World Peace Exists on Moon and Other Planets

Did you know the moon has a peace treaty?

This is not in theory only, you may have known, but I didn't know there was an actual treaty to keep world peace on the moon.

Why hasn't there been a movie about this yet?  If I was even to go into any movie scenario, I am sure someone would steal the idea.  If you are like me and never heard of this, get ready to pack up and get your million dollar ticket.

If you are looking for peace on earth, you might have to wait just a little bit longer.  But if you want it right now, then pack up your space suit and take a team, because there is one place that has peace.  It is on the Moon.

Outer Space Treaty

The Outer Space Treaty states that celestial entities shall only be used for peaceful means.  It is the basis of the international space law and dictates that no single government on earth can have ownership over the moon or of any planet.  In other words international law dictates that every man, woman and child of every country owns the moon!

The "Moon Treaty" was modeled after the Antarctic Treaty.  This treaty was created to prevent colonial competition that humanity has encountered with every new discovery which could cause damage by selfish explorers seeking their own interest.

So, the moon is the only celestial body that man has stepped on that had not been overtaken, ceased, or occupied by any opposing government.

The treaty also states that the exploration of outer space shall be done to benefit every country, space shall be free for exploration and used freely by all the States.

Among its principles, it bars State Parties from placing nuclear weapons, or any other weapons of mass destruction in orbt of Earth, installing them on the Moon or any other celestial body, or to otherwise station them in outer space.

If this treaty was implemented in the 1960s, then why did Russia believe that Reagan was allowed to have a Star Wars program to take out any engaged weapon?

It exclusively limits the use of the Moon and other celestial bodies to peaceful purposes and prohibits their use for testing weapons of any kind, conducting military maneuvers, or establishing military bases, and installations.  On the other hand, all installations, equipment, and space vehicles on the Moon or other planets are open to other State Parties to the Treaty.

Each representative is supposed to give advanced notice of visits to the moom so that consultation meetings can be held to ensure safety, and avoid any interference with scheduled operations.

Just like the UN, if any debate or questions arise about any activity on other planets, the State Parties of the Treaty should resolve these issues.

If you are ready now to move to the moon, the only peaceful place we've ever been to, there are places that are selling land on the moon, so get your jetpacks ready.  I don't endorse the moon real estate website, please check the legitimacy before dealing with them, who knows, it could be the real deal to take the opportunity before the super-rich humans inhabit the moon.

Remember how America was inhabited.  By the time civilization reaches the moon, it will be a peaceful time minus colonization, just freedom in exploration.

So, why is it taking so long to reach the ability to inhabit the moon or even visit mars yet?

Good question.  Let's look into that question in

World Peace Bridge Links Nations

It might sound like something so futuristic and out of this world that it may seem like a dream.  It could be compared to what our ancestors thought of trains and other technologies when they were only ideas in the mind of the fanatical.  Do you think cavemen dreamed of one day having the ability to travel across land, too?

When you think of it in this way, we are the fruit of millions of years of men's dreams.  We are living in the age that was only a part of someone's imagination at one point.

Only a hundred years ago didn't they dream of getting around in planes?  They were just dreams, but our children today enjoy these luxuries and think nothing about them, tossing them aside with every new invention.

The same for generations after us. They will wonder why there was such a major fuss over planning a highway and a bridge that spans around the world  physically linking the nations together.

This means you won't need transport papers, or immigrations papers or or proof of citizenship etc. when you want to go to Spain or Germany.

You will be a global citizen.

Doesn't that already exist on the Internet?  You can freely visit someone in Japan right now with a simple click and communicate.  You can see how they spend their day, you can write to them, they can show you their village without the need for any documents.  The only block is language.

Even the most closed country North Korea has allowed cameras in for the first time giving us a view of their way of life.  Each day we are getting closer and closer to living on a global level.  The ultimate goal is we want to have one global village.  Isn't that happening now?  People are learning a global language so they can freely go around the world.  Wouldn't they want to communicate with the locals when they travel to another country?

International Peace Bridge

The idea of the Peace Bridge would not be any different from any of the other technological advances in the past that had seemed impossible at one time.

Think about the Panama Canal.

That was a huge development for its timem and over 20, 000 workers lost their lives!  The dream to link the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean making a shortcut for ships.   This venture began in the 1880s and finished in the 1940s.  What kind of technology did they have - it was very limited.  Why is a bridge highway around the world impossible?  Takes a considerable amount of money?  The need for all nations to get along and work together for this effort?

It is indeed possible!

The Bering Strait is the place where the barrier of time, space, history and ideology are revealed most dramatically. The goal of the global Peace Bridge project is to build a bridge or a tunnel linking the gap of space and time, to lay a world highway running from London to New York, from the Cape of Good Hope to Santiago.

Eventually, a highway around the world aims to remove the barrier of race, culture, religion, and nations by letting this obstructed way flow and to bring peace to the world.

The Bering Strait Project can be rephrased as an elimination of all the barriers such as the spatial disconnection of national borders, and chronological disconnection of today and tomorrow, and thus, stepping forward to peace and prosperity for all earth and mankind.

Why World Bridge is Needed

The Bering Strait is a seaway between Cape Prince of Wales of the United States and Cape Dezhnev of Russia.  It is a gate between the Pacific Ocean and Arctic Ocean.

The Bering Strait Project has the following significances in that it attempts to connect two continents at both ends of the strait.

First, it is an enormous challenge and a historical event showing the human spirit of challenge and the dream for the future society.

It brings the message that mankind should be prepared for the future world of harmony and connection rather than of separation and disjunction. This project will be a new attempt for the future society.

Second, this kind of a large scale project requires mutual efforts of not only America and Russia, but also all the people and nations, no matter who they are. Through the process, mankind can cooperate and communicate with each other better.

Third, with two continents connected and transportation routes completed, exploitation of natural resources at Alaska and Siberia will be accelerated and thus, today's concerns on natural resources crisis could be alleviated. The Bering Strait Project is not only for physical connection but also contribution to the peace and prosperity of the world.

Bering Strait Construction Begins

Just over 100 years ago, our ancestors dreamed about highways connecting cities and small towns.  They travelled on muddy and flooded roads just until the 20th century.  These farmlands and rough terrains were traveled by the aid of horses and buggies exclusively and took months to get from New York to California.  They wished in the early 1900s for a better road system and faster transportation.

Now, we dream of being connected to not just our own cities and states, but to other countries spanning across the ocean. This International Peace King Bridge would not disrupt  the natural surroundings.  It would only link the world together.

The divisions of East and West and countries is only a mental illusion.

A planned link between Siberia and Alaska providing oil, natural gas, electricity, and railroad passengers to the the United States from Russia.

The plan includes provisions to build a 64-mile road and electrified high-speed rail tunnel under the Bering Strait which, if completed, would become the longest tunnel in the world. The tunnel would be part of a railway joining the capital of the Russian Yakutia republic in the Russian far east, with the western coast of Alaska.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin approved a plan to build a railroad to the Bering Strait area, as a part of the development plan to run until 2030. The more than 60-mile tunnel would run under the Bering Strait between Chukotka, in the Russian far east, and Alaska.

A cost estimate was US$66 billion. The plan involves creating a 3,700-mile route through Siberia to facilitate economic ties to the USA. A pipeline would be created to transport natural gas and oil from Siberia.

Linking Russia and America

Dr. Vladimir Petrovsky, President, Russian National Peace Council states:

"To move forward on the project, we need a new vision of global governance and a much higher level of international cooperation, involving the United Nations, international financial institutions, regional cooperative bodies, private businesses, and NGOs."

Petrovsky also stated that the last Russian Emperor Tsar Nicholas II approved a plan for a tunnel under the Bering Strait back in 1905, 38 years after his grandfather sold Alaska to America for US$7.2 million.

"The UPF founder knows that this goal is achievable. After all, nations spend billions of dollars for wars and national rivalry. Now we have to learn how to come together to make large-scale peace projects."

"(The term)'Peace Bridges' have to turn from metaphors to reality. It is for us now to make a step forward."

The Peace Bridge has commenced to the next level last year in 2011.  It is taking the effort of several entities to bring forth this technological feat, but we will one day see the fruit of the labor.  It will be a necessary venture if we ever dream of World Peace being possible.  A dream one day of no longer being blocked by borders, and truly living out God's ideal dream of a world of peace filled with brothers and sisters of one global family.

Can't Conquer Space Until Conquer Ocean

All of those movies claiming that they humanity would already explore other planets by 2012, are trying to forget they made that prediction.  It is going to take a considerably effort to conquer the challenge of getting humans to safely travel beyond the moon.

The logical reason why is if we simply cannot use the ocean's resources to solve the energy and food crisis here on earth, how can we think of finding resources/technology to get us on other planets?

We can dream like the movies.  What if we could finally conquer earth's resources and overcome the problems on the earth?  Then for sure we would develop our technology enough that we could visit other planets.  Maybe our thinking and heart is not correct.  Maybe it will take launching a rocket from a privatized NASA program that is set up on the moon.  How can we even think about other planets when we haven't even solved and taken care of the environmental problems here on earth?

Let's just say "what if?".  What if we learned all there was to the ocean and harnessed and developed peace where there was no hunger.  Then all of space is the next frontier, but it will not be the final frontier for man.

There is yet a whole other world that we have yet to delve into, which is the spirit world, which is a takes too much to even begin in this post.

The oceanic era will also be an era of outer space. The time is coming when aeronautic technology will be an absolute necessity. It will be too late for countries such as Korea to prepare its space industry if it doesn’t start now.

But even then, the hope of first conquering the ocean must occur in our generation before we can think of conquering the ideals of living on other planets.
The Space Age is dependent on humanity first learning about food and energy resources from the Oceanic Age. Then this knowledge will be invaluable to take us way past the moon!

Domination Depended on the Ocean

World civilization has developed throughout history in a westerly direction. Egypt’s continental civilization gave way to the peninsular civilizations of Greece and Rome and then developed to the island civilization of Britain before moving on to another continental civilization, this time in America. Civilization continued its westerly move, crossing the Pacific Ocean to Japan.

The movement of human civilization didn’t stop there.

The force that raised Japan up to such a great position is now moving to the Korean peninsula. Human civilization is about to come to its fruition on the Korean peninsula.

For Japan’s island civilization to link up with the continent, it must pass through a peninsula. Asia, of course, has other peninsulas, but only Korea possesses sufficient foundation to inherit contemporary civilization.

The Korean peninsula is in an interesting geopolitical position.  It faces Japan and the United States across the Pacific Ocean. It also is connected to the continents of Asia and Europe and shares common borders with China and Russia.

This is the reason that Korea has been a focal point in the power struggles among the world’s great powers, and has suffered a great deal as a result. During the Cold War, Korea fought for  very existence in a war against communism. The Korean peninsula is still involved today where the interests of the great powers collide.  So, Korea has remained a divided country unable to be completely at peace with these constant threats.

The time has come when the Korean peninsula will take on an important role in preventing conflict between these countries. As a result it will be in a position to lead the rest of the world into prosperity and peace.

Heavenly fortune comes with tremendous responsibility. Now that the Korean peninsula has come into its heavenly fortune, it must play a role similar to a ball bearing, making sure that these countries not only do not collide with each other but instead cooperate closely for the sake of the prosperity and peace of the world.

The functions of a ball bearing are to hold the axle of a machine in place while also allowing the axle to rotate freely. Korea needs to maintain smooth relationships with the great powers and thus become a ball bearing that allows peace to rotate freely throughout the world.

History has shown that the country that controls the seas will become a world leader. Consider Britain. It was once invaded by the Vikings from Norway and Sweden.

In the sixteenth century, soon after she was crowned, Queen Elizabeth I realized that if Britain didn’t have control of the sea it could lose everything. She strengthened her country’s maritime policy, and through her dedicated effort Britain became a powerful maritime country. She mobilized capital and technology to have strong ships built, manned the ships with brave sailors, and sent them out to sea. T

At that time no one had explored the sea, and they did not know what was waiting for them beyond the seas, but they risked their lives to go. As a result, Britain, a small island nation in the Atlantic, came to possess colonies on all the continents and oceans and built an empire.

Western civilization centering on Britain saw tremendous development in science and technology. With the aid of the compass, British ships journeyed to many different places in the world. The country’s highly developed material knowledge and technology gave it abilities with which it sought to conquer the entire world.

The East Took A Different Approach

The Eastern world does not discard the spirit in their pursuit of the material.  If there is a conflict between the material and the spiritual, the East would rather discard the material. So generally speaking, life in the East has been more difficult than in the West because it is less materially developed.

In the West, however, spirit will not be dominated by the material forever. As a totally materialistic civilization brings about its downfall, the opportunity presents itself to learn from the more spiritually oriented East.

Civilization developed from Egypt to Greece and Rome to Britain and then to the United States.  It is now moving toward the Pacific region surrounding the Korean peninsula. The era of a Pacific civilization is opening, bringing together Western science and Eastern spirituality.

The leaders in this new era will be nations like Korea and its Asian neighbors. It is not by mere coincidence that Korea and Japan have been able to rise to international prominence in a short time. This development was a historical inevitability pointing to the Asian era.

First, Korea must create a strong bond between Japan and the United States and link this to Russia and China so as to protect Korea. How can we do this?

With a philosophy and a heart that creates oneness. The only philosophy that can prevent wars between religions and open a path to a peaceful ideal world is one that proclaims that humanity is one, transcendent of race, nationality, and religion. To protect itself from the dangers of war, Korea must plant a philosophy of oneness in the world.

Training to Be a True Leader Through Ocean

The second requirement Korea must do is prepare for the new oceanic era. The Pacific era is at hand. Anyone who cannot rule the ocean cannot become a leader in the Pacific age.

If heavenly fortune comes and we are not prepared, we cannot take advantage of the opportunity. If we know that an oceanic era is about to begin and Korea wants to be the leader of that era, then Korea must make the necessary preparations.

Once a person receives intense training to become a fisherman, he can go anywhere in the world and become a leader of the people.

Learning to be a fisherman is the best leadership training.  Dominance at sea will require ships, including submarines, that can go anywhere in the world. Korea is already the largest shipbuilding country in the world. It has the ability to become a great sea power. What it needs now is more people willing to go out to sea.

Koreans are the descendants of Chang Bo Go, a wealthy man of the ninth century who ran an international maritime trading business and was called “Ocean King.” Therefore, Koreans have a long tradition of going out to sea on ships, fighting the waves, and winning battles.

People fear the waves.

When waves catch the wind, they become swells. The formation of waves and swells is needed for oxygen to be mixed into the ocean. If the ocean is calm for an extended period, without wind or waves, it begins to die.

When we realize the value of waves, they are no longer something to be feared. Even if a strong wind blows and the waves become fearsome, we understand that this is the way to help the fish live. Then the waves become part of the attraction of the sea. A hundred feet below the surface of the ocean there are no waves.

Energy Resources in the Ocean

When we take a submarine to the bottom of the ocean, it so cool that there would be no need for air conditioners. The fish choose the depth that has the temperature that is right for them and then perform wonderful dances as they swim in schools in their favorite water.

Another treasure of the ocean is its ability to provide natural energy. As crude oil reserves decrease, a sense of crisis over sources of energy is growing day by day. If the world runs out of oil, human civilization will immediately find itself in the dark.

There is an effort to develop alternative energy from corn, but this does not seem realistic when there is not enough food being distributed to feed the world’s population as it is.

The true alternative energy source is the ocean. Energy from the hydrogen in the sea represents the future of humanity. Two-thirds of the earth’s surface is water. This means that two-thirds of the raw materials that humanity needs for the future are contained in the ocean.

A new future for humanity cannot be accomplished without the ocean’s resources. Developed countries are already extracting oil and natural gas from the ocean and selling it at high prices. The world has only begun to discover the resources in the ocean.

The day is at hand when humanity will find itself dependent on the ocean. The oceanic era will not begin without human effort. We must first go out into the oceans. We must go out on boats and fight the waves.  Without such courage we cannot prepare ourselves for the oceanic age.

 Science Technology Mature Beyond Ocean

The country that conquers the oceans will become a dominant power in the world and find the world eager to study its culture and language.

Since all of the strong powers focus its struggles on Korea, then Korea must become the champion steward of the Pacific Ocean.

When God created this earth, He meant for us to use and reuse every resource.  This is the opposite of what humanity is doing today.  Therefore, how can we even think to tap into the energy or knowledge it takes to get to other planets without first understanding how to conquer and use earth's resources to their full potential the way God intended.

The food and energy crisis will disappear from the earth forever once humanity learns to use the viable treasures hidden in the ocean.

We must first understand the will of the Creator and manage His resources well. All of the islands along the southern coast need to be connected with bridge and build condominiums where boat-loving people from around the world can come and stay.

These will not be condominiums just for play.  Americans, Germans, Japanese, Brazilians, and Africans will come. They may go out on different boats to catch fish, but they will have to stay in the same condominiums to show that humanity is one family.

The oceanic era will also be an era of outer space. The time is coming when aeronautic technology will be an absolute necessity. Soon the day will come when helicopters bearing the Taeguk mark of Korea will fly the seas and skies all over the world as a landmark of the age in which we embark.

The ocean not only solves the food and energy crisis, but will lead us to the Space Age and beyond where we will take this knowledge to live on other planets.  When we look at it from this higher perspective, it makes sense why we have never been able to settle beyond our own world.  First, take care of the issues at home before we spread out to the world.

The earth is our home, and to prove we can take care of other planets we must take these issues and solve them immediately through the ocean.  Only then will we be able to to begin thinking about other worlds.  Once earth has become God's ideal, surely we will have the resources to do the same throughout the universe.
