Hobbies Industry is the Future

The future world is the age of hobby life Many wonder that if this new millenium is just the beginning of a life lived for God's Will, what kind of life and world will that be? Will it be like the Jetsons, with flying cars and push-button jobs or will we return to living off the earth finding alternatives ways to use the earth's energy as a resource? However, the new world may come, everyone envisions a world of incredible development and a better economic way of living. Human beings will be able to have enough time to enjoy their leisurely pleasures and have enough wealth spread among them to do so because of technology. As a result, humankind will learn and understand about the greatness of nature. We will have more appreciation for God as we will try to overcome the differences of culture, race and national borders. Isn't that the kind of world we are enjoying at the moment among the accounts of chaos? We are at the crux of a new era as the world of evil and destruction of the world falls away. After we have gone through this process in the world, then the ideal world will come.  We will enjoy the true life, a life of loving and caring for one another. The leisure industry will be the big enterprise of the future. The technological industrial age is an age where people do not have the need to suffer the need of hard labor due to automated technology. It is even almost that way now. Just like the Jetsons, machines work once the person pushes a button.  A time will come when there will be three or four machines that can produce products day and night where before it took thousands of people to do the same labor. Then what kind of industry will flourish in that age? It would be such things as the entertainment and fashion industry which both fall under the category of the industry of leisure. We have already entered this age. It has influenced the world already in not such a great way.  If these industries were centered on God, the world could be quickly influenced by His standards. This will be the time to build an economic foundation. The leisure and tourist industry are bound to develop and flourish. We have already passed the age of the slave labor where the president of a company worked at the desk in the office. The computer age has already made it where we can work anywhere outside of the country using man-made satellites. Orders are given while the executive is fishing on a boat while on vacation.  We are getting closer to a heaven on earth step by step. The boss can run the business from a position of freedom where he can enjoy his hobbies  and get rid of stress. The coming age where more countries, races and communities will unite, will need to have a way for families to travel around the world by car. An international highway is in the works to connect the four continents around the world.  This project seems impossible like the Panama Canal in its day and age, but is a necessary link to physically unite the world. This leisure industry will help people to feel God's happiness toward creation.  Artists will be influenced by the good spirit world to uplift the beauty of God's creation in their works. There is a system in development that will bring farmers who live close to nature to unite with those who live far from nature in order to develop and educate them.  We see this happening in many established corporations. People in urban areas can support them both through the best scientific technology. This is why developing the hobby business is important in order to enjoy many hobbies around the world. God did not create the world for His children to suffer, but for them to enjoy all the luxuries of His creation. The hobby culture will be able to help in that development. A life of leisure is the kind of life God likes.  You probably didn't know that your hobbies are connected to the creation. So many different hobbies are waiting for me. I never get exhausted. By enjoying one hobby after another, I automatically come closer to God's world. This is the best life that men can hope for. The hobby industry is the shortcut leading to the world of peace We must enjoy leisurely pursuits.  God did not create the world for His children in reluctance; He made creations so that He could feel its excitement. We also must experience this same joy when we experience God's creation. We should not do hobbies because someone tells us to do so, but we should do so because we enjoy them. All of these industries - leisure time, the hobby industry and hobby research and so on - should be centered on God. Only then can those be things that belong to God and used regularly by the beloved sons and daughters of God.  Otherwise, they become Satan's possession to destroy and distort away from God's purpose. I am not doing this for the money; in fact, I am investing a lot of money in order to develop these ideas. We have a lot of preparation to do in order to enter the spirit world. At the age of sixty you should go back to the farming area of your hometown and prepare by digging the land and exert yourself with devotion. Through fulfilling your responsibility in guiding the farming areas you fulfill the purpose of the hobby industry and leisure time iself. You then become a caring, warm-hearted person who is able to live in the upper level of the spirit world and make good use of your time there. We must develop the hobby industry not leisure industry from now on.  We have normally thought of the leisure industry based on how much profit can be returned. Fishing and hunting can be pursued for profits and commercial interests. That is what makes the leisure industry different from the hobby industry.  The hobby industry can spread to the smaller cities where people can enjoy themselves in each of the four seasons. We each have our own path and different tasks in which to fulfill. There are people who work at a factory, company and such with various jobs. There can be groups from 100 to 360 that are assigned to various jobs, in this way, different groups would do this work. Then fifty percent will be returned, therefore, the entertainment business is the best. The leisure industry is for profit while the hobby industry puts the hobby itself as its purpose. People say that people without money can't enjoy a hobby, but that is not true.  You can enjoy going on vacation once or twice a year; this is what the hobby industry would be able to do in the future. I believe that being the first to make such a worldwide organization is the short-cut in leading to peace in all fields, including the world's money market and human resources. That is why I have been preparing this ocean plan for twenty years.  So along with this hobby industry, I am thinking of doing farming as a hobby.  Back a hundred years ago, people spent most of their time surviving, cultivating and finding food and such.  This day and age, the youth and people have a more free time - this can be a problem as well for the world. Now, is the time to encourage people to live off of their hobby. Our job in the Completed Testament Age is to mobilize a great number of people.  In order to create this hobby industry, a large number of people will be needed. Which industry is best for interconnecting all of the people of the world which will be able to transcend the national boundaries and go beyond our cultural differences we experience coming from around the world. We will have the need for church activities. The only industry that can connect people of different background is the hobby industry, the industry of enjoying God's creation. We must prepare for the age of the hobby industry The hobby business is a term that has recently developed in the last three decades.  The age of urbanization will soon end and people will disperse out more widely. Men are made to live centering on hobbies. The hobby industry includes sports, hunting and fishing.  These were enjoyed at the World Culture and Sports Festival. We are opening up the tourist business worldwide. I am preparing the worldwide tourist business now. The establishment of our American bus company "Go Tour" was an essential link in the preparation for this.  From now on, the tour-leisure business will develop worldwide.  In the future, people will ride on our boats at tourist attractions around the world. We will attract tourists from any country and guide them with lots of money because we have a worldwide organization.  This is possible. Let us travel around the world while working and distributing goods. We can develop tourist areas and make a fishing ground. This area will be beautifully landscaped and kept free by making sure people do not throw cigarette butts or trash anywhere. This place will be a place free from environmental pollution. We will also make an area where people can sight see and enjoy their hobbies well.  We will create a tourist area that anyone will love instantly and wish to come and visit. By building such a heavenly place, then all the 7 billion people on earth would visit even compete to be among the first to get there. When have we as people of faith who work hard for the dispensation taken a vacation? I have made the foundation for you to have vacations in the warmer areas when it is cold, and in the colder areas when it is hot. The time has come now to do so. This is what is referred to as the hobby industry. I have climbed up to this position by receiving much persecution, but you will not be persecuted. Father Moon has prepared a foundation in South America. You can take responsibility, and take your tribe there and train them.  All fo the families in that country and their ancestors will come based on that foundation. All the families and the ancestors in spirit world can unite based on that kind of tribal foundation. I am preparing sites in Alaska and in Texas, and trying to make fishing areas and hunting grounds in 160 countries. Fishing and hunting are hobbies. They are hobbies of the upper class, of the people who live well. That is why I am promoting the hobby industry. I am going to lead it directly, by making a tourism organization. This is not just a dream, but if we are thinking of achieving God's dream of a heaven on earth, the hobby industry is the best industry to bring this to reality. We will connect these sites to the tourist industry that is already established around the world in order to create a people that can harmonize with one another. If you can influence the people, you can influence the world.  Instead of living within a small circle of relationships, you should live as champions of the diplomatic world who can relate with prominent people. All people need to have a hobby. In the future, people will no longer have global food problems.  In this future world of enjoying the creation, would you spend your time in fighting one another? Of course, when God created the world He did not envision disunity and suffering, but he had dreamed that we would all enjoy life having fun. You should be able to ride on the river on a boat with friends fishing and diving in the world of water.  Yet, majority of the world has yet to do these simple activities. This is why the hobby industry is necessary to broaden. We do not spend our time enjoying casinos, but we will organize a group and visit the casinos for two or three days. Historically, casinos are considered evil because of the crime rings that have secretly controlled them in Las Vegas. Those who have lost tens of thousands of dollars have brought ruin to their families, so if a person was to receive a lottery ticket worth 30% of that amount they can turn that misfortune around.  Those who visit the casinos should be given ideological education for a third of that time. The Messiah has turned the casinos into instruments that are able to draw on the dreams of others by centering it on the hobby industry. Those who are not turned in the right direction, they will continue to gamble even if their own fingers were cut off and even after making a determination not to gamble. Academic education represents the mind, while physical education represents the body. The hobby business was opened to lead the future direction toward the perfection of love. The world went in the wrong direction due to the wrong use of love and in the future we will enjoy our lives with fun activities. The world of the ideal family has evolved into the hobby industry. You can view everything of creation as a hobby. When you go where there are mountains, where there are rocks and trees, those are all of great interest.  For whom was all of this world created? God created so He would be able to embrace everything.  God created an environment for us that was an ideal place to live. The entire world today is a world of science, in which through the best technology, people are moving the world. For this reason, people take a serious view of the production process, calling it the hobby industry, whereas I call it the hobby life. There are several kinds of hobbies: the hobby for your eyes, for your nose, for you mouth, for your ears, to touch, for your body, for your mind, your love and so on. The ocean, land, animal preserves -  all of these will be connected to the hobby business.  Instead of killing animals in the wild, we will raise them. This foundation will become the blood, the body and bones of God's true son. As fallen men, we are like thieves robbing everything for our own blood, bones and skin.  This has to stop in this new era of living for God. The hobby business will be able to unite the original love in accordance with the highest turning point in history which is the blessing marriage of 3.6 million couples. The value of the arts continues to exist.  The hobby business is external because of this. Families should be fun as well. We are able to continue to live because of joy.  A hobby refers to certain conditions of joy. Fun is something that is possible to take root in the ideal love between a subject and an object partner. Have you ever been able to have fun all by yourself?  If you are able to do so, then you are out of your mind. There must be a subject of love.  God created everything in relationship within the realm of love. God created everything in order to be the fuel for the Subject of love.  This is why you must love all things of creation. We have come to live in an environment of pollution and contaminated food.   We need to create an environment where the individual can live with everything necessary to grow healthy. Five family members can do their own farming and eat the food you have worked to harvest. You will be able to grow your own vegetables and crops.  Otherwise the world will perish due to pollution. The time will come when the biggest issue is to develop the tourism industry. The distribution channels of the tourism industry will move quickly and circulate all the time. It will expand to stretch to include all places.  Everything is being prepared for the distant future to make all of this possible for a better world. When you think that one hundred years ago, our ancestors and forefathers were dreaming of a world where it was easier to go from either side of the the country or world and to be able to take care of themselves with better medicine. What we dream will be the norm in a hundred years as well, but we have to put in the work of recreation of this world. Create an Immortal Masterpiece

Today's Post is the last official post for the year 2012.  I will have a brief update of a previous article about a hunger solution posted tomorrow morning.

If we were to study art work that is still being admired centuries or thousands of years old, we would see a commonality between all of these masterpieces.

Rodin's statue The Thinker and the statue of the thinking Maitreya-Bodhisattva from the Shilla dynasty in Korea, are quite different works of art, even though both have the same theme, namely, a man engaged in thinking.







The latter has as its motif, the heart of the people, waiting for the Maitreya, who was said to have been the most excellent disciple of Buddha and is to come again in order to save all humankind. As regards expression of Inner Sungsang, Rodin's statue displays a strong intellectual aspect, whereas the statue of Maitreya is centered on purified emotions, and, as a result, has become a very noble and holy statue.


Object Consciousness

Creation is an activity whereby an artist, in the position of object, gives joy to the subject, namely, God and the whole (humankind, the nation, tribe, etc.), by manifesting the value of beauty. For that, the artist must establish a sense of object consciousness. The attitude of wanting to give joy to God, the highest Subject, and to manifest the glory of God, is the culmination of object consciousness. The content of object consciousness will be discussed next.

First, the artist should seek to comfort God, who has been grieving with sorrow throughout human history. God created human beings and the universe to obtain joy, and even endowed humans with creativity. Therefore, the original purpose of human life is, above all, to give joy to God.

Accordingly, people's creative activity should have been carried out, first of all, as a means to please God. However, people separated themselves from God and lost the consciousness of wanting to give joy to God. That has been the sorrow of God, even until today. Therefore, the artist should, above all, comfort God for His historical sorrow.

Second, the artist should have the attitude of wanting to comfort the many sages and righteous people, especially Jesus, who walked the path of restoration with God. To comfort them is to comfort God, who shared pain and sorrow with them.

Third, the artist should have the attitude of wanting to express the deeds of the good and righteous people of the past and present. That is, the artist should have the attitude of cooperating with God's providence and Will by portraying the deeds of those people who were, and those who still are, persecuted by the sinful world.

Fourth, the artist should herald the coming of the ideal world, Therefore, the artist should create works expressing hope for, and confidence about the future. Through such works, God's glory is manifested.

Fifth, the artist should have the attitude of wanting to praise God, the Creator, by expressing the beauty and mystery of nature. God created nature for humankind's joy. Due to the Human Fall, however, people came to obtain little joy from the beauty of nature. Therefore, while having a feeling of awe toward nature, which is the manifestation of God's attributes, the artist should discover the beauty of nature, praise God and give joy to others.

Artists who have object consciousness and dedicate all their energy in their creative work, can receive blessings from God and assistance from the spirit world. That is how true works of art are produced. Such works. may be considered the fruit of co-creative work between God and the artist.

Among the artists of' the Renaissance, there were many who created their works of art with object consciousness. For example, Leonardo da Vinci (1432-1519), Raphael (1483-1520) and Michelangelo (1475-1564) were such artists. Beethoven (1770-1827), who perfected classical music, composed music with object consciousness. ¹² That is why the works of those artists have become immortal masterpieces to give joy to generation a hundred years later and beyond.

Divine Inspiration, Get It

"Before you dominate the world, first dominate yourself."


Actually, I dedicate this post to an experience that recently happened to me a little over a month ago.  After 35 years telling and writing stories, even becoming a journalist, I received divine inspiration and wrote my book in a 24-hour period. 

When I came across this text for this post, I was able to align myself to God's will as "more than imaginary" things were starting to develop, now are explained to me after reading this.  When it happens, you will know for sure that a good, high-level spirit or angel is guiding you along and it will not be a question. The same for the person God sends you to be the one, there is no question that God is guiding you.  But, with a gift comes responsibility.

When you establish in yourself the proper relationship between your mind as subject partner and your body as its object partner, you become the microcosm that resonates with the macrocosm, the spirit world and the physical world. You stand as the mediator and center of harmony between the two worlds because you have set up that harmony within yourself.

For its part, the spirit world rejoices to find in you a channel to work its will on the physical world. Although countless spirits long to do good works on earth, they require a responsive mediator through whom to act. By establishing yourself in the proper position, centered on God, you can meet the needs of the spirit world and become the focus of its attention.


Spiritual Inspiration and Our Response

Let us take some examples. It is well known that the abilities of psychics vary according to their emotional state and the spiritual environment. In the presence of skeptics, they are often disarmed and unable to show their powers. Healers testify that their healing works best when the patient is open and welcomes the work.

Even Jesus, the greatest of healers, said to the ones who were healed, "your faith has made you well" (Mark j:34), and could not do many healings in the face of pervasive unbelief. (Mark 6:5-6) This illustrates the principle that the subject-object relationship between the spirit world and the physical world is mediated through human beings. Doubt and skepticism block the relationship, and hence block the spiritual work. Faith opens the door for receiving spiritual help.

Spiritual inspiration lies behind the creative work of all great inventors, scientists and artists. In Dr. Sung Lee's tour of the spirit world, he saw spirits working in laboratories creating the stuff of invention that would be communicated to earthly scientists years later. Why is it that so many inventions and scientific discoveries are made almost simultaneously by several researchers in different parts of the world working in isolation from each other? When the time arrives for a new invention to be bequeathed to the earth, the spirit world will work through several channels at once.

Numerous accounts abound of scientists receiving the key to new discoveries in dreams or in flashes of unearthly insight. One celebrated example is the elucidation of the structure of benzene by the German chemist Friedrich August Kekule. He had puzzled for years over how its six carbon atoms and six hydrogen atoms link together. (Ordinary hydrocarbons are built of straight chains of carbon atoms, but a chain of six carbon atoms with the stability of benzene would require fourteen hydrogen atoms).

One night Kekule fell asleep in his chair, and in a dream he saw snakes biting their tails and whirling around like hoops. He awoke and immediately realized that the six carbon atoms of benzene link together in a ring. With that discovery, all the facts of organic chemistry known up to that time fell into place.

Artists, poets and musicians since antiquity have acknowledged the Muse as the source of their creative genius. The words or music just comes to them, as if from a higher source. Take, for instance, this self-description by Mozart:
When I feel well and in a good humor, or when I am taking a drive or walking after a good meal, or in the night when I cannot sleep, thoughts crowd into my mind as easily as you could wish. Whence and how do they come? I do not know and I have nothing to do with it. Those which please me I keep in my head and hum them; at least others have told me that I do so. Once I have my theme, another melody comes, linking itself with the first one, in accordance with the needs of the composition as a whole: the counterpoint, the part of each instrument and all the melodic fragments at last produce the complete work. Then my soul is on fire with inspiration. The work grows; I keep expanding it, conceiving it more and more clearly until I have the entire composition finished in my head though it may be long.
Mozart was graced with the inspiration of music. He received his melodies from the spirit world. Furthermore, he knew what to do with them. He knew what to keep and what to discard, and how to develop them into a composition in accordance with the best of his art. By the time his "soul is on fire with inspiration" he would already be in the midst of co-creating a work of art whose initial seed had come to him as a gift from heaven.
Spiritual Guidance

Spiritual guidance from heaven often arrives cryptic and vague. Even Rev. Moon's directions, which we believe to be accurate in every respect, often are stated in only a few cryptic phrases. How much more uncertain is the guidance through a spiritualist, medium, palm reader or readers of Tarot cards, who has to hazard an interpretation of words and symbols!

The fact is, spiritual guidance must be couched in this way, with meanings hidden in obscure and ambiguous speech. According to the Divine Principle, people must exercise their portion of responsibility to understand the inspiration given from God and the spirit world. We are not meant to be led around by angels-all spiritual guidance is by nature angelic-but to exercise dominion over the angels as responsible agents through our own wisdom.

Otherwise, if spiritual messages were explicit, we would be little more than servants of those angelic beings, only doing their bidding. To give us the dignity of co-creators, God gave us responsibility to chart our own course with limited information, for example:
God could not instruct Cain and Abel on how to properly make their sacrifices because it was their portion of responsibility that Cain make his sacrifice with Abel's help.
God had directly revealed to John [the Baptist] that Jesus was the Messiah, and... he said, "I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, "Make straight the way of the Lord," and declared that he was the one who had been sent before the Christ. Therefore, John should have realized through his own wisdom that he was the returning Elijah. Even if he not did not realize this fact, since God had revealed to him that Jesus was the Messiah, he should have accepted the testimony of Jesus and, in obedience, proclaimed himself to be Elijah. Our responsibility begins with effort to understand heaven's guidance with a public mind. Any selfishness or conceit may blind us to the will of heaven.
Therefore, when Rev. Moon says not to interpret his directions, he means we should not wriggle out of the path of sacrifice by cleverly reducing Heaven's request into something comfortable. We must anyway interpret what we receive in a cryptic and vague form, but we should do so with a public mind, following the Principle, ready and willing to take on whatever burden may be required. Then we will not go wrong. Our responsibility ends with action. In attempting to carry out a spiritual direction according to the best of our understanding, the direction will often become crystal clear.

All spiritual inspiration goes for naught without the training and motivation of the earthly people to make use of it. Everyone has an occasional flash of inspiration, perhaps the theme for a new song or the idea for a new invention. Usually we don't know what to do with them, so they slip in and out of our heads while we carry on with our ordinary lives. On the other hand, those scientists and artists who received the most exceptional gifts of inspiration invariably knew what to do with them. Because they had trained themselves for many years and had mastered the tools of their field, or because they were at such a high level as to be working on the cutting edge of knowledge, their minds could be responsive to the movement of spirit.

When the inspiration came, they understood its meaning and acted upon it. They had the resources and the motivation to work at turning that inspiration into a physical reality. It is said that invention is five percent inspiration and ninety-five percent perspiration. The spirit world looks for such prepared people to entrust with their most precious knowledge. They want to cooperate with earthly people who will strive every day to bring their spiritual design to fruition in the physical world. Such people will complete the link between the spirit world and the physical world as subject and object partners.
