Hell Has no Relationship w/God's Love

Truly, what was the Fall?

Humanity fell into the darkest of nights because of the Fall, transforming our ticket to heaven to a ticket to hell.

Hell is a place that has no relationship to God's love, life or lineage or even to God Himself.

Hell is a place where you are alone and you are shut of from everything.

You have a longing for what you cannot attain.  You will feel the happiness in the large realm of this universe, but you will not be able to move one inch.

“So what is it that I am doing? I am initiating a movement to love God, heaven and earth, based on a universal system of thought: the Principle.

“This is so that from now on, you have to prepare the way you will take when you go to the spirit world. You are doing great things by making such preparations.”

Do you know how vast the spirit world is?  Since it is such an infinite world, you must have a global and universal mind to keep up with the pace of that world.  Therefore, you are making that world the stage for your activities while you are here on earth.

This is impossible if you are individualistic and worry only about your own needs.

If you are not able to connect to the whole, what greater hell is there than that?  It would be the same as catching an eagle and locking him in a dark hole where he could not move or feed.

The eagle symbolizes America.  Wouldn’t it be miserable to live just to eat and satisfy the stomach?  Is that happiness or unhappiness?

To commit suicide is the worst sin of all sins. It is an atrocity that destroys the universe.

A person who commit’s the crime of killing themselves will go to the lowest of hells.

What if one of your nostrils was plugged and you could only breathe just a little bit through your other nostril?  That would be hell.

Hell is where you are unable to receive when you want.  It is also when you cannot give when you want to.

How long can you endure holding your breath?  How long can you go without exhaling or inhale when you need to?  That is hell.

You cannot eat without God's love in the spirit world.

Without God’s love in the spirit world, you do not have the right to eat.

Hell is a place where you watch others eat, but cannot eat.  Only those who have experienced the life of heaven on earth with their mind and body united can take ownership in the Kingdom of Heaven.

What do you do when you are in spirit world?  Do you still eat?

You eat food based on love.  Therefore, a person who doesn’t have love will not be able to open his mouth no matter how much he wants to eat.  The food will jump from his face.  This is his punishment.

The world on earth is in chaos.  What about spirit world?  Since humans go to the spirit world in confusion, then the spirit world ends up in chaos as well.

Stealing something becomes a habit.  Once a person who steals a lot on earth goes to spirit world, he naturally wants to get something for nothing on the other side.  Since it is difficult to deal with an unprincipled person such as this, hell was created to separate them.

God did not create hell.  It is a storage place for waste and has nothing to do with God’s love.  All of humanity who begins from false love inevitably go to hell.

God also does not send people to hell, people go to hell on their own accord.

If a person who lived an evil, selfish life on earth was to go to heaven, they would not be able to breathe because the air there is God’s love.

Since they were not able to exercise their love lung while on earth, they will have to go to the lower parts of spirit world where they are comfortable.

Therefore, the person who goes to heaven lives with God eternally.

Since God’s mind and body are united, if a man and woman and their family can do the same and live together in front of God, and become His object partners, they will naturally go to the Kingdom of Heaven in spirit world after leaving the earth.

Those who lived a life with God while on earth could not live in hell.  They would not be able to breathe and the smell and taste would be repulsive.

If you reach heaven, you would be able to freely come and go from there even visit hell.  Would you rather be a person who is limited to a space in hell or a liberated person who is free?

You have to think of difficult people as the gate keeper and think that you are going to touch and melt their heart so they will guide you when you reach those gates.

Hell is a place without a future.

Heaven has a future.

The Fall began in the place where there is no future in the public sense.  The self became the center and living for humanity’s own sake forsaking god is the way to hell.

Living for others is the way to heaven. That is the concept of heaven and hell.

A flattened balloon slowly rises when it is filled with hydrogen.  It seems that the balloon can rise to any height, but it has limits.

A balloon stops at the place where it finds a balance with its own weight and remains at the same level of atmospheric pressure.

This is the same case in the spirit world.

Those who are greedy go down. They are heavy.

For that reason, hell is where heavy things gather and collide with one another.

What if a racist white person went to the spirit world and the gate keeper to heaven was black?

If a person was blocked from entering heaven and made to go back, he might cling to the gatekeeper at that time and cry out for them to have mercy on them.

He would experience a living hell that is hundreds and thousands of times greater than any suffering they caused the black people in his lifetime.

“If I were God, I would also put such keepers by the gates. “

Everyone lives under the rule of the universal law.  No one can free themselves from this law.  This affects the order of love and morality from the family level to universal and then God.

One who has violated heavenly law is not free to go anywhere in the universe.

There is nowhere to run or go where you wish.

To attain a life that is supported by all the laws including the laws of nature, the true path is the one giving love and living for the sake of others.

You should realize that hell does exist. Hell is a place one goes who does not follow the way of carrying the banner of love.

“I hope that you can stand in court and be victorious.”

When you do not have the discipline to practice love, when you go to spirit world a reaction comes against you from everyone there, nobody will tell you or send you to hell.

Public or Private

Being public means living for the greater good, doesn't it? Being private means putting yourself first. Living for your own sake leads to hell. Public-mindedness leads to heaven.

Unification Church members are not without value.

We may look simple, but we are not a simple group that believes that we go to heaven by just going to church on Sunday or through just holding a Bible under our arm or giving tithing every now and then.

As a people, once we believe in something, we do it till the end.

Even if our spouse grabs us from following this path we are intense and follow the path of faith even at the risk of divorce.

The reason you suffer now is for the sake of finding the freedom of heaven.

Even if you go to hell, after living such a courageous life on earth, no one in hell can hold you there after they have judged your life.

Going down to a lower position is something that would never happen in a society of brothers, but is only possible within the realm of the parental heart.

God can go to the bottom of hell where His children suffer; this is the example of a parent - a true parent.

How to Obtain Internal Unity

What do we mean by internal unity?  We are speaking of our spirit, soul or that of the mind.  We often speak on this blog about mind and body unity in order to obtain perfection as a being in front of God.  How do we begin to even fathom the possibility of unity within ourselves?

Moral and Spiritual Integrity

Religious or spiritual traditions have called this spiritual maturity or in other words perfection.  We have taught perfection to mean that one has a state of knowing how to do anything without having to gain the knowledge through learning, or never making a miscalculation and not having to eat or sleep.

We make it out to be some unobtainable goal or idea.  On the other hand, the true authentic definition of perfection is one who has become unfailingly true and sincere and is able to give of their physical energies of true love just as Jesus said:

You have heard that it was said,

You have heard“love your neighbor and hate your enemy.” But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven . . . . If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? . . . Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect

Matthew 5.43-48

Perfect Unity

The type of perfection Jesus speaks about is the result of conscience that is linked to God to not be blocked by our arrogance or selfishness and flow freely.  This is true moral and spiritual freedom.

The person who has attained this mind and body unity will feel the greatest joy of being able to readily act upon any worthy inspiration beaming from his heart and conscience.  This is likened to a well-learned musician who can play any tune that comes into their head.

This person is free to be ruled and used by true love.  Most people have experienced this.  "She kept on thanking me for caring for her child." Relates Marisa concerning her mother who had collapsed on the sidewalk from her illness.  She had to leave her young son crying when Marisa, who was a bystander, had offered to take care of her child for a few days.

“But I’m a mother myself—how could I not respond the way I did? It was nothing really.”

Jesus related this kind of story to the Good Samaritan who helped the man who was robbed when others ignored him.  This "nothing" comes about automatically when one repeatedly subdues the selfish interest of their body and the heart is then liberated to respond to the call of true love.  In other words, this is the state of releasing one's ego in order to live for the sake of the other.

God
Mind Body
Individual
Perfection

When this becomes the dominant mode of living, a person becomes a window of the divine heart and character. “The Supreme Reality stands revealed in the consciousness of those who have conquered themselves,” states the Bhagavad Gita (6.7-9).

Likewise,  Jesus declared,

“Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father”

John 14:9

More than just a window, such a person is where God also wants to reside. Where he or she is, Heaven and Earth intersect.

The War Within

Do we truly witness this standard in our daily lives?

Our minds and bodies are usually at odds.  Sometimes people are generous and kind and at other times they are only caring about themselves.

We seem to live our lives based on bad emotions.  A caring mother may suddenly erupt in anger toward her beloved children after a long day.  A usually friendly boss who becomes stressed out over a key account may take it out on his employees.

In their deepest of heart, caring people truly want to act good and loving at all times, but this God-given sense within is usually overwhelmed by negative passions and desires.

“Our selfish desires and moral capacities are at war with one another,” states ethicist James Q. Wilson, “and often the former triumphs over the latter.”

This is the classic battle between mind and body.  Christians call it the battle between flesh and spirit; Jews, between the good and evil inclinations.  The body is overly occupied with its own concerns of taking care of itself and this overpowers the unselfish desires of the mind.  Individuals find themselves acting in ways they believe they should not—and not practicing what they should. They end up regretting too many things they have done.

St Paul spoke directly to this fact when he confessed,

“I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.”

Romans 7:15

How often do people find themselves saying the most hurtful  things to the ones they love the most? Or letting their selfishness ruin an important relationship?

How many times have we seen or said the most hurtful things to the one we love the most?  Or we let our own selfishness ruin an important relationship?

“She was the girl next door, we loved each other; we were thinking of getting married once we graduated from high school,” recalls a middle-aged man of his high school sweetheart.

“We had only kissed and hugged, but the guys were always pushing me to go for more. One night in senior year I had a few beers and tried to get real physical with my girlfriend and wouldn't let up. She got really upset with me, it was never the same again. I messed up a real good thing.”

This self-contradictory and often self-destructive state is what religious traditions call that of sin.
The mind or conscience suffers under the oppression of the selfish instincts of the body, its desires relentlessly frustrated.  St. Paul ends his confession of self-contradiction with his question, “Who will deliver me from this body of death?”

In order to find perspective on this fight between mind and body some people have demonized the body and deny it as much as possible.  They then seek to escape within their mind which is closest to God and wait for freedom after their spirit has been released once they pass onto the next world.

This has been necessary for a time period when there was no greater teaching to free us from the confines of our body through the Second Coming.  The Messiah is to give us God's words that will liberate us not just from spiritual sin, but physical sin.

The body is essential for spiritual growth.  It is part of God's order to have an inner and outer nature.  the body only needed to be controlled after the flesh dominated the mind after the Fall.

We say that we are just like the animal and we follow our instincts like those in the animal kingdom and can't help many things we do under the rules of the flesh.  When we observe the animal kingdom, we see that nature is not self-destructive and unreliable in potential like we human beings are.  In other words, when we are subjugated by selfishness this is unnatural and is contrary to God's design.

Humans repel God and invites evil.

There is no betrayal and no conflict within God's nature of true love.  Therefore, God cannot connect to a being whose mind and body are at war.  He will not be able to find His image in them.  This means that in losing His connection with human beings, He cannot fully delight in His children to degree in which He created us.

Moreover, He cannot manifest through His children as He would want so He cannot trust them. Consider the Heavenly Father’s many expressions of pleasure in the obedient Moses—

“I am pleased with you and know you by name”

Exodus 33:17

Yet when Moses disobeys Him and yields to his own anger, He forbids him to lead the people
into the Promised Land. Numbers 20.12

Because each individual is fighting a battle within themselves, we have an even harder time seeing God within others as well.  It is much easier for us to see depravity than goodness in others.  This is not the natural process of creation, this contradiction is the reversal of the proper order.

The body oppressing the mind is the very definition of evil and immorality.

There are two worlds: power, wealth and sexuality on one hand and intellect, imagination and love on the other.  When these two powers are in the presence of smallmindedness and self-centeredness we exhibit individuals who rarely live in service to others, but live in service only to oneself.  This is how America has come from its greatness of living for others and for God to losing hope.

Thus, every kind of pathology and iniquity is possible. Mind and body disunity is a fundamental condition for evil to manifest itself within the individual. It makes true love impossible.

The Challenge of Self-Discipline

Because of the power of the body over the mind, people must struggle mightily to restore their proper inner relationship in connection to God. The essence of this training is self-discipline—the fruit of continuous practice of good deeds by curbing the more body-centered desires to conform to those of the mind.

Theodore Roosevelt once said, “With self-discipline most anything is possible.” Self-discipline is fundamental to character growth, which in turn is fundamental to the capacity to give unchanging love.

“Before you desire to control the universe,” Reverend Moon has said, “you must first be able to completely control yourself.”

Such a thought has echoes throughout the world religions. “Who is
strong? He who controls his passions,” states the Jewish Mishnah (Abot 4.1).

The Sikhs have a saying, “With the conquest of my mind, I have conquered the whole world” (Adi Granth, Japuji 28,M.1).

In the Hindu Upanishads, the self is described as a rider, the body as a chariot, the intellect as the charioteer and the mind as the reins. The physical senses are likened to the power of the horses thundering down the mazes of desire (Katha Upanishad 1.3.3-6).

In this image we can see that self-discipline is strong and the desires of the flesh enslave a person.

Self-discipline requires faith perseverance, and courage especially with the free society of 'do whatever you want" flows against the trend of training the body for good deeds.  It is the moral direction of the will.

A man who admits to his wife that he has an attraction to a co-worker requires moral will.  Also, a young woman who runs from door-to-door to alert other students that the dorm is burning and the teenage boy who denounces bigotry being practiced in his neighborhood are examples of moral integrity and will.

The Key to Reaching Any Goal

In order to realize even practical goals, one must have the will to suppress the body's harmful impulses, resist unhealthy attractions, and delay immediate gratification.

A study was conducted years ago with a group of children where each were given one marshmallow.  They were told that if they waited they would then receive another marshmallow as an award.  Some children immediately ate the marshmallow exempting them from getting another one.

Then there were others who wanted to control their bodies and not immediately eat the treat in order to obtain the second marshmallow by distracting themselves and were rewarded with a total of two marshmallows.

Then there was a follow-up study years later when the children graduated from high school.  The study showed that the children who were able to wait for the second marshmallow grew up to be more confident, persevering, trustworthy, and had better social skills than the children who did not delay immediate gratification.  The ones who did indulge in the one marshmallow first without waiting for the reward were more troubled, resentful and selfish.

Self-Destruction
Conflict
Sinful, jealous, anxious and easily upset.
 .

Therefore, if one learns self-control and discipline at an early age, this sets up a pattern that leads to even greater self-mastery.

Other research confirms that adolescents who have learned self-discipline enjoy increased self-confidence, affording them greater resistance to the appeal of negative peer groups.

These teenagers who have learned to control their body's instincts are less likely to cut classes, abuse drugs or alcohol or get involved in sex. They have less anxiety and depression and perform better in school.  Team sports, after school activities and interests in the arts have kept many students occupied with good activities instead of heading for trouble.

Certainly they are also in a better position to be responsible sons and daughters, loyal friends, faithful
spouses and sacrificial parents.

The practice of self-discipline also leads to respect for legitimate authority.

“In self-discipline one makes a ‘disciple’ of oneself,” writes William Bennett. “One is one’s own teacher, trainer, coach and‘disciplinarian.’”

When a person exhibits mind and body unity, they have less need for social control, but have more appreciation for it.  Democracy was founded on this very concept of a citizenry that was self-governed by the power of religion and education instead of the communistic view of total control.

The founder of the Boston settlement in America, Robert C. Winthrop, stated:

“The less [societies] may have stringent state government, the more they must have individual self-government . . . . Men, in a word, must necessarily be controlled either by a power within them, or by a power without them. . . .”

An individual who is self-controlled makes a better neighbor and citizen.

Fostering Mind and Body Unity

Contemporary society’s fondness for maximum individual freedom and autonomy presents challenges to those who would discipline themselves, and who would strengthen the moral will of those under their care.

At the same time the society also designs less external controls on the individual's behavior and responsibility than the traditional norm.  This means that as the social norms are more lax on etiquette and sexual behavior, the more that an individual must have the laws of self-control living within them more than before.

Then on the other hand, there has probably never been less social support for individual self-control until the symptoms come to the surface sometimes too late to control.

America and the rest of Western society calls out for comfort and self-indulgence and it pokes fun at and scorns discipline and restraint as a threat to individual freedom.  In this type of thinking, to embody self-control in oneself or onto others goes against the cultural fallen norms.

Yet it is an essential task. “To conquer the realm of the body is an awesome responsibility which every person must undertake,” asserts Reverend Moon.

The religious traditions are clear in their recommendations of the path to mind and body unity. There are two basic means. One is to weaken the influence of the body by denying its desires.

“Offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God,” exhorts St. Paul.

Romans 12.1

The other is to reinforce the strength of the mind through various methods, including prayer, study, respect for parents and other well-known measures.

The struggle for control of the appetites and passions does not have to lead to anti-physical, otherworldly excess.

The challenge is to set up the appropriate order between mind and body, so that
both can function in the best way.  We'll talk about these steps further in tomorrow's post.

How to Have the Happiest Marriage Part 3

This is the last part of the book that gives 10-daily habits to become the happiest couple.

We should always talk to each other politely with respect.

The spiritualist Dae Mo Nim advised women to speak toward their husband with soft words and not demanding words or words of accusation or roughly say words  such as "Did you do it?" "when will you come back?" "Did you eat".

You don't have to be overly nice either by saying "Could you please?" or "Would you please?", but use words of respect toward the husband.  If the wife respects the husband then then children will emulate the mother and show respect to him as their father.

You should not just lightly have conversation with your spouse as if you were speaking to a casual friend.  The children will see how the parents speak to one another and will influence the children and they will try to speak the same way.  Women must absolutely respect their husband, then the children will respect him, too.

As a matter of course, a husband should also talk to his wife with respect. Some languages (e.g., Japanese) have a conspicuous difference between the male daily language and the female daily language and an implicit bias against women in their languages.

We should determine to speak a new language of love in the coming of Heaven on Earth.

We should practice hoon dok hae (i.e., reading True Parents’ speeches or the Bible or equivalent religious text for other faiths) together every day.

There is  importance of centering on the vertical love of God in order to bring about genuine unity between a husband and wife.

A husband and wife should show utmost importance to the relationship of the vertical God rather than the horizontal attitude.  God requires that a couple are more attached to His foundation of love.

Through this practice of love centered on God, then the Heavenly Kingdom will be established on earth.
It is important to practice reading God's word words in the home if you want to receive God's vertical love.  When a couple reads together regularly even if briefly, then a great amount of spiritual blessing will come.  They can accomplish one heart and body on a higher level centering on God's vertical love.

Here are True Parent’s words on the significance and purpose of hoondokhae:

How can we set up the tradition?

You must inherit the tradition. And you must practice the tradition after knowing it. You must inherit the tradition during the day and night.  As it is the place to learn the tradition, once you know it, you must act in accordance with the way that Heaven and I have made efforts to set up with difficulty, and establish your own family and nation. This is very important."

The whole family should practice this tradition to have a stable foundation.  This is spiritual food, nourishment for your bodies. Your spirit body yearns for food, just as much as your physical body.  You spirit can grow by eating the delicious spiritual food of God's words.

Do not practice to just hear words.  You practice in order to live and find out what you will do for the day and what attitude you should have.  Each family is expected to practice it each and every day.
It is very important practice reading God's words as a daily-life habit as a husband and wife.

10. We Should Make Love at Least Twice a Week

Many religious couples view sex as a secular or wrong act and rarely make love to their partner.  And once they do, they quickly finish the act of love-making and to save time to do more work for God.  This kind of attitude toward love-making, a God-given act, is wrong.

The act of making love is a holy act between a married couple is God strongly recommends it.  That is right.  God created this act for the enjoyment of a married couple, how would He view this act as wrong?
It was only after the fallen act of Adam and Eve misuse of their sexual organs, did making love become viewed in the wrong light.

Father advised that married couples, therefore, make love more frequently and for a longer period of time than those in the secular world and to do so earnestly by dedication their life to the act.  It is that precious.

What privilege have we been bestowed as humans beings blessed as lords of creation?
Animals make love for procreation once a year.  Human beings privilege, on the other hand transcend all the seasons.

Some couples think that just thinking about sex or imagine sex itself is a bad action.  This is not an illegitimate act but an act of true love centered on God.  It is recommended to think every day how to make love to our spouse.

Where can God and human beings meet?  When man and woman become one through love making, God will meet human beings.  In other words, when they become one centering on their sexual organs. Because humans fell centered on the sexual organs misuse, it devastated the whole world thereafter and ruined heaven and earth.

The fallen in act in the Garden of Eden, caused our sexual organs to become evil.  So, when husband and wife make love, they should think they are welcoming God.  We should look at our lovely body as how we will connect it centering on love and serve and welcome God and ask "How can i make love centering on true love?"

Dae Mo Nim has also repeatedly emphasized that Blessed couples make love more frequently and more willingly.

It is a wrong attitude for a wife to tell her husband that she does not like to make love and reject their husband when he has a desire for lovemaking.
Who is the owner of the wife's sexual organ?

Members of the church who had adultery confessed that they fell because their wives failed to fulfill their responsibilities as a wife.  The wife lacked heart for making love so the husband ended up getting his fill outside the home.

Therefore, the wife must completely open her sexual organ, so that her husband can really come and play in there; she must open her heart and body, so that her husband can freely visit various places of her body. Did you understand?

The wife must open her heart and body.

A wife should let her husband make love to her as if he was to enjoy visiting a stream, a rocky area, a riverside field, a flower garden, a mountain and a grass field.  If this is not natural, the wife should study how to let her husband enjoy the various locations of creation including her sexual organ and open it for this purpose.

God has educated the church's spiritualist through drawing a scene, yet members of the church never learned how to practice visualizing this and actualizing it in their daily lives.

Do you know who has practiced exploring the sexual parts?  Satan, women in clubs and harlots.  They are the masters of the sexual organs and how to let men freely enjoy their body.  They first learned and practiced through evil means even selling their bodies more frequently.  Sex education of the proper conjugal relationship should be taught in the church.

People believe that ministers should not speak about sex or teach such an education.  Even though God gives a married couple the privilege to share in the joy of lovemaking who practiced it more frequently and enjoyed it more?

Those on Satan’s side did! Therefore, as a husband and wife, you must have a time to make love really to your heart’s content, holding each other’s hand. Do you understand?

People on the side of Satan enjoyed lovemaking more.  Therefore, a husband and wife must have time to make love really to their heart's content, holding each other's hand.  do you understand?

In a  couple's sexual life, God explains that this act is like playing as much as you want and the more that a couple makes love, the greater the amount of joy and beauty is generated.

Then a man and woman can become one in heart and body while nurturing their hearts. Then the couple becomes happy. When you act in that way, the wife will not feel discontented, nor will the husband.

A couple creates an inseparable bond of heart when they give and receive beautiful love with each other.  An emotional bond is not already formed through love making first.  We should not think in reverse.   do not say, "I do not feel love, so how do I make love to my husband" or when she is upset with her husband she wants to withhold from him.  A spouse is to nurture a loving heart while making love.

The best frequency of love-making seems to be 3 or 4 times a week in the case of couples in their 20s and 30s, who eagerly want pregnancy, and around twice a week for those couples in their 50s and over. True Father told those wives at a Blessing workshop that without a child that they “should make love once in two days” to make sure to give birth to a baby.

As a daily-life habit, to become a supremely happy couple, a married couple should make love at least twice a week, except during times on a woman's menses.

Of course the age difference and individual differences  should be considered in the account of the frequencies of the couple's lovemaking.

The quality of the act of love-making is the most important thing, not the quantity.  The important point is that the husband and wife be deeply moved by God's creativity and His heart and offer deep thanks to God while they make love beautifully with respect and love for each other.  This way, God can be moved by watching the beautiful scene of their lovemaking.

With respect and love for one another centering on God, if a couple wants to make love beautifully, they should without fail make time for foreplay and quality time for after play.  This is for the wife's sake every time they make love.

Father said specifically that husbands should understand the significance of foreplay in lovemaking because young men do not understand its importance.  Wives can feel the utmost joy.

Some husbands immediately after they ejaculate turn their backs to their wives and quickly fall asleep. This habit will make for a very unhappy wife.  This kind of husband will make his wife feel used and that she was for his selfish need.  She cannot feel love from him.

A wife can feel supreme joy while whispering words of admiration and thanks to her husband who gently kisses, hugs her tightly.  They can have intimate pillow talk while they embrace each other or hold each other's hand, every time they make love.  Unlike men, women's sexual excitement and do not drop sharply after they make love.  Therefore, a husband should be mindful and responsive to his wife's needs for "heartistic" love at the end of each sexual act.

Before a couple experiences menopause this act means intercourse accompanies the act of insertion as a matter of course.  For a couple after menopause, there are frequent cases where it is difficult to have ordinary intercourse because of health problems of their aged sexual organs or a malfunction.

In these cases, however, a couple can still experience joy of love and satisfaction by just kissing and caressing with the use of their hands and mouth (both tongue and lips) apart front he act of insertion.
I would like to clarify that for those couples after menopause, “to make love” does not necessarily mean to have sexual intercourse that includes the act of insertion.

This clarification is in consideration of those older couples, so that they can also easily reach the grade of “A+” in self-evaluating and scoring the degree of the couple’s practice of “the 10 daily-life habits that make a supremely happy couple.
