parental level.  In order for every person to experience true, lawful love, we need to restore its discipline and order.  In addition, the majority of the population lack a superior philosophy of life, and thus life their life day to day without a central, guiding principle.

The other problem in the world today is communism.  The walls came tumbling down, but communism still spreads its atheistic viewpoint like a poison to the world.  We live in a free country that practices freedom of speech and faith, but everyday we lose religious freedom in all facets of life as the atheistic viewpoint takes over our country.

Satan's vehicle is communism, and he must be driven out.  The faithful must reestablish the order of love and restore the eternal unchanging ideology which is the central theme of all human life.  This is not an easy task. 

The only way for change is for the Messiah to return and guide humanity to solve these problems.  That's right, for us to pick up our plows and begin the work of recreation.  If restoring the world was easy with the snap of God's finger, the world would have been restored in the garden of Eden and God would have never given us free will to choose to live by His rules.

Because God gave His children freedom to choose His way or the satanic way, when we chose satan's words over His in the garden and to this day, it essentially placed God in a prison not of his own making.  A prison where he watches His children get murdered, become reckless and live individual lives without His purpose and die and go to hell.

So, God is all powerful, but gave His children 5% responsibility to go after that power. 


The Order of Love

When the Messiah returns, his first task is to restore the central ideology which will lead humanity to reestablish the order and discipline of love.  Then humanity will be able to return to the true, lawful love.

The second responsibility to return order to the world is to chase out satan. 

What about you? Are you restoring the order and discipline of love within the realm of your life and activity? You need the Marriage Blessing given directly by God in order to do begin the true work of recreation of your lineage. The Blessing is the pinnacle in your course of restoring love.

These are not my ideals and concepts, but those taught by the Returned Messiah.  These teachings explain what the world should be like, what the nation should be like, and how society should function and how each of us should live. 

These teachings of the Divine Principle which is based on the bible is the basis of each of Achieve World Peace blogs.   The central theme is the ideal pattern for individuals, societies, nations, the world and even the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.  Each of these facets has a clear-cut formula to follow to return to true love.

Right now, religion is trying to banish Satan from this world, day in and day out.  You and others are waging a "Knock Out Satan" campaign whenever you restore the order of love and the ideology of God.  On the other side of that, satan is always trying to promote illicit and abnormal love.  Abnormal is when objects just float around without following any principle and is confusing front and back, right and left.

What is abnormal love?

The evidence is evident in our nation when it is 'normal' for a gentleman to sleep with one woman one night and prowls for another every night.  Also, when one has sexual relations with a family member or homosexuality tendencies.  These are just a few examples of abnormal illicit love that has nothing to do with God's original love.  Even though these practices have become the norm, it goes against God's purpose of creation and ideal of love.

How many of us desire and hope for any type of these loves?  Does society agree that these few examples are abnormal type of love or normal?  Society has deemed that temporary, illicit love is in fact normal behavior. 

If one is not clear on the distinction of abnormal and normal love, satan will keep following them until they fully practice the normal way of love.  Once true normal love is practiced which begins with living for the sake of others, then satan can no longer follow that person.  How can he follow someone who does not have his traits?

When we live for a selfish purpose, only looking out for ourselves, we make it easy for satan to always be right behind us.  There is a remedy for anyone following the wrong path.  Once we start living for the sake of others, satan must retreat.  This is the dividing line. 

Satan can not claim someone who is living for the sake of the whole and for others.  Once you are living for the sake of all people of the world, the entire world will welcome you and satan will have to go away.

Since the world is entrenched deeply in sin, how do we save the world and then release God from the prison in which we have placed Him?  We have been discussing about the two principal needs of mankind: liberation from illicit love and liberation from the bondage of false ideology. 

When mankind is liberated, satan will leave completely.  He will not have a source to attach and have give and take relations to exist.  The presence and existence of satan who was formerly the good angel Lucifer is the main cause of God's imprisonment.

How is it possible for God to be imprisoned?  Because God gave you and I free will to follow Him or not, we chose to not follow God and satan has complete control over God's creation.  Does this sound like freedom for either humanity or God?  It look as if the only winner is satan.

As soon as Satan leaves, God will stand up and slowly walk out to greet us. "Finally I'm free!" He will say. "I have no more worries in the world! Who did it? The Messiah, the Second Advent did. He liberated me!"

Liberation

Until now, you didn't fully comprehend what I meant by the liberation of God and mankind or even knew that God required to be rescued from slavery as well. You didn't know the definition of liberation. By establishing the central ideology that restores the discipline of love and expels Satan, you are liberating mankind and liberating God. Is the task easy or difficult?



When every individual receives this ideology and puts it into practice, there will be no room for Satan. God will be welcomed everywhere. That is how liberation will take place. So to liberate mankind means to liberate God. The two liberations are simultaneous; they are not separate events. One solution will suffice.

Therefore, why do you go out to witness? It is to accomplish this very task. You witness for the liberation of mankind and the liberation of God. Who is working hard and daily for the direct liberation of God, those who accept and practice the words of the Returned Messiah who reveals the hidden truth that the disciples of Jesus' time did not have the ears to hear or the heart to believe.


Digest Everything Through Love

There are many wars, but the world is embroiled in an ideological war. There is a conflict between the God-accepting ideology and the God-denying ideology, between democracy and communism. What is the ideology of the Returned Messiah? Completely on the opposite spectrum, it  is Unificationism. We are bringing everything into harmony and unity. The role of our ideology is to digest everything; it is a "melting pot" ideology.

Reverend Moon the author of the Divine Principle said, "I have a healthy stomach: I can take in everything and digest it. I can eat hot pepper sauce and Korean kimchee, and at the same time I can eat cheese and bread. It makes no difference; everything can be digested into one stomach. Such a stomach is ideal, isn't it? You must be able to digest everything to be an ideal person. What kind of person are you?"
