Do Not Treat People Lightly

We have reached a point in society where relationships have gone from neighbors being like family to having relationships with people only on an external bases.

You and I should not treat people lightly.


That is why until 1970, whenever someone who was hungry passed by the headquarters, I let them have a meal before they went on their way. It is our duty as human beings to give food to the hungry. Even when you are getting a meal for free, it would be right to share it with others.


If there was someone who had a bountiful supply of rice and struck a hungry person who was passing by and asked for something to eat, that household would not last long.

There were times when I saw a person who was so pitiable that I wanted to help by offering him everything I had. If you are generous with wanting to give and to help someone, God will praise you. It is good to be generous for the greater good rather than your own well-being, and for improving people's lives in the future, even though life is miserable at present.



Giving a lot of free food should not be the only thing you give.

You should also invest public-mindedness at the same time.

This kind of thinking will bring blessings. Who can dislike a person who gives free food and displays a public mind at the same time which can embrace everyone?

You should not ignore people.

Just like a worm that wiggles if you squeeze it, a person who dies with resentment and bitter feelings toward another, the person who is the cause of that resentment will not last long.

When you deal with people, you must do it in a satisfactory way. During this course of restoration, this path is not mandatory. It has to be exciting.

You must stay up all night without realizing how late it is while living in this way. This way you will discover the value of heaven only when you get to the point where you can say, "The place where I am right now is heaven on earth." Isn't this true? Even with trees, unless they are completely bonded, they don't engraft.

I try to warmly treat those who come, even if we were to starve. If they have reached a certain level of spirituality, say to the degree of one hundred, we will be struck and judged if we treat them any less. In those situations, you should treat such people two, three, five, even ten times greater than their level. You will not go to ruin by doing so.


God will be deeply impressed by a person who is able to live this way by saying, "This fellow is better than heaven!"

A dog chooses the best of houses to relieve himself. The owner will lose his blessing if he chases the dog away.

I am not saying we should not fight or argue. If both sides are going to benefit, then we should fight. We should not fight it one side would perish. We fight to educate and bring them to our side, not to make enemies.

Give with a parental heart, do not give centering on your own ambitions and wishes.

Since True Father has been doing this way, you must follow and do likewise. When you show love to people, do not be stingy.

Do not remember all that you have invested. Give even more. When you have something good to eat, you should wish to give it to someone even if you cannot eat it yourself.

A leader that hides out and eats alone is a leader who is going to decline immediately. Think about the members because you cannot eat it alone.

You should become this type of person.

Become leaders who nurture this type of parental heart. You should give to others, you should have no hesitation in giving out even half of your food.

If you give leftovers, people will feel disgusted and spit it out. If you are hesitant or picky in your giving, then people will judge you even after they are indebted to you.

Therefore, you should give together with God and with a parental heart.

Social relationships

Today, people live externally so much that we do not pay attention to each other enough. Regardless of age or sex, people are saying that dealing with people is annoying. If you view people as a nuisance, then you can never walk this heavenly path.

I believe that the life of religious people should be one where they become united with God, stand as the representatives of God's love before creation and this world, and expand and connect the horizontal relationships to the whole environment, based on a standard of love.


This original standard of love should be connected and established in your lives.

To do this, establish your relationships with other people with the heart of God.

You can view how people meet the same as all the balls colliding on the pool table. Isn't it similar to that?

Don't you feel drawn to people but then you are pushed away from them again. When you kick a soccer ball, don't you feel good if it goes up and down and changes direction in every way? This is the same in human relationships.

Our level of investment of how we use our five senses in love and life determine our value.

We ask ourselves when we look upon our life whether we have led a social life with great vitality and a heart of deepest love toward everyone we encounter. You should know that if you do not stand in this position, you are in a state of suspension or ready to retreat.

For God's providence to restore the world back to the original ideal, God needs more than Korea, but he needs all of the people of the world. Because of this, God is deeply concerned about people. This has been his goal throughout His providence.

As a group of people, we have gathered together for this task. We must stand in the position as God and have the same degree of concern and heart toward people as He has.

You should not be greedy when relating to others.

As people who strive for goodness and walk in the right direction, we shouldn't think that other people caught in the realm of evil has nothing to do with us.

We should have the determination to sacrifice for their sins, suffer for them pray for them throughout the night with tears.

Such a person who views his fallen brothers and sisters in this way will surely become their central figure.

A good person knows how to love children, young people and the elderly. If humans are in the position of stewards in relation to nature, people should love spring, summer, autumn and winter.

You should love and respect the elderly more than you do the young people. It is important to meet the youth, but you should show love especially to the elderly and have sympathy for those who cannot work and are weak and need care. We do not see this trend in society today.



When I look at youth today, I see that they avoid dealing with the elderly, but they should not do so. They should love the elderly and also the young. We should love people. We have to love people, and our yearning for them should be greater than that of anyone else's. We are gathered together centering on God's will rather than human will. Therefore, we will surely remain as the fruit of love throughout the entire world.


When you gaze at the forest of trees that cover a hill side, it is hard to distinguish a pine tree from another type of tree. However, when winter, and autumn come around, this is revealed.

When you see a green tree on the hillside during the winter, it brings hope within you.

This is symbolic of the new relationship that is established.

The first commandment is to love the Lord your God with all of your heart, mind and soul. The second commandment is to love your neighbor as you do yourself.

Your neighbor does not specifically refer to the people that live in your neighborhood, but neighbor means all the brothers and sisters of humankind.

Arrogance is your enemy.

Arrogance and stubbornness are characteristics of Satan.

Instead of being arrogant and stubborn it is best to be modest and harmonious. Today's television and reality shows promote the lifestyle of the satanic behaviors and glorifies them to be the standard to which we swhould strive.

You should be a person who creates harmony and friendship and harmonizes with everyone.

Everything begins to flow from there. Something great cannot arise if people or things do not unite.

This is what happens when there is no harmony.

Jealousy and envy are the other natures of Satan. But for us, arrogance and stubbornness are not traits that are forgiven by people.

Thanksgiving: Gift of True Christian Spirit

In the history of Christianity, new world that was in the realm of salvation was created with Jesus Christ.  Also, the religion of Christianity on the whole went through the same suffering course that Jesus went though. 

When Christianity was still being established and went to a new country for the first time, the men and women went through major indemnity conditions of shedding blood and suffering. 

Those who were murdered for their beliefs, took the suffering in order to be separated from the world of Satan.  They stood where they could get God's love and make themselves as a sacrifice for others in the world to come to God.

What if Christians were to curse those who tortured them and killed them?  Then the faith would not have not have had a foundation to be able to bring restoration in the world.

Christians had to pray for those who had killed them. 

Without this sacrificial lifestyle, the faith would not have been able to mobilize, grow and affect the world.  Sacrifices and suffering had to occur because God had the intention to go back to where sin originated and forgive Adam and Eve after they fell away from him.

If there was a brother, sister or unfallen angle that could have sacrificed themselves for the sake of the other in their place, then they could have consoled God's painful heart and mind that was broken due to their disbelief.

Throughout human history of the Old Testament there were sacrifices of animals to God in order to separate from the sin.

In the New Testament age, Jesus himself was the substantial offering.  Jesus labored hard in obedience to God and sacrificed himself in place of humanity so we could be forgiven for the sins we inherit and give and take with everyday.

If all of humankind was united into one with Jesus, then we could have been saved on both the spiritual and physical level due to his obedience.

This is why Jesus must return, because of the disunity of the Jewish people and Jesus who left salvation in the physical realm unfinished.  Once the Messiah returns and lays the foundation for the physical sins to be forgiven then Heaven on Earth will be accomplished.

Right now, humanity only has been forgiven of sins in spirit.  Meaning that the physical body still suffers under satanic dominion and attack.

When Jesus was crucified he saved humanity spiritually, but he himself lost his physical body to satanic attack therefore that was left undone.

So the purpose of Christianity is also to restore that lost physical body of Jesus.

 

 

Christianity was unable to accomplish Heaven on Earth in its time.

It must restore the land, the people and the sovereignty.  Christians must stand in the position of humanity as a sacrifice just as Jesus had done on levels of society, nation and the world level.

Through Jesus's crucifixion, Christianity spread throughout Asia Minor and was thrust toward Rome which was the target.  Therefore, Rome was considered 'the world'.

 

 

 

 

For the world to be saved, Rome had to be conquered by the army of Jesus Christ.

Eventually, after 400 years of sacrifice, this inconceivable goal was achieved.

At that time, the Roman Empire, just as America in the past, seemed to be an impregnable fortress that did not seem to be even a topic to conquest.

But through faith and sacrificial blood of the people of Christ, they conquered the army with their bare hands.

Christians did not use weapons, swords or spears. They were only armed with their love of God and Jesus Christ.

They marched fearlessly toward Rome with utter conviction and strength in the power of God.  Through this, they paid the ultimate price in blood.  What army is stronger than the one where one does not fear any death.

 

 

 

No enemy is invincible against an army of faith.

History is witness to the deeds of that army of Jesus.

At last, the Roman Empire fell...Jesus conquered Rome.  Then Roman Catholicism became the center for God to bring about world salvation and eventually Heaven on Earth.  Therefore, it was planned that the Pope would be God's foremost champion.

Unfortunately, time and time again, history shows that time after time, God was let down by leader after leader.

The Middle Ages much corruption and a decline in the sacrificial strong faith of the Christian spirit.  Church leaders and officials of that time were only worried about their own power, authority and welfare and not the true soul of their congregation.

We even see this trend in today's society.

Those in the hierarchy enjoyed their untouchable power and abused it forgetting all about God's original purpose.

Leaders held tightly to their positions and persecuted those who opposed them.  They claimed that they were direct heirs of Jesus's lineage and his disciples, yet they were unable to rise above their own sins.

In many men, the true Christian spirit was dead.

No matter how much disappointment and heartbreak God experienced, He continued forward with His dream of World Peace!

God is not satisfied with any answer that is less than a total response.  During medieval times, there was much corruption in society. There were people like St. Francis and Martin Luther who denied everything society embraced and retreated from the world.

They were loyal to God's vision instead of pursuing worldly goals.

St. Francis was able to create a movement which enable Christians to give their worldly possessions which enslaved them and walk toward the same goal.  Through overcoming their worldly desires, he greatly advanced and led everyone who understood God's goal.

However, even the Franciscan Order became an organization that could not last beyond its human's weaknesses.

The church need to be reformed, therefore, Martin Luther and other righteous reformers emerged within the Catholic's own ranks determined to win liberation from the confinement of outdated,abusive doctrines that only benefited the leadership.

People wanted to freely worship God and Jesus, not just the church as a worldly institution.

People had a desire to directly communicate with God and not have to work through leadership.  Such people were able to bring God's world one step closer to His goal of peace to His children.

Later in England, resisted and objected the state church's practices.  The outcries for reform caused the Puritan movement to form.  It quickly spread amid persecution.

These new seekers seemed to be a threat to the established church leaders, who tried to use every means to suppress the new movement from spreading.

Those in faith who wanted freedom to worship had to either flee or be imprisoned.

They had such a strong spirit that they did not even have enough power to resist the government at the time.

They fled to Holland, yet this wasn't satisfactory to such a burning spirit of people of faith. 

Still these rebels longed for some new world, a new heaven and new earth where they could find freedom to worship God.

Such an untouched, pure land as America then, must had been attractive to such people who dreamed of a new world.

This unknown territory promised freedom of worship which they craved.  The Pilgrims strong desired to create a community of their own.  America seemed such an ideal place.  They made the courageous decision to take the voyage there.

Once they made the commitment to take the treacherous journey across the Atlantic while risking their lives, they found strength in their faith that was stronger than their desire to stay alive.

"Think of it: They had to give up their families, their relatives, their surroundings, and their country, and head toward an unknown land. Their only hope was in God. Every step they took they depended upon God.

Their journey was long, and there were many storms. They prayed unceasingly to God. They had but one way to turn. They turned to God. When they were sick and dying on the voyage, they had no medicine to take, no doctor to care for them; they turned to God. Those Pilgrim men and women were one with God. And that is how they survived.

Put yourself in their position of total reliance on God. What a wonderful faith! I am sure that the faith of the Pilgrims touched the heart of God. And when God is moved He offers promises; and when He makes promises, He will fulfill them. God determined to give these faithful people the ultimate thing they wanted -- freedom of worship. He then determined to give them even more.

I am sure you know, as I have learned, that the Mayflower arrived at Plymouth Rock in New England almost in the dead of winter.

November in New England is rather cold. The destiny of the newcomers could have been only starvation because there was so little food to eat.

Given this fact, it really inspires me to learn about the store of grain in the hold of the Mayflower which they would not touch, even though they were starving to death. They preserved this grain for planting the next spring.

This was truly a supreme example of sacrifice. They preferred to die hoping in tomorrow rather than to act in desperation for only a few more days of life."




And this is the foundation not only of the spirit of Christinity around the world, the earth we step on in America.  This is why we should still have the same spirit to fight to keep God's dream on the basis of this great land He still has hope in.

The Country to Lead the Future

The country which has the greater marketing ability will lead not only a gigantic country such as America, but the whole world.

If American cars were sold all over the world, then American cars would have an advantage.  But being the leader in only the car industry will not mean that America will lead the world.  When other countries buy American products, America must follow.  This means that America is being led.



Higher Direction

Young people of the world chose to study in the country with the best university.  They search for the country with the best philosophy of economics and universities whose economic theory are geared for the sake of the world.  Those countries are the most popular.

The world is one, therefore, study should be for the sake of the world, and not for the sake of the individual or the country alone.

One thing is inevitable:  the world is bound to be one.  

There is no way to stop this destiny.

In education, the necessary basics, such as religious thought, must go beyond the national boundary. And all fields of thought must go beyond the boundary of the nation. Therefore we need thought, religious teachings and basic theory which encompass the whole world, which establish a foundation commonly accepted by all nations.

If world peace is inevitable, which direction will the world go?

It is going where the level of thought is higher than where it is now.  Religion also moves toward this direction.  We see throughout history that knowledge reaches higher levels.  Today, religions have established certain knowledge, but a higher religious power comes and will lift that up and the whole world will follow in that direction.

When higher thought and religion combine together working effectively, then the whole world has nowhere to go but follow that direction.

Where is the country where such higher thinking and a higher-level religion that works together exist?  That country was once America blessed by God in 200 short years, but it has abandoned its glorious Christian spirit.

Wherever this group and religion goes, eventually the whole world will follow.  This will determine the future of the world and how the world will develop in the new millennium.



The Tide of Heart

Power resides with the one who can influence the mind of the people, and especially who can influence families to transcend national boundaries. 

The government does not have the thought that is powerful enough to move families from one place to another as families in a higher-level religion can. Even a country that has thought along with other countries will have to follow that.  The group that has such thought and action naturally has power.

The world is about to change, and we have to prepare ourselves to go in that direction of change. 

The leader of this group has been placing a net and knows where the current of history is going.  Just wait and everything has to eventually pass to this point.

When we put economic matters, thought matters and family matters together, they form a specific activity.  We can call it a Happy Mind delivery system.  It is here where we can deliver anything within thirty minutes.

All things will be done through a simple system.  Factories would not create pollution in the future because they will be spread thinly throughout the world and not concentrated in one area.  Large urban cities will dissipate.  There is no reason for millions of people clustering together creating confusion.
 
Formerly, there was a reason to have big cities, because the highest standard of cultural life was there and outside the city there was nothing.

This lifestyle is changing because of the media.  It is no longer necessary to be present to witness cultural events outside the city.    On the countryside, it is easier to produce agricultural goods, have more time to think, study and analyze.

Through watching television, you can sit and participate in the cultural life just as well.  We can attend college and school through the internet.  We can do the equivalent forty-year career of research online.

From one factory to another the products will be uniform and have a common standard. For example, there is only one best computer system. Nobody will use a different system; everyone will have a common system.
What about language? It will be the biggest problem.

The world's language is bound to be unified. 

Once we overcome the barriers of language and learn one common language, then racial and national differences will disappear.  You will be able to live in any country at any time without worry about visas and time limits.

Black, white and Asian will be mixed equally, but white people may want to stick together and live among themselves.


White people don't have much to be proud of in their history.  Compared to the total population of humankind, they are really the minority.  This separation in an united world would not last long and they will say, "Please, let us in so we can develop with you."  This is what is in humanity's future.

If someone proclaims that the visa system needs to last forever and ever raise your hand.

It is an unfair system created by Americans.  For this reason people of the world say, "Yankee, go home". Americans still place a tremendous importance on visas.

What language will the world choose as a common language?

So, what would this common language be that the world chooses?

It will be the language of the country which has the higher, deeper thought and higher and deeper religious theory and practice.  This country will become the center of the world and everyone will want to use that language.

It wouldn't take force to make people speak this language.  They will want to speak it and it will develop naturally.  People will choose it.

Through participating in an international marriage, many countries will be connected into one race, one tribe within three generations of these families representing several nationalities.  This means that many countries are symbolically combined in one place.

What language will they use?  It will not be English.

The purpose of the original source of this blog was produced from life-long work.  The purpose is to unify thought and unify religion for humankind.  Those people who do not understand say this theory is far fetched.  But it is they who are unrealistic.

This content serves as a living guidance for every person on earth. This content shows in great detail like an encyclopedia hundreds of ways to accomplish victory in the most difficult times.

The material Father is sharing is the foundation for the writing of thousands of doctoral dissertations.

Those who don't believe that the content of the Divine Principle is a higher teaching is ignorant.  Because of that, the significance of the content does not register to them.

You may not have an understanding now, but in the future don't you think you would understand?  This is how every speech has been accepted: first, not understood and then later they catch on.

We must keep up with the future direction of the world.  If your system does not fit with the future direction, then it becomes obsolete and useless.  This is the same as water that is stagnant.  It eventually becomes corrupted and decayed.
