If you have enjoyed this new blog started only a week ago which focuses on World Peace you know I derive the text from 8 textbooks taught at Unification Theological Seminary and from several speeches. The founder of the Seminary is now battling for his life fighting pneumonia.
Even though these are not my teachings, I rewrite them into conversation form to make it an easier to understand read. I've been studying Unification Thought for 7 years and it is a very rich and deep teaching of the history of the bible and God's process of restoring man toward His idea he had at the beginning which is the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth called World Peace.
These teachings come from Dr. Reverend Sun Myung Moon who fights for Peace based on the bible and has been persecuted all of his life for it. He has been able to bring 1,000s of religious leader from different faiths together and see they all belong to the same God as brothers and sisters.
He has married millions in an international Mass Weddings from different religions, races, faiths, cultures and nations in a worldwide blessing ceremony every two to three years. All for bringnig about God's mandate for peace. His persecution is from those who never knew him, just fear that he is a false prophet, do your own research. It's up to each person.

And as an advocate of peace he demonstarted it in his own life when he went to North Korea to talk to his own enemey Kim Il Sung, who tried to have him executed during the Korean War. Everyone believed he would be murdred but instead after his talk about religion, he walked hand in hand with Kim Il Sung and called him his brother. Reverend Moon was so outspoken against Communism in the 80s it was a big deal when he went to Russia to have talks with Gorbachev.
Kim Il Sung had imprisioned Dr. Moon for his religious beliefs and then his heart was changed before he died. This is just a small example of how the call he was given since he had met Jesus at 16 was a determination that he would die for.
He is the only religious leader who has had as large of a foundation while the founder is still living - and now he has a 50/50 chance of life while he battles pnuemonia. He has millions of ministers, followers and hopefuls praying for him and your good thoughts toward him would be appreciated.
His members call him "True Father" and he is from Korea, millions call him "Prince of Peace." He has had many struggles and many people betray him during his long 92 year fight walking alongside Jesus and many persecutors even some reading this.

Many may post or have ugly thoughts when they hear the word "Reverend Moon" but it's best for each person to find out for themselves who he is and not be told. Look across the internet and you'll see many horrible words about him, then when you look at other articles and post you'll see through his works that God is working with him - it's up to you.

Below is a letter from Dr. Joon Ho Seuk, the International Vice-President of the Unification Church in Korea.
Dear beloved brothers and sisters,
I offer my heartfelt appreciation to all members who are offering jeongseong* for the speedy recovery of Rev. Sun Myung Moon, our True Father.
I know that your greatest concern at this time is True Father’s health. Therefore, I would like to share some recent developments regarding True Father.
The doctor’s opinion yesterday had indicated that the next forty-eight hours would be critical and that Father’s chances were 50/50. We understand that True Father’s condition has not greatly changed since yesterday but the doctor mentioned this morning that a lot of the swelling had subsided and that he saw some improvement compared to the previous day. I firmly believe that True Father will pull through.
Early in the morning on August 15, 2012, Rev. Hyung Jin Moon, the international president of the Unification Church and youngest son of Rev. Sun Myung Moon, had personally or through his assistants contacted all his brothers and sisters, known by church members as the "True Children."
True Father's wife Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon or our True Mother, and his children consisting of Hyung Jin Moon's family, Kook Jin Moon's family, In Jin Moon's family, Yeon Jin Moon and Jeong Jin Moon, are watching over the hospital room 24 hours a day while offering prayer and jeongseong. Today we expect Ye Jin Moon, Kwon Jin Moon and his wife, Eun Jin Moon and Sun Moon's family to arrive.
I am sure that many of our brothers and sisters were concerned about Hyun Jin Moon, but fortunately he was contacted. He came to the hospital and visited True Father, who was in a deep sleep.
Yesterday at 6:00 p.m., the Korean Headquarters of the Unification Church invited elder members, relatives of True Parents, heads of providential organizations and key leaders and briefed them in detail of True Father’s circumstances. They resolved to offer prayer and jeongseong together with the entire Unification Family for True Father’s recovery. We have also heard that many members of the Unification Family throughout the world, after hearing the news about True Father, voluntarily began fasting, offering vigil night prayers and other jeongseong.
Like the old saying that sincerity moves Heaven, I believe that our sincerity andjeongseong shall reach Heaven and that we will surely see True Father in good health again.

*Jeongseong is a term invented by Rev. Sun Myung Moon, meaning "true and sincere devotion." "True" means with full attentiveness and constant prayer. "Sincere" means confident, selfless, compassionate and forgiving. "Devotion" means embodiment and action despite difficulty. According to Rev. Moon, Jeongseong is to love others even more than you love God, which brings God’s grace and blessing.
