History Going Toward Good

The history of humanity has been filled with chaos and upheaval.  The world was filled with the most violence since World War I.

Many think that these occurrences in history are random happenings, but through the Divine Principle we understand God's careful planning during His providence.  This is based on the period of indemnity.

We are now in a point of drastic history where it is changing.  Where is history headed from here?

Christianity has been built in Western civilization, but as we know that has been crumbling.  By looking at the way the world is, people think that this chaos will only get worse and deteriorate further.  This decline in the Western civilization has become very obvious.

The result of this is that the strong structure of Western families and nations have also been crumbling.  In this environment, it is easy to be pessimistic about the future, but we must remember that God is almighty and He surely has a plan for turning this drastic decline around.

There are two paths which people are going: one path leads toward destruction; the second path, which is of God, is headed toward reconstruction and hope.

God has been working hard for thousands of years with people, so He must be making a great effort to bring each of us to His side.

The world is full of chaos, but when we look back in history, we see that we are moving toward a more heavenly way on earth.

There are two points of view opposing each other in the world - one "atheistic" or man­-centered, and the other "theistic" or God-­centered.

In the past, people thought that science could provide all the answers for the world, but that hope is diminishing today.

Thinking people are realizing that a solution can only come through religion, or a God­-centered ideology.

Those who have centered solutions to problems based on man's theory are now losing hope.  The alternative is to place God on top; above everything.

God has used religion as a tool to reveal His will to man.  Then science was born to be in the position to serve God's purpose.  Instead of following God's purpose of unity, religion and science have been like oil and water.

Throughout history, it has not been easy for man and God to meet in harmony.  There was not a medium in order for this to take place.

Ultimately, there will be one kind of civilization that will dominate: Will it be man-centered or God-centered?

If God does exist, then the future of civilization is headed toward the God-centered culture and it must prevail.

If the primary goal is for the world to head toward world peace, then we know that God has been working hard in the background to bring a solution to man's problems today.

After World War I, two opposing ideologies existed in the world.  People can not avoid making a choice which camp they should follow.  As the Western civilization crumbles, God prepares the solution to this problem in the Eastern world.

Just like our planet turns, so history is turning.

Western civilization has passed through its golden age and now dusk and sundown are coming. Logically, then, the other side of the planet must be receiving sunshine now.

You can see that this is the fact in the latest trend of many Westerners searching the East for answers to their spiritual questions.  America has attracted the best, the essence of the whole Western civilization.  Within its short two hundred years, America has experienced a golden age and become a superpower in such a short time span.

Even with its great history of triumph, are there many Americans that truly honor their heritage or care about their families?

Instead, many are abandoning their families and trying to separate from this country.

Young people are trapped.  They have lost their world, nation, society and even their families which used to be a safe haven.

The youth in America are like a great fish that are caught in a net that holds them fast.  They are lonely, suffer depression and confusion because their nation and family do not have the answers to rescue them from their sadness.

You probably have noticed that many wish to go to the West Coast, which is the closest to the East. God knew such a trend would begin here in America, so He prepared some solution to come from the East.

God is helping people to cut the net that traps them and find new power.

God also teaches them that the reason why they were caught was because they were trying to find a selfish solution to their problems and escape being linked to anyone else.  Instead, one must link to the world, nation and home with parents and become firmly anchored in those systems.

This is the new concept of family, nation and world which God is teaching them.

God has been planning the re­-education of America and its young people but the teacher must come from elsewhere.

God has been planning this re-education of America, but the teacher must not come from within the walls of this nation.

American education is not fit to answer the world's problems.  In order to revolutionize life in this nation, there needs to be a champion for God.  America is not qualified to provide this kind of person or saint.

Therefore, God will look for a person that comes from the Eastern culture which is linked to America and send a teacher from there.


What Eastern nation has unbreakable ties to America?

Korea does.

You must know that the relationship between America and Korea did not come by accident, but is a providential relationship.  If there is a policymaker that tries to break this historical bond between America and Korea, he will not succeed.  Those who have tried to victimize Korea have been destroyed.


The people who plotted to destroy Korea and the Unification Church were themselves destroyed, while our movement is still spreading around the world. We fought a battle in the House of Representatives, and now in the last several days we have fought a battle in the Senate as well, meeting every senator.


In any situation, there is the Cain side representing Satan and the Abel side which is closer to God that blocks the path for the heavenly cause.  This includes the religious world.

Satan waged a war against the Unification Church, with the Completed Testament that reveals Satan's secrets, and tried to persecute it as a cult.  Fortunately, God also used this cause to uplift the church as a major religion and separate it from the category of a cult.

Before Christianity was an established religion, as Jesus was walking the path of persecution, his movement was also seen as a cult with a truth that was not widely accepted in its time.

Now, other religions see the value of the teachings and how the messages come directly from God to lead the world toward peace and don't want to see the church be destroyed.

Now we see it happening in the unity of the major religions around the Unification Church.

Great events on earth always precede great events in God's dispensation.

Three years after World War I, an important heavenly birth took place. Now you accept this explanation, but in those days, no one even thought about interpreting history in that way. At that time, Korea was occupied by Japan and in 1919 they stood up to declare independence.

They failed and thousands of Koreans were killed in the uprisings. It was as though Korea was trying to turn itself around before the great event of 1920. The greatest sacrifice was made by Korean Christians, many of whom were martyred.

Then in 1920, Rev. Sun Myung Moon who wrote the contents of the Completed Testament, was born.

The reverend speaks about his upbringing:

"My home town was Chungju, in what is now North Korea; it was a very Christian town. As a result of the uprisings, the Japanese allowed the Christians to gather to worship in the largest church and then they set it on fire, trapping everyone inside and killing them.

I was born one year after the independence uprising. Chungju was the town where the most Christians were martyred.

The Second World War erupted as I reached 16 years of age, beginning with the war between Japan and China. In 1945, when I was 25, the war ended.

When I was 30, the Korean War broke out, lasting three years. That was a worldwide event with 16 nations sending troops to fight in Korea and combat communism. There is no parallel to this in all of history.

That was one event which all the free world could rally around in the fight against the God-denying ideology of communism.

This was one truly, "holy war" because God mobilized all colors of skin to die side by side.

This was a greater event than even the martyrdom of first century Christians, because America, in the position of the Roman Empire, took the initiative to invite all free people to participate in the defense of Korea. It was as though the Roman Empire had invited 16 nations to come defend Israel 2,000 years ago.

Colonialism before World War I was a struggle for land.  After World War I, the nationalistic movements fought a war focused on human beings. For instance, the Germans and Japanese declared they were superior races.

One war remains and that is the war for God-to decide who will possess Him."

To win this war for God, you must be super-denominational, transcending national barriers and race. In this respect, the Unification Church has great dimension; we think of all races as one family, all nations as one nation of God and all religions as one under God.

The one to win this war for God will have to transcend national barriers, denominations, and race.  The church has great dimension embracing all races and nations as one family.  The Unification Church performs international and inter-racial marriages centered on the ideology of everyone is part of the human family.

All nations, races and religion are one under God.

On the other hand, you witness many battles between other religions that say that God is only with them and all others will perish.  This is the ultimate war where the Unification Church is on one side and all other religions are on another side.


Our battle in America is a religious one because all other religions have joined to try to discredit us in the past. But our goal is to awaken the conscience and righteousness of the people.



This is like a guerrilla warfare, where our brains and hard work are the weapons to convey the truth to the entire world.

God sent Jesus in order to save the world, but the people of his time had limited thinking.  They believed the Messiah came to just save them and their country from the tyranny of the Roman Empire.


We represent the absolute goodness of heaven and we have been oppressed by evil, but the heavenly power will keep pounding and turn evil around. 


We are at the turning point in history.  Just as God chose Christianity as the forefront of his spiritual war, he uses the Unification Church to turn evil toward goodness.  To reach this level, the Messiah had to go through to the bottom of human misery of the world and work from there.

God will not let history be controlled solely by people.  North Korea thought in the past that it could conquer South Korea easily, but it could not.  Communism, also tried to make America turn Korea into another Vietnam, but thankfully another greater power prevented this tragedy.

Now, we see a tug-o-war between those on the communist side and America, Korea, and Japan puling on the other side.  There needs to be a stronger champion that is pulling on the side of righteousness.

Communism has always had the goal of their godless ideology to dominate the whole world.  All of the communist nations are united on this one purpose.  On the other hand, all of the nation's on God's side are divided and are not certain which way to go.

God would not allow this situation to continue, so He has raised up a force in the free world that wins over communism.  When we take a look, it seems that the communist side is winning people and land everyday, but we are winning more on the spiritual side.

We are not alone, the entire spirit world is working and fighting on our side alongside with us.

Which has more, those in the spiritual world who have lived on earth and passed away or the people who reside on earth right now?

God watches this tug-o-war and will determine who is the winner.  Aren't you glad that we are on good speaking terms with the judge?  In order to win, God wants us to prove that we love mankind and show Him that this love is greater than that of the communists.

God gives us the mission to go to the very family units of the communists who are trying to destroy us and witness them to the truth.  Through this, we are making the home the building block of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Therefore, the communists know that their best targets: the church and the family order.  Through destroying these two foundations, they can conquer all of society and dominate it centered on Satan.

But God's side is the champion for both home and church in our witnessing structure.

Home church is your launching pad. If you are a powerful rocket, but you have a weak launching pad, you cannot take off. 

You should be grateful to receive persecution because it strengthens your foundation to launch millions of pounds.

Our world needs to quickly turn around 30 degrees, but what will be the axis?  Witnessing in the home church area.

God has the greatest sense of humor.  He uses the most persecuted to relay His timely message of salvation.  However, good news always begins within the boundaries of the enemy territory.  That is when World War II ended, when good news came from the enemy territory and Japan surrendered.

Once the critics from the government, media, and the established Christian churches say that they surrender that is when our territory can be guaranteed.


We have seen how important the external world is. In my entire life there has not been one truly good day when there was no torture, no plot or conspiracy against me, but I have overcome all the typhoons in my life and now the entire world has to recognize me as a giant spiritual power. 

I know you would agree that I could not do this all alone; was God or Satan assisting me? I fulfilled God's internal dispensation all by myself and the corresponding external dispensation has proceeded up through this recent battle with Congress. This is the time in which the internal and external victories must be united.


The church is like a multi-layered eruption.  Starting at the individual at the center, then the family, society, nation and so forth.  The inner two layers must unite in order for the next layer to erupt.  God's love is the igniting power.

When each layer is ignited by true love, it then ignites the next layer.

When the individual and family are united and ignited by love, they burst through the entire society. When the family and society are united and ignited in love, the entire nation can be ignited and reborn. Finally, the unity in love of all those levels, of all races and nations, can bring rebirth to the entire world.


I came to America because it is like a museum of the world, containing all races and all kinds of people. If it could be ignited by the love of God, then the impact would certainly reach throughout the world. Such a change of this world would be enough to change the entire spirit world.


When one moves closer to the central point, eventually they reach to the core.  God works through individuals who are absolutely united with Him.  These individuals suffer more and do more because they have to fulfill the highest possible position.

If the earth's axis moves, then the entire world will move. Real energy must be added there to make that happen.

Those who are summoned by God to work for His dispensation are asked to do more and show the greatest devotion.  This has always been true throughout history.  God's people have suffered the greatest sacrifices in history.

At the beginning of his ministry, Jesus had a showdown with Satan during his forty day fast in the wilderness.  Of course, Jesus was victorious over the three temptations, but this was just temporarily.  Original, the Jesus was intended to find a bride and start a family.

It would be there that Satan would plan to attack Jesus on the family level on the way to the tribal level.  Finally, Satan won on the national-level through the crucifixion which was not God's original plan.  Many Christians do not understand that Jesus' death was secondary.

Jesus was the only one who carried God's sinless seed, through holy marriage he would have sinless children.  Only when his people denied him as leader and God's son, and did not follow him did he have no other way to save us but through his shedding his pure blood.

Satan was able to destroy Jesus' body, but God was able to resurrect him spiritually.  This is how God works.

As a person of faith, are you taught to just enjoy life and have only the best of everything, or do you the hardest most difficult work?

The satanic side also has the goal of mobilizing and uniting people, but they do it at gunpoint.   They force people to sacrifice themselves and their families for their own selfish cause.  God on the other hand, wants His people to work voluntarily, by taking up the cup of sacrifice on their own.

Does someone have to force you to do your church work or mission?  Satan always tries to encourage us to run away, but if someone was to steal you away, you would just run back to this way of life?

Satan offers people of faith all sorts of bait to entice you through the love of your parents, your friends, children and loves.  We face this sort of temptation everyday.  This is why the Bible warns us that those who have the burden of families will suffer more in the Last Days.  This is because through the multiplication of family, Satan has more bait to offer to tempt them away from doing God's work.

Control Fleshly Desire, Gain the Universe

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

The mind that is governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh/body cannot please God.

Mind and Body Unity

There was a time that man could communicate directly to God.  This was the state of sinlessness that we witnessed before the Fall.  This is the state of having mind and body unity; a state of the spirit leading the body or flesh.

Is it possible for us to have mind and body unity - for the flesh and spirit to unite into one?  If so, when and where will this happen?  It's not really a question of if it will happen because man must absolutely return to the state of sinlessness.

If the mind and body are moving in different directions they will never find unity.  On the other hand, if the mind and body can welcome each other and move in the same direction, then they will work in harmony instead of be in conflict.

Many ask why God does not make our mind and body unify if He is such a powerful God.

The author of the Divine Principle which this blog is based on discussed about his time in prison for teaching about God during the Japanese occupation in Korea which he relied on this principle of mind and body unity:

"I have experienced the harshest life in a prison labor camp and I found that actually the greatest suffering is not found in prison but in the conflict between mind and body. Sinful man always regrets the consequences of his body struggling against his mind.

I ultimately came to the conclusion that my enemy is not the world or even the communists but my own body. Your worst enemy is your body. 

Do you believe it? I established one very firm principle for myself, that I must conquer myself before having dominion over anything else.

Each of you is also committed to a ruthless battle of subjugating your own body. Your job is to have your body surrender to your mind and then bring it in the same direction. That is why a religious life is the pursuit of conquering your body.

If you have not conquered your own body then you haven't reached the standard yet.

Religion teaches the importance of a life of penance; when your body wants to rest then you should wake up and pray. Your body wants to eat delicious meals but religion teaches the value of fasting.

What the body wants the mind rejects.

What is gained by living that way?

By giving up your body you can receive the entire universe, so it's a very good deal in a way. By giving up a little bit of your flesh you can gain the entire universe.

This is absolutely true.

Why is it that you cannot feel the love of God all the time?

Your body is the barrier preventing the love of God from reaching you. God's love is shining forth but your body is blocking it, so by sacrificing your body and liquidating the barrier so the shining love of God can freely reach you.

Once this happens nothing will be in your way and the total unity between God and man and mind and body can become a living reality. Once you can receive God's love, God will certainly dwell with you. God needs true love and cannot leave it once He has found it.

Do you really understand this now?

What you ultimately need the most is the love of God. Do you know how beautiful and how powerful the love of God is?

In this world men and women have romances and say they could die for love of each other, but suppose they were to fall in love with God first. 

That's the key.

I searched and found how that love of God can be reached. I not only found the answer but have experienced how the love of God can reach man. With the love of God the mind and body can unite in total oneness.

The love of God needs an object in order to manifest; man is that object. When will this become reality? Religions have been teaching that the end of the world will occur when one central figure comes, or in Christian terms the Lord of the Second Advent.

The love of God will be seen where the Messiah and his bride meet for the heavenly wedding ceremony.

Is that place a horrible scene of judgment or a scene of cosmic spring and the fulfillment of love? God works logically and through your own mind you know that the first heavenly family will bring the cosmic spring."SMM

The Messiah will first reconcile the body and mind

The family is the building block of the kingdom of heaven on earth first.  We believe the road to world peace will begin through the nation or on the world-wide level, but it starts with the husband and wife.  The ideal of the heavenly four realms of heart or four-position foundation is a strong point that should be taught: God, man and woman and heavenly children centered on God's love.

When the four realms create a relationship centered on God's love, this completes the circuit for the expression of His love.  This is where the perfection of love is born and the heavenly kingdom will expand over time.  This four-position relationship in each family is duplicated and expands.

What is the Lord of the Second Advent or the second messiah's mission when he returns?

Jesus Christ was to realize a physical Heaven on Earth, not just a spiritual path to Heaven.  Are we currently able to live in a Utopia?

No, Christians surmount that we can only have true peace once we shed our bodies and enter the realm of spirit.  This is why the Messiah returns.  To bring physical salvation.

When he comes it is asked in the bible, will he find faith?

So, will he be spending his time visiting countries to heal people with cancer and feed the poor?  In a way he will be.  He will be giving spiritual food to humanity in order to unite their mind and body with the fire of God's love.

That's the job of the Messiah. If he can ignite the love of God in your heart so that your body and mind can become one, then he has done his job. 

After the mind and body are united you can follow his pattern and create a family, tribe nation and world and ultimately the Kingdom of God on earth and in heaven. If that is indeed possible the world will see salvation. If God is really God and if His love is really burning then that must all take place here on earth.

God would not create such a world to only be recognized and loved in the world of spirit only and He has never given up the fight to bring restoration back to earth and His children.

He cannot build the Kingdom of Heaven without reconciling the body and mind's contradictory elements.  Jesus said we join him in Paradise which is not Heaven.  The Messiah will give the word to teach us how to subjugate the body which is blocking God's love.

What else does God really need from man?

God has lots of love within Himself so why should He need more?  Is He greedy?


"I am a man so I have love in my heart and in my body, but can I say that I don't need any more love, that I have enough love to be happy? It is a profound truth that love will never become real love until it finds an object."


Even though God is almighty, He still cannot activate love without having an object in which He can have a give and take relationship.

An object ignites love.  

Who is the highest object of God's love?  A monkey?

What else but man can be qualified as God's object of deep love?  Then, does the universal God choose to love just any kind of mind or does He long to deal with one who has a universal mind? Is the mind or body God's real object?  Which one does He relate with love?

Your mind is so big that you can even trap God inside.

Your mind feels like it is big enough to challenge the world.  Every human has the qualification to be the object of God because we are endowed with such a mind that God can deal with.  When God loves you, will He complain how dirty you are after you dealt with the satanic world and push you aside?  Is God's love conditional, partial or total and unreserved?

When God fervently embraces you, this burns away all your sinful past in order to try to give you all of His love.

One who is enraptured in the total love of God, every cell will be filled and there will not be a want for anything further.  You feel totally intoxicated in this state and do not want this goodness to end.  This is the real world in which we live.  Every human is supposed to be host to such a love.  Don't we want to have even a taste of such a world now?

This is why we desire and long for World Peace.

The teachings of Reverend Moon is for the purpose to lead humanity toward such a world of peace and love.  But many people believe him to be a hustler or that he is deluding members and people to a beautiful idea in order to enslave everybody for his own selfish purpose.

How do you know this is not so?

Even if he is a swindler, a better solution has never been found in all of history in order to bring about Heaven on Earth.  He is like the plus pole trying to put a fire under the cold and sleepy minus world.

Plus and minus instantly spark when they first unite, but this world has become so numb that this connection has been lost.  It takes a lot of effort to wake up this sleepy world and put a spark that will jump us awake.

Both God and man are in the same tragic situation because their common purpose has not been fulfilled.

What kind of God is He, and why does He approach man?

God and man definitely need one another so there is a common goal or purpose that they both want to achieve to seal this bond where we can meet or else we cannot unite.  We need to know the importance of the relationship of God and man.

Man have used money, knowledge and experience to be able to survive on this earthly plane.  But, does God need these things from man?

No.

There has to exist a common purpose where God needs man and man needs God.  This common purpose has somehow not been fulfilled.  This is the tragedy of both God and man.

Where can we find a remedy for the conflict between our mind and our body trying to dominate the other.  There must be something wrong in our hearts to cause this conflict.  In the original world before sin sprouted, there was a place where both God and man dwell, but somewhere along the way man separated himself from this place and lost connection to God in the process.


Concluding that there is a perfect God and realizing the imperfect state of man today we must come to one logical conclusion: Man is the one who is out of order, not God. Man deviated from his original state and is thus prevented from reaching perfection.


If we reconcile this imperfection of man we can soon connect to the perfection of God.

When we acknowledge the repercussions of the Fall of man, we realize the existence and perfection of God.

This information is very precious.

Many blame God for the situation and state of the world today, but the fault does not lie within God, but in man.  At the same time, through this knowledge we can explain the imperfection and the self-contradiction dwelling in man.

God lives in a perfected state while after we lost our direct connection to God we experienced struggle between our mind and body.  Once we know the true fault of the fall, we can logically justify the existence of a perfected loving God and sinful man.

It is from this point that two worlds came into being instead of just the original pure one God intended.

The world of goodness is governed by God and the world of evil is the result of the fall. 

We cannot accept the premise of atheists that there is no God due to the imperfection of man. We know the Principle. After knowing this we can recognize how the God of perfection has been making efforts throughout history to restore the corrupted world into goodness. Religion testifies to God's efforts.

What is the purpose of religion?

Religion is God's tool to communicate to this imperfect world and raise up good men.  In other words, religion strives to bring this fallen world closer to God.

So, what is goodness?

Anything that tries to bring unity between God and man is good.  People are in the dark about how to define goodness.  

Is hard work, eloquent speech, fasting an example of goodness?

Good springs from love. 

All religion teaches love as the source because it is the common purpose shared by God and man.  Religion has been making effort toward unity between God and man by stressing the common purpose of love.

God's search for men of goodness has love as the ultimate goal and man is searching for God for the very same reason.

A World of Peace

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so much that they do not see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.  We do not preach that of ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake.  God said, "Let light shine out of darkness." He made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:4-6


We have heard Jesus tell the disciples "you are of your father the devil".  They had no understanding of these words.  This means that Jesus had an understanding that we were to inherit God's direct blood lineage, but instead we inherited Satan's fallen blood lineage by following his words instead.

His words reveal the deep pain of the tragic consequence of the Jewish people not following the right path of God which was to absolutely believe in his words as the Messiah.  He would have led us toward the Completed Testament in his day and perform Holy Blessing Marriages based on the victory of his own Blessing to return the blood lineage to God.

How could an archangel become ruler of this world?

It began in the Garden when God gave the commandment to wait unto maturity to partake in the fruit which was the sexual organ.  Satan gave his word that it was okay to give in.  Since Adam and Eve followed Satan's direction, even though they were children of God, God could not intervene since He had endowed us with free will to do his will or not.

If that evil god had existed from the very beginning, we would have a world based on dualism. If the root had had two separate origins in history, there could not be a world of oneness, an ideal world or a world of unity - ever. The world would have no choice but to develop through conflict. God would have been unable to design the ideal model of a world of oneness, peace and the ideal.

The absolute God has to subjugate Satan, but not with the weapons of the world. He has to reveal the origins of goodness and evil, centering on the Great Principle of heaven and earth. There was only one absolute God in the beginning, but subsequently an evil god appeared.

The communist world views God as something that man made up.  It developed its society centering on materialism - those that can only be seen.  If Satan is a reality, then surely the communist world is his final attempt at the end of the world to deny God's existence.

If mankind continues to follow Satan's claims or commandments and follow his selfish ways, the world of peace designed by God can never be realized.

To those who say that God does not exist: if there were no God, you would still have to set up a false god to manage this world.

How can humanity alone rule the democratic world or the decadent world without having even a fake god larger than themselves?  Man cannot be extended.

If the world denies God, they will be brought to ruin like Sodom and Gomorrah.  The world will survive if they even have a concept of a hypothetical god in which to follow.  But this imaginary god is imaginary and will never be absolute.

He has to be in the center of everyone's mind.  The way to do this is through religion which persist in absolute love, absolute ethics and absolute morality.  Even if humanity followed an imaginary God, they would have to discover the real God.

When God begins to teach man about peace, His teaching material would be love.  He would look for a man and woman who have love because love is invisible.

How does God dig up the notion that a woman can love a man more than herself? That is an important issue. Man has to elevate his object partner? Position through love by denying himself. What does God have to seek and put forth theoretically?

If we do not establish the logic that God created all things out of love at the time of creation, we cannot discover the origin of a unified peace. 

How does He search for the beginning of unity and peace?

Only through the force of love can that happen.

Even God has to be obedient before the face of love.  Even though He is the subject partner of absolute love, He needs an object partner to give and take with this love and He must be obedient to this.


No More Barriers

How will humanity demolish the wall between races and realize the ideal world?  Is it even possible to erase all of the obstacles that have confounded the path toward peace in history?  Peace begins in the family. If you have seen meetings of the different individual minds and opens converse, how much difficult it must be to harmonize even within a family.

Mankind must finally find a solution.  How will we resolve the conflicts in order to live as one great family that is overflowing with happiness without the need for war?  We need a starting off point in order to harmonize the world with its diversified cultures and traditions.

Man needs to remember that his source and root is in God and not within himself.  He is the foundation of the universe.  Man must seek the basic answer as they follow the heavenly principles.  We all want to live the best life in the best world.  This desire cannot be satisfied in the human world.

A world of peace cannot exist as long as that unfulfilled desire is there.

As we climb higher, our competitive mind emerges.  How do we remove this when we do not know why it is there.  Since we cannot solve the problem, many just deny that God exist in this fallen reality.  We will realize a peaceful world where freedom and equality is overflowing once we seek God as the source of true love, and unite with Him.

When every person on earth begins to live in attendance of God and establish a true family based on his ideals, then a free, peaceful, eternal world will be built for the first time.  We call this Heaven on Earth.


Peace Only With Love As the Link

"Who are the three great subject partners?

God is the owner of owners, parent of parents, and teacher of teachers.

This is different from the Juche Sasang (Subjectivity Thought) of North Korea's late premier, Kim Il Sung.

Centered on the ideal of creation and love, the Three-Great-Subjects Thought encompasses the concepts of owner, parent and teacher.

From the perspective of the nation, the parent is in the family, the teacher is at school and the master-owner is in society. How can they be linked? There doesn't seem to be anything that harmonizes them with love, but the Unification Church (Family Federation) has the logical answer.

Applying them to the nation, a world of peace in the nation will come.  Applying this to the world, a world of peace in the world will come. Applying this to heaven and earth, a world of peace in heaven and on earth will come, centering on true love.

God, our Creator, has a Will. That Will is to restore this world into the world of true peace. In other words, He will restore the world of His original nature and the ideal by re-creating the present world. For this reason, there is hope for true peace in the future. God's Will is to eradicate selfishness from each individual, then transform or re-create that person into His own temple, and make all men holy." SMM

Then this means that to begin true world between nations does not begin on the national level, but with the perfection of the individual.  Each person becomes a true temple of God.  This is where world peace germinates.  Each of us is the true beginning point of world peace.  Just as the Michael Jackson song states about the Man in the Mirror.

God brought about religion for the perfection of man and we should repent that religion, representing the realm of the spirit, have not fulfilled their responsibility of bringing about a peaceful world.  Who can deny that religions in these day lacks the energy to help lead toward a purified world?  Sometimes religions are going against their original mission and have become about following leaders and rituals leaving behind the culture of heart.

Human logic placed the content together, but God is not attached to these doctrines.  God as the Original Parent does not discriminate between races or between religions such as humans who run religions.

Therefore, in order to go the way of the Parent, religious leaders should completely follow God's will of true love to realize the ideal world of peace and the salvation of all people.  Given the current situation of the fallen world, religious people should not lead comfortable lives, but must go the way of living a life of faith.

They should center their activities on giving true love unceasingly and true-life energy while conversing with God constantly.

What is the origin of the existence of the universe?

It is not an absolute existence, but an absolute love that can bind the absolute existence.  This being the case, heaven and earth can create a world of peace. 

If it is correct that everything in creation moves based on that love, then the next logical step is that peace and the ideal we have longed for are also derived from love.

In the history of religion, has there been any saint or leader that asserted that the ideal of unity of mind and body is the basis of the unity of all things?

Harmony in the family is the accomplishment of all things.

If there are ten members of the family, all of them should have harmony with their own mind and body and then become one as a whole.  But in the fallen world in which we live, these ten people live in mind-body conflict forming 20 different entities.  Peace can not be created in such an environment.

Why do we suffer such separation?  Because the body goes and does what it wants and the mind does what it wills going in different directions.

People all have a separation between their mind and body.  Within a people, there will be some who are centered on materialistic things, others on honor, and others on their own power and authority.  There is no way to find peace among a people whose body and mind move in opposite directions based solely on their own self-interest.

Peace dwells within oneness and this one source is the unique God.  A family or individual who centers on God's ideal is on His side and their mind and bodies are united.

Korea as a unified country has to be a part of the realm of world peace.

Peace is not going to be just enjoyed by a religious group.  By connecting to the God-centered heavenly tradition set forth, peace must settle finally upon the earth because God exists.
